Staff was very friendly from the front desk to the concierge and the breakfast staff. Rooms were always very clean. Washer and dryer on the property. Pool was nice and clean with a bar poolside. You can see the rides at SeaWorld and Aquatica from the hotel with shuttle service.

The hotel is perfect for seaworld visits The room is well equipped and the beds are comfortable, the pillows are not brilliant but didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Well equipped gym and pleasant pool although we noticed guests from the hotel next door used it also which made it difficult to find room which was a little disappointing.

Hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable, breakfast was delicious, staff was nice, the pool was freezing cold- access to this pool and the neighboring hotel pool connects which was nice but both were beyond FREEZING! Sad to have such beautiful pools and no heater!

This hotel was nice and clean. The staff was nice and the location (International Drive) was the perfect spot for us. The only issue I had was the pool. It wasn’t heated and it was dirty. I do believe there was an issue as maintenance was fixing it.

Property was clean, breakfast was good. Only reason I rated them good was because they gave out the wrong shuttle info for SeaWorld and we ended up standing in pouring rain waiting for the shuttle that came 25 minutes earlier the time on the paper they gave us even though we checked the time twice with the front desk. They just said oh well and did nothing except look at the pile of papers at the desk and admit they were wrong.

Hotel still felt new. Nice spacious rooms, clean, and breakfast included was an amazing perk. We stayed in March, I’m not sure if the pool was heated because it was as VERY cold…but my kids didn’t care and swam anyway. We had a great stay and I felt it was a great value, I would definitely stay again. Also, the proximity to Sea World and many restaurants was amazing.

If you want Starbucks or Panera Bread they are all right next door. The only downfall was the parking situation but it’s a SeaWorld hotel.

This property was a great before stop before a cruise and a great stop after a cruise. I was able to wash all of our laundry before returning home. Went to the gym while clothing was drying. The pool was fantastic for my grandson that was 1. We enjoyed breakfast and the late checkout. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. I will return soon.

Saw three cockroaches in the room , spoke to the front desk to check it out or to do the usual pest control inspection . Before I left today I saw another one , it turned out to be adult bedbugs unfortunately. I am sorry I will not come back however the location was awesome ! Luckily we did not spend much time in the room !

The hotel is an average hotel. Outdated rooms, but convenient with a kitchenette area. The cleaning is terrible. They just change the towels and don't clean the room itself. There were also little flees flying in the room.

I was on the 6th floor yet I could smell sewage backup from bathtub drainage. I didn't knew that smell was coming from there. I didn't closed the bathtub drainage and the whole room was filled with bad smell. Reception never picks up the call irrespective of when you call.

My stay was fine except for some mold growing on the shower curtain. Upon telling the front desk about it, they mentioned they’d get it sorted. However, when I returned to my room, they brought another shower curtain and put it on the table. They expected me to change the shower curtain. The place was fine but a bit of a disappointment due to that.

There was vomit on the floor between the two beds and I mentioned if to the front desk and informed the front desk that some on my clothing and shoes got contaminated by it and I asked to have the manager on duty to contact me and the manager never did during my stay from May 26-June 1, 2025. I asked the front desk to have the manger to contact me to discuss replacing my clothes and shoes for the value of and or also discuss providing me with half off my stay. The insult came after I had checked out and on my travel back home I get an email with a dry apology for an excuse and credit back for one night’s stay. I started to file a complaint to the Florida Secretary of State Office, the hotel's corporate office, the Consumer Protection Agency, the Florida Department of Health and any other agency about the unsanitary conditions but I tried to handle it at the hotel level with its management but they failed to do their jobs in this matter.

Not on par with where I’ve stayed in the past but the 970 sq ft room with a decent view was roomy for a family of four. Amenities like continental breakfast, gym, laundry and two pools were nice. The surrounding theme parks were made accessible by “free” shuttles just outside of the property. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke inside the bathroom.

The property was beautiful and convenient because we went to Sea World and Aquatica and they not only was located very close to both but also provided shuttle to both parks! The rooms were very nice and clean and even had a stove in there.

