We got Locked out of our room. The inside lock somehow locked when we were gone and the staff had to use a tool to break in to the room. The elevator also broke multiple times in just a few days times.

The stay was ok however the pool was ice cold me kids couldn’t even swim more the 10 mins. The beds were so hard and the pillows went flat right away we also were given no sheets for our pull out bed I had to call and ask for them. Night staff was awesome the day shift now so much.

This place is amazing has great parking for trucks with trailers. I got stuck in the elevator when the power went out. They very quickly called the 911 to have the fire department to come and get me out. Everyone was very apologetic and they ever refunded our room. It was during a very bad storm with temps below zero. The room was very clean breakfast choices amazing and the lady that hosts breakfast was the friendliest I have ever met. This is a great place will stay again if we are in town.

This is the first time we stayed at a Fairfield Inn and Suites. I was very impressed with the Denver Northeast Brighton facility from the first moment we walked in and was greeted by Sean. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The service was excellent as well as the desk staff. We will be staying here on future visits to Brighton!

Pay attention when you book with Expedia as they will put you on the 1st floor next to the side door. It was pretty loud…the AC didn’t help either. Breakfast was good and the crew at the breakfast as well

Nice propeety. The only compliant is the elevator was makjng bad geinding and vibrating noice that i heard through my room. Everytime someone wouldnuse the elevator. I didnt get any sleep and was exhausted feom traveljng.

We actually had a room next the the elevator and didn’t sleep well the first night. We were moved to a different room and slept like babies. This hotel is lovely, the staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. It was delish!!!

We want to thank Liz at the front desk in assisting us with our room transfer. In our first room, the ac was not working. She was very helpful and immediately responded by transferring us to another room and even brought us the new room keys since it was late in the evening. Great customer service!

Clean rooms. Gabe at front desk was awesome. Booked 2 rooms with Expedia for a co worker and I. Expedia messed up and only booked one room. After getting to hotel at 12:30am and traveling all day they were booked full but he made it happen, got the second room for us as I paid for and dealt with the issue with Expedia himself. Definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The reception is well organized, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was an excellent start to the day. We arrived at the hotel after midnight after flying all evening. The front desk attendant made us feel so comfortable, safe and secure. I’m not a fan of arriving to an unfamiliar hotel late at night after dark but found myself at ease once we pulled in to clean well lite parking lot.

Bekah was great at checkin and they had a room ready when I got there a little early. The room was good and the hotel itself was good. The area arond wasn't developed so when I sat out side, I was looking at a Job Lot instead of the rockies. Over all was a good stay not great.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and spacious! The breakfast was amazing! The breakfast had so many choices and even dairy free oat milk that was helpful for my child with allergies. The pool was small, but warm and my kids still had a blast! The beds were mostly comfortable, just a little harder than i like.

We particularly appreciated the breakfast option of freshly made hot oatmeal, with sprinkle options that included raisins and chopped walnuts. And we were especially happy to see a pitcher of soy milk!! We are vegans, and all of these choices fit our needs. The room was clean and cleaned up nicely every day. TV choices were ample (including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and the college basketball finals).

The woman who handled breakfast was exceptional. She kept everything up to date and was friendly and pleasant to all. She obviously takes great pride in what she does. Always checking to make sure everything was ok. She also asked to clear our plates, cups etc.
