Air Conditioner worked really good. Parking was good.. Room was really clean. Staff was very accomdating.

Limited parking when hotel is full

It's great motel for people who are minding their own business and just want to sleep. I was able to sleep all day after a long trip. And wasn't disturbed buy any noise outside. There is an rv park behind the motel, but it's mostly full of residents. It was very dark at night, not very well lit outside the immediate parking lot. There is a restaurant and lounge next door. The staff was friendly, even though not always available, because they are working on renovating the facility or something. The pool was closed.

The room was very clean. Not a luxury place but for quick one night stop was good. Able to park right outside room.

Outside the property looks a bit rundown but inside the room was spotless, had all new furniture, carpets, appliances.

We checked in late and loved the hotel called to make sure we were still coming The parking lot is small. Loved the room.

Nice place and was clean. The down side was a small bathroom, no breakfast, and pool is filled with rocks.

There were bed bugs on the beds. The sheets were very worn, due to not being changed. Hairs in the shower. Towels were very thin. Small refrigerator leaked on the floor, tried to collect water using a hand towel, but there was a large puddle in the morning.

The owners are super nice and hard working. The room was spotless and I particularly liked that there was linoleum instead of carpet.

I hate to leave a negative review, but I feel it's important to warn others. Our room was extremely outdated, and the noise levels were unbearable. We could hear every sound from the neighboring room as if the people were in ours, despite the walls being concrete blocks. The guests above us were up all night, and the constant noise from their footsteps echoing through the floor was overwhelming. On top of that, cleanliness was a major issue. The towel I used after my shower was covered in long black hair—completely disgusting. The washcloth looked filthy to the point that I even asked my husband if he had already used it. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

My room had a large stain on the comforter, a big dirty cobweb hanging from the fan, and a red (blood?) stain on the carpet. Other than that it was OK for the price.

Not so good, surprised about the ratings. The linen was stained and had hair on them. Dirty floors. Dirty shower and tub. Hair everywhere. TV remote did not work so no TV. Hotel would not take cash or keep the payment on the card it was booked on. I put my daughter up here and was pretty embarrassed about what i booked for her. I would recommend pulling it from your list of hotels.

It was not clean, the door jam had been repaired several times from somebody, forcing entry, the toilet was not secured to the floor, the showerhead was not secure, they were stains on the walls that repair marks everywhereit

Just a basic, no frills room. No view, but, decent enough for a stay while you tour Dodge City. Staff is friendly, area is clean. Great cafe (Miss Kitty's) sitting across the parking lot. Only issue we had was a couple next door decided to have a full throated argument on the first night there. After a few minutes of that, it was fine the rest of our stay.

We got in late and left early so didn’t see much but our room and the back of our eyelids. Very comfy bed, the room was clean and quiet, was excellent for our needs!

First, I cannot fault the owners. They are friendly and customer service orientated. The rooms were clean and even had hard flooring to make cleaning easier and better. However, I was in 2 ground floor rooms (family had other room) and the second floor squeaks. So every time the upstairs guest had to walk somewhere, you could hear it. Loudly. My grandpa coughed in the other room and I could hear it clearly through the walls. Sounds mitigation in a property this old would be prohibitively expensive so I don't fault the owners. Just, only if you are a heavy sleeper that likes a very firm mattress should you stay here. I'm a light sleeper and was miserable.

When I first arrived, i noticed that my room had clearly been broken into before. At 1:38am, I was awakened to the sound of someone trying to open my door. I looked out the peep hole to see a man standing there with a pitbull. By 1:42am, there was a woman with him. Also trying to use a key card to open my door. Rattling the door between each failed attempt. At 1:46am, I watched one of the hotel staff approach my door. His key card worked. And my door was opened to him and the strangers. I said quite firmly, “why are you letting strangers into my room at 1:30 in the morning!?!?” Naturally, he apologized and said he didn’t even know that the room I was in was rented. I don’t know why I didn’t call the police. But I stacked the furniture in front of the door, clutched my pocket knife, sat on the bed, and stared at the door until morning. This is the first time in my life that I felt genuine concern for my safety in a hotel room.

I opted to stay here because of the price and relatively high rating. I\'m a bit shocked at how highly this place is rated. It is definitely sub 2-star accommodations. For the price, it\'s definitely ok, especially if you\'re here as a single man on work or something. But not a good place for a family stay or if you\'re looking to be comfortable. Treat this place as just a place to sleep. Thankfully, I was called by the desk to "confirm my reservation" and my room wasn\'t given away. However, at checkin another guest with a reservation was lied to and told "they didn\'t have their reservation" but when the guest pulled out proof on their phone eventually the staff "found the reservation" but said "tough luck I have no room for you". That guest was fed up enough to not fight with the owner about finding him another room elsewhere etc, but this was a dirty way to handle over-booking. Most of the linens were stained. They seemed clean / washed, but stained on both of the beds. There were other really minor things not functioning properly, like the drain plug was stuck down (I was able to fix it but had to mess with it from underneath, just not what you expect from a "clean" room you check into).

Front staff was amazing!

The property is extremely well lit. I have a little dog and she was comfortable in the room and I was grateful for all the lighting throughout the parking lot for when I had to walk her. The staff was super friendly and very helpful as this is the halfway point between visiting my family and home. The bed is comfy and I was able to control the room temperature myself. They're very comfortable and easy stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Right across the road from a packing plant, not a quiet area. Stayed one night, it was clean, just outdated.

Basic room but everything was clean and well maintained. It’s in an industrial area but the room was quiet and I got a good nights sleep. Great value - why pay double so you can get a “free” breakfast?

Fair price good location east of town

The motel was easy to find right off the highway, but there wasn't much within walking distance. The building is old but the room was updated. It was a quiet and comfortable stay with a welcoming front desk person.

The room was clean and had been updated. The overall building was so so. Its near the meat packing plants which envelop the neighborhood with a distinct odor. Fortunately, you can't smell it while in the room with AC on.

Very old motel that was packed full of construction type workers and laborers. Rooms were clean and very small. Heavy cow manure smell outside. It was cheap.

Across from meat packing plant. Did not smell. Other guests were neither friendly or unfriendly. Construction worker type place. We got there later in day. They were sitting outside their rooms smoking, having a beer. But it was quiet, did not smell any MJ. Just guys living there while working through the day. In AM they were getting up and going to work. It was quiet through the night. Car was fine, although we took everything into the room. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Best nites sleep we'd gotten in days. Awesome saloon right next door. Boot Hill casino was horrible.

A comfortable stay. It appears that they're upgrading the facility-nice bed, but worn furniture. Nicely painted and decorated but the tub was stained. New toilet. I found it comfortable. And having Miss Kittie's in the parking lot for a REALLY big breakfast is a nice addition. You've gotta drive a mile back into town for a decent coffee, though. And the area outside smells of petrochemicals quite strongly, not indoors though. SUPER convenient if you're on 56 and headed through town. I'd stay there again!

This place was a horrible motel. NO clock, hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner bottles. Had bugs and was very dirty. In poor repair. Only stay there if you are desperate. Way too expensive for what it is. No breakfast and ice maker does not work very good. Tiny dinky room, not a suite for sure. Listened to tenants upstairs for 2 hours and finally put pillow over my ear to get to sleep.
