Hotel has deteriorated significantly in the past 4 years. Two years ago we stayed in the exact same room that we stayed in this past weekend; the same things were broken in the room and that were broken 2 years ago, plus more. We still have a copy of our review from 2 years ago, that’s how we know it’s the same room. The beds were super noisy because of the aluminum wrapping on the bottom frame, making it difficult for people to sleep when adjusting positions, and the hotel is still advertising pictures with a pool and hot tub even though they are removing the hot tub. That’s the only reason we booked this last time, and then to find out the hot tub is no longer there was quite deceiving. Breakfast was very skimpy compared to previous stays and other hotels, and the service was lacking as coffee ran out in the middle of breakfast and wasn’t made again for over 30 minutes. Definitely not worth the price anymore. 4 years ago it was in immaculate condition, but it’s literally dirty and falling apart now. Sad! Having said that, the staff were all nice and pleasant to deal with.

Great hotel, the hot tub and spa were out of commission though! My kids were disappointed for that-the pool water was pretty chilly so they couldn’t swim very long.

Really sad to see that they took out the hot tub specifically booked this hotel because it said they had a hot tub. Also, the pool heater was broken so the pool was unusable as well but other than that it was a good.

We didn’t expect things to be top tier but our carpet was very dirty/smelly and the bathroom had blood/bbq sauce (?) on the wall and trash can. Sheets were missing from one of the bed. The breakfast quality was very poor though you can tell true effort was put in. It is more of a cleaning annd management issue because all of the front desk and kitchen staff were so friendly. and helpful.

Sheets& standard size pillows do not feel or smell clean at all. King size pillows should be with king bed. Bathroom should be stocked with at least three towels instead of two. The rest of the hotel was clean (public areas & outside).

It wasn’t very clean. There was 3 pizza boxes left in the fridge and the ice bucket still had a liner in it full of water. And new liner was underneath the bucket. So it makes wonder if they changed the sheets scary!!

The hotel suite was very nice and spacious. Very quiet even with the A/C running. Bathroom was very private and quiet as well. Breakfast was typical for most hotels in this price range. Location was convenient for visiting family in the area, but not too close to I35.

Our stay was fine. The staff was friendly and service was great and the room was clean. There were some things that weren't so great. The shower head leaked, USB outlets in the nightstand didn't work, one outlet in nightstand wasn't usable, shelves in bathroom were nearly falling off the wall, bathroom handle was coming off the door

I stayed here for a wedding. The staff was nice at check in. The room was fine. There were a few cleaning issues. The cleaning staff should check the corners. The pill pool area was a hot mess and the room has rust everywhere. Just not pleasant. Breakfast was typical Continental low end fair but you can easily walk to several places around. Beds were comfy and the place was quiet, especially considering how full it was. Would stay again. Would not expect to go near that hot mess pool room.

This hotel is completely remodeled inside. Rooms are beautiful. Very comfortable. Pet friendly as we brought our dog. Breakfast was great. Very clean rooms. Can’t say enough good things.
