All the staff, from the owners to office staff and breakfast room staff, were courteous and helpful. The breakfast options were delicious. Our room, Los DosToros on the second floor, was large with a sitting area and storage. There is a towel rack in the bathroom, not just hooks, so your towels can actually dry. All areas were attractively decorated. The central location is ideal for walking to great restaurants, parks, churches and markets. Parking is provided about a block away. If steep steps are a challenge, there are also ground floor rooms.

Nice quiet place to stay in Merida Centro. Easy walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing spots. Staff was extremely helpfull. The free breakfast was fantastic.

We loved hotel Luz ‘em Yucatan! The staff are excellent, very kind, very helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was great to have parking included!

The best location, walkable distance to everything you’d want, and in a very cool neighborhood. The pool is nice, everything is very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. 100-% recommend Hotel Luz! Mérida is such a beautiful town and the people are amazing. I traveled alone as a woman with my two kids and felt very safe.
