Television did not work. Air conditioner did not work. Refrigerator was off. Took forever to get cold. Had to change rooms. Do not recommend this hotel. Hot tub had water, jets sis not work.

No hot tub working, asked front desk and they said they fixed it yesterday. Still did not work. No tread mill for exercise. Only one ice machine in the whole building every one on the floors were out of order. Orange juice was watered down, was terrible, grape juice was actually cranberry juice but marked grape juice. Very disappointed

Stayed here while passing through and our vehicle was broken into. Of course they have no cameras in the parking lot. How hard would it be to have a few cameras? There were no valuables even left in the car and yet some low life still busted the window seal. The front desk could have at least seemed somewhat sympathetic, but all she said was that “this has never happened before.” Yet the police officer said it’s common for hotels around that area (near the interstate) to have this problem.

I didn't like that there was tons of hair all over both our queen beds, so I went and told the staff and she said we could move to another room but that room was just as bad and smaller so I went and had to borrow a lint brush and clean up all the hair myself. I also recorded the room condition when we arrived because they took a deposit and I didn't want to be charged for the carpet that was stained all over the room?

The bathroom had hair all over the floor and when I asked for a broom the staff didn’t ask why. I volunteered the information and she said “oh, weird”. There was a dirty towel still hanging in the bathroom from the previous persons stay. The hotel in general was not clean.

I was originally in a room where: the TV, the A/C didn't work, and the toilet was very close to overflowing. Then ... I was switched to another room where everyting DID work. So a potentially awful stay, was corrected an became a nice stay.

The location is very good for getting around the Brighton area. The property is very neat and easy to park and check in. As for the room, nice size with plenty of space, very clean and the bathroom is large enough. But, there are no usb ports, the dark curtains don’t close all the way, the shower water valve is an experience to control temperature and the bath mat is the size of a small hand towel. For all the space, there are no comfortable chairs besides the office swivel chair. I will be staying here again but will be prepared.

The room was very clean, and the organizer that held the TV, microwave, mini fridge, etc was super handy with great storage. The staff were nice. The parking was handy and safe. The breakfast was good, although there wasn't fresh fruit or scrambled eggs present. The bed was a little too hard and made my sleep difficult. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay there!

Unfortunately this Hampton Inn did not offer a quality experience. The beds were cheap and creaked whenever someone moved, the air conditioner would not shut off and was extremely loud, we could easily hear the people in the room above us, and the furniture and carpet were old and obviously worn. We canceled our second night and went to a different hotel. Was very disappointed!

Hotel was clean, but our room smelled so bad of body odor we had the hardest time sleeping. There is no ventilation in the room. Also no fan in the bathroom. We could hear every conversation in the next room, the walls are very thin. Would stay here again only if we couldn’t find anywhere else

Stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights. Its in a great location, the staff are few but helpful. My concern was waking up at 2 am and hearing the people in the next room talking, and they continued to giggle till 5 am - it was a little challenging getting myself nudged back to sleep. Next I was in the lift, and there were panhandlers in the lift. Nothing wrong with anyone on their bad luck asking for help, but I felt awkward, especially knowing I had no quarter in my pocket.

We have been staying here for the past year every time we come to town. This time was aweful. The phone didnt work, tv didnt work, a dog on the same floor barked all night. Walked down told the front desk. The guy just said im new i dont know how to help you. Not happy paying 140 per night with this kinda service. We will be booking a d9fferent hotel next time.

In fairness, this was partly Orbitz's fault. We arrived very late at night with our 6 year old to find that the hotel had cancelled our reservation. They said our card was declined several times (Orbitz charged our card when we made the booking), they had no other rooms, and when we asked the desk attendant to help us find something else she refused. Of the cancellation, she said this is something that happens with third party vendors. What I don't understand is why no one got in touch with me. The hotel could see that we were trying to make a reservation so they should have reached out to us or Orbitz and someone should have told us that our room was not booked BEFORE we arrived at 1am. So, in short, I have no idea how this hotel is.

The location is very good for getting around the Brighton area. The property is very neat and easy to park and check in. Our room was full of moths. It was pretty disgusting. We have been there for 2 nights and there has no milk for breakfast. The orange juice was barely even orange, they were out of of coffee and eggs on the breakfast bar. They told us it would be awhile for more too be ready. Not good when you have an athlete who needs some protein for a game and no time to have to go somewhere and eat. So be prepared for extra time incase you have to go somewhere for breakfast.
