Needs some major renovations. Ceiling was falling in in the bedroom area and bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty and had what appeared to be dried boogers on it. They advertise that they have a bar but it hasn't been open in quite a while. Location was good, but I won’t stay here again.

Overall a nice place. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was average. AC worked great. Definitely needs some repairs, the ceiling and walls were peeling in our room, loose tiles were sitting on the floor. Lobby furniture peeling and frayed. No pool. Parking was slim in the evenings. Staff wasn’t accommodating to an early check in despite calling ahead. Otherwise they were polite and friendly. I would stay here again

Pool was not working in 90 degree weather! Room was ok, but front desk didn’t offer anything as we were so displeased! Bathroom door wouldn’t close, carpet torn, tub drain wouldn’t open, and stains in chair! I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

Rooms are spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping for fresh linens & towels. Laundry facility on site; Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets and plenty of quarters! There is a pool and workout room.

Had a nice stay. Only problem was that the booking site shows that there is a pool but did not show anywhere that it was closed for the season. Not the end of the world but definitely had some disappointed kids:/

The stay was nice and for the price, I really could not complain. Upon entry of of the side entrance, there was a mildewy smell. I was not sure what was going on. We were on the first floor, which was nice for us. It was easy access and immediately across from the gym, The water dispenser was not working in the gym and there were no towls, so I had to grab my pool towel. Speaking about the pool, it should have been opened already when we went, but it was locked. We told staff and they claimed it was already opened. After she went to double check, it was finally opened. That cost a star for facilities (water dispenser and no towels in gym), cleanliness (smell), and staff (saying she opened the pool already, but it wasn't). Over all, for the cost, it is still a great value.

Great location, great staff, nice, clean rooms, comfortable bed! Love that I was able to do laundry during my stay! Great selection on continental breakfast bar! Only downside was the pool didn't open until Memorial weekend, I was a couple weeks too early!

Shower curtain had brown stuff on it and shower itself had not been cleaned, it was obvious. Dark brown stains on corner of all walls. Blood red stain on carpet. The fridge didn’t work well. The breakfast made my family sick and I’m guessing it’s because things that need to be refrigerated were sitting out. Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve been in but don’t pay regular price. Just being honest!

Trash from the last people staying there was left in a bag on the bathroom sink. Woke up to water dripping from the ceiling into the carpet. The ceiling had black mold from an area that was patched but not repaired. Told the very nice lady at the desk when we checked out She thanked us for letting them know. We were not compensated for getting to sleep in a room with black mold

The staff was quick and easy to work with. I’m kind of picky about the places I stay, so all the dirt and splatters on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom really got to me. If you don’t mind little things, it was a nice place to stay; complimentary breakfast and easy check in. It was great as a last minute option.

Not sure what is going on with this place but our room was very humid and uncomfortable and smelled wet and moldy. When you got into bed, the sheets felt wet. There were also stains on the bed covers. The coffee they served in the lounge was hands-down, the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. On the exterior you could see tiles starting to pop off, the new driveway was starting to crack and chip and if you looked up near the roof, there were chunks of siding and soffit falling off. There might be a leak somewhere in the roof, which would be causing the humidity on the fourth floor.

Stains on window curtains and bedspread. The rest of the room was clean. Bathroom was clean and smelled clean but looked warn. I was placed on the pet floor. I had no pet and heard a lot of barking. I stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was a nice amenity but the eggs were not good. There were other good choices but wished for real scrambled eggs.

While the evening check in went smoothly, our room was worn down from the paint to the lampshades. There was also cleaning needing done in the bathroom from hair in different parts to urine all around the base of the toilet. Breakfast was filling, check out person was a little pushy in making us check us before we loaded our car with our luggage.

Upon arrival, the smell of moth balls slapped us in the face. My first thought, "do they have issues with snakes?" Checking in, the service was fine. Going up to the room, the tiles in both elevators are broken and smelled of weed & cigarette smoke. The room was clean, but the bed was very hard. The breakfast was very mediocre with powdered eggs, boiled sausage, bread, waffle maker, and acorn tasting coffee. The chairs in the lobby had oil stains on them (probably from the construction workers that store their equipment in the back of the building.) The room was quiet, but the Wi-Fi was spotty. The shower was really hot, which was perfect! For the price, it wasn't the worst place we have stayed, but it does have room for improvements.

Room was decent. We couldn’t get the tv to work because it wanted us to accept some type of agreement that it wouldn’t let us click on. Also, we couldn’t seem to get the room at a comfortable temperature. It was either too cold or too stuffy/muggy. Even with the couple of issues, I would stay here again. The location was convenient!

not a family oriented property, dirty and the night shift woman on staff was terribly rude. we checked in at 9:00pm and she made us stand and wait at the front desk while she took a personal phone call for 20 minutes with no other staff available at that time. the area is great around the hotel and seemed safe. once we were able to get checked in the rooms weren’t very clean, the drain was exposed and the drain stopper was sitting on the side of the shower, the drain was absolutely disgusting, obviously I would have never known if the drain stopper was attached. the walls were all scuffed up around the room in certain areas and the shower ceiling had what appeared to be mold or little black splotches. overall would not recommend.

This was a last minute stay, as the weather got bad while we’re were traveling. Check-in was smooth and easy, as the young lady who was working the front desk was very kind and accommodating. As we checked out the next day, Doris was working the front desk. We had some time to kill, so she made several great recommendations of things to see and/or do. She was delightful. I’d definitely recommend LaQuinta Inn Broken Arrow.

When our flight was canceled we contacted both LaQuinta and our 3rd party vendor. We were told the every thing was fine. We when arrived Laquinta had arbitrarily canceled our reservation and charged us $170 more to rebook for the same number of days. Another room in our party had blood on their sheets upon arrival. The cleaning crew only cleaned our room once in 5 days even with no DND sign. Nobody at or near the front desk 2/3rds of the time. We love LaQuinta but this is a poorly managed property!

Brandy was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived with a tired baby and she got us checked in right away so that baby could rest after a long trip. Always had a smile when we saw her and always greated people! Room was clean and spacious. Loved that it had a mini fridge and microwave. Came in handy with baby's bottles and food. The lobby had a foul oder at times which was a bit off putting. It was like sewer smell. However the facility was very clean and well taken care of.

I normally love this hotel as ive stayed multiple times before. The room i booked was not the room i was given. I was put into a smaller room and had to switch to another room due to some issues with the 1st room and it still was not the room i paid for. I figured it would've been an upgrade since the room i booked was no longer available but i was downgraded into a smaller room. I was told there werent any other rooms availabile but i went online and saw many availabilities. I would've had to pay for a different room completely if i wanted to switch rooms. The hotel staff were polite but kept questioning me on whether or not I even had a room there. And i got locked out of the hotel for 15min or so before someone finally saw me to let me in because the room key was not working since they switched my room #. Definitely worst experience so far but the 4-5 times ive previously stayed were wonderful.

Ismael at the front desk is by far the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. On the last night of my stay I requested to move to a room with double beds. His response was, “Is there a reason why you didn’t come this morning? I can move you to a different room but there’s no housekeepers here and we’ll lose money on a room because it hasn’t been cleaned.” LAST time staying at this hotel.

Used to be a nice hotel. It’s becoming rundown. The carpet in our room was coming up in several areas, the bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way so you could barely get through without turning sideways, the mirror frame was as peeling, the bathroom door was broken in spots. The breakfast was awful and the drinks didn’t work the whole time we were there so no refilling water or anything. Definitely don’t recommend
