I’ve stayed at this location the past couple years, close to the tournament venue and plenty of restaurants. This trip for some reason the hot water was not operating properly, sink never got hot, shower took forever to war or get hot. Otherwise, great service and cleanliness

Initially staff were very pleasant and checking in on us consistently. However, on the last day of our stay we were in the pool when staff came to tell us other guests had reported damage to their clothing and hair after using the pool. Staff then said that they were closing the pool and they would provide us with Coke to wash our hair out with, apparently the chemicals they add to the pool were off. Whatever the chemicals were ended up changing the color of our swimsuits and led to loss of color in our hair as well. When we attempted to discuss this with staff we never got a response from them again. The staff working the breakfast area were less than pleasant, they were too concerned with discussing what they were doing when they got off.

The room appeared to be clean, but the bathroom floor was damp. The hot water did not work. Had to take a cold shower. My son was pulling empty bottles and other items from under the edge of the bed from previous tenants. The bathroom also had a water issue where the shower is not pitched to the drain so soapy water was accumulating under foot. My son fell twice while taking his cold shower

The location was great! Easy access to highway and you cannot hear any of the traffic nearby. The foyer is nicely decorated and clean. The amenities were also clean. The room and bathroom were a lot smaller than expected and appears to be outdated compared to the lobby. You could hear the plumbing/water running down the pipes in the middle of the night. The beds and pillows were comfy. Cleaning is a little questionable - we found hair on the comforter and stain on the carpet. Overall, we would consider staying here again. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t great either.

Second stay here during Tulsa visit. Nice clean rooms. Two queen bed room very spacious. This time however the second bed made a squeaky springs loud noise every time you moved, so it was a little annoying. Love the keurig style coffee maker in room. We are coffee drinkers. Walls a little thin so you hear noise a little more but overall a nice place.

Shrinkflation in beds! This is the 2nd Hilton property that has queen size beds in room description only for it to be two full sized beds...and yes, I measured after the first time. Will not return because sleep was not comfortable withhusband in same bed.

The hotel appeared to be pretty new. It was very clean and pretty. The room we had was very spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We had asked for a bottom floor room because we were traveling with our dog and they had a room on the bottom floor right by the exit to the dog area. It was perfect! The area is nice with lots of dining choices nearby. We (3 ladies) felt very safe and secure staying here. I will only stay here when I go to Tulsa/Broken Arrow.

I have visited this property on a couple of occasions. I know my arrival was late, but both times I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to open the door. After a long day of travel, that is very frustrating. All other areas of this property are awesome.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite an initially positive impression, things quickly took a turn for the worse after we received a call accusing our dog of barking and charging us an unwarranted $50 fee. What's more, when I pointed out that the lady who checked us in had observed our dog and said nothing about any fees, the staff member didn't seem to care or want to rectify the situation. The attendant at the front desk was impolite and unsympathetic towards the situation. The only saving grace of this dreadful stay was the hotel's breakfast, which was quite good. Don't spend your money at this Hotel. We will never be back.

We had so much fun! The staff was amazing from the front desk, to the bar, to the breakfast attendants. The room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely stay again!

Room was great. A/C unit was quieter than most. Had hypoallergenic pillows in room … which was great, since I’m allergic to goose feathers and down. I ordered off the menu to get hot/warm breakfast … the eggs and bacon were very good. The potatoes they put on the plate came off the buffet and were not warm/not very good. The fresh fruit was great.
