It's a nice facility. However, there's no roof cover to load and unload. It was raining really bad and I got soaked. The bathroom shower needs work. However, it was an accessible shower that worked great for my wheelchair-bound mother. They also provided a clean shower chair. That was awesome for her.

A Wonderful Stay at Home2 Suites! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the entire property was clean, modern, and inviting. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, full kitchen, and cozy bedding. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the amenities. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety, and the fitness center was clean and had everything I needed. I also loved the outdoor lounge are such a nice touch! We loved the fire pit outside for late night community after the wedding. The rooms were spacious and clean. The best part about the room was the blackout curtains. Made for a great night sleep after a long day. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great but the property was not in good shape for a fairly new hotel. Our room had a broken cabinet handle, the shower leaked on both sides onto the floor, the toilet had issues and the back entrance of the hotel had a broken door handle for our last 3 days. The breakfast was ok and we liked the noon checkout time. The pool was not kept up very well. It was pretty dirty. The laundry facilites were very reasonably priced and the gym looked nice.

This property was particularly clean and well-maintained. The guests across the hall were noisier than I had hoped and the refrigerator was a little noisy as the compressor came on and off, but these did not detract from what was a beautiful and well-appointed room. On the pricey side but you get what you pay for. It’s the only hotel I stay at in Newnan for a reason. Breakfast is great. Very friendly staff and quiet rooms.

The hotel lodges extended stay families and is aware of continuing noise problems in various sections of the hotel (per hotel personnel). I was assigned a room adjoining a long term stay family with small children and by the third day of my 10 day stay I was sleep deprived and required a move due to the noise of the young children throughout the night. The problem is, the management was fully aware of the problem and yet still assigns guests in adjoining rooms next to the noise - rather than address the noise problem. Did they offer any compensation for my negative experience - NO. Typically a good hotel will recognize a guest's unusual discomfort with some sort of compensation. The Managers at this hotel need training.

Our one night stay was great. The check in/ out process was simple and quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the attendant at breakfast was so nice and helpful ! My favorite thing about this hotel brand is how spacious they are and the amount of unique storage they have. This is a bonus when traveling with children for sports!

Our room smelled like smoke and when we asked the front desk, she was rude and blamed us for not telling her earlier. We had gotten in that previous evening at close to midnight and were exhausted. Will Not be staying at another Hilton hotel after this experience.

The breakfast was atrocious. Too bad as this was a business trip and we did not have time to stop for breakfast as we had planned to eat there. The pancake batter was almost rancid. Straight in the trash it went. The biscuits were gone and what was left, turkey biscuits I would never eat...they looked terrible. We were in the lobby by 7:30, plenty of time for there to be fresh food out.