We arrived and our rooms air conditioning was broken so we called the front desk and they sent a repairman who stayed the air conditioning unit was broken and he had no replacement. We were offered another room the next day but we’re in Cocoa Beach and had reservations there. We spent 2 nights with no air and a very noisy air unit which kept us up all night!

TownePlace was excellent! We arrived at 8 a.m., and Andrew at the front desk kindly offered us an early check-in option. Since it was well before their usual early check-in time, there was a small $40 fee—which we were happy to pay, as our kids were exhausted after a long flight. The room was clean, the pool was a blast, the drinks at the pool bar were great, and the onsite laundry was super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including several just a minute’s walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived 2-3 hours prior to check in; was told to come back at 1pm. We arrived at 3:30 to still have to wait until 4:20 for a room. The room had no dining table. The staff had just set the dishwasher, we didn't have enough towels for our party (5) on reservation. To make matters worse, there were no sheets on the pull-out bed, and my grandso. Had to sleep with no covers! We then went to take a shower and they never fled the shower gel, shampoo or conditioner containers. We had to wait until staff came back to work to receive the items. Breakfast was mediocre.

When we checked in to the hotel we were greeted nicely and thought our stay would be a pleasant one. Boy were we wrong. We booked the family suite with a queens size bed and a bunk bed area. This way our kids could have their separate space to relax. When we walked into our room there was no bunk area at all. We went down to talk to the gentleman at the desk and explained to him that we booked the family suite with bunk beds and that is not what we got. We asked him if he could please give us the correct room, and were told no that he changed our reservation and gave us a standard room with 2 queen beds. We were NEVER notified about the change to our room, and we expected the room we paid for. We were told that they were over booked and that they still have a reservation that they don’t have a room for. We made the best of a bad situation but definitely was not a great or pleasant experience. The next morning we went and talked to the manager on duty and told him since the bunk room was more in price would they be refunding us the money we over paid. We were told that they would give us 30% off the room we stayed in and refunded for our parking. We have not received any credit for either one. Would not recommend!!!

Terrible experience and service. We just flew in for a conference and got to the hotel and they said someone cancelled our reservation. We DID NOT cancel and tried to explain. Bottom line is they said they couldn’t help us and had no rooms. So, after flying all day we had to find another place. I do not recommend this place.

Location was perfect with several dining options within walking distance and even a cvs store, Very well maintained facility friendly and accommodating staff in every area. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from, room was very spacious, clean and provided all the necessities needed for my disabled mother. My family and i had a great time and will definitely return to this location. We loved it.

The price is correct for the hotel. We were only there at night and wanted a place to sleep. The hotel is across the street from Sea World. If you are coming for Sea World, the hotel is a top pick.

The property was beautiful and convenient because we went to Sea World and Aquatica and they not only was located very close to both but also provided shuttle to both parks! The rooms were very nice and clean and even had a stove in there.

Impressed that the hotel is well maintained despite it being in a high traffic area as close as it is to the Seaworld parks. We found it to be quiet and spacious and clean. Don’t pay for parking the neighboring amusement parks, they offer shuttles.

The housekeeping staff is EXCELLENT. They are so friendly and do an amazing job at keeping this property superbly clean. Our only complaint which is quite a big one for us as we use hotel breakfast for convenience and money-saving is that the hotel breakfast was awful. The choices were terrible and low-quality. There are not even any cinnamon rolls or anything in the mornings and they had these weird cornbread muffins for breakfast. Never had bacon the whole time we were there, and the eggs were just awful. I would probably not stay here again because of the poor breakfast, but I want to emphasize again how great the housekeeping staff is!!!

They did not clean the room every day, we had to tell them several to clean them. The toilet was leaking it took then 10 days to fix it. Breakfast is that, fast. All there is ony one type of eggs and some days there are waffles. Not bad but not excellent.

The included breakfast was really disappointing. The eggs and sausage looked like they were frozen and then thrown in the microwave. The bread products were hard like they sat out too long and the fruit was either over ripe or not ripe yet.
