The room was spacious and spotless loved the pool, and the staff was very nice

Conveniently located near our sons home but dont plan to return. The hotel was not partic ularly clean, Breakfast was very sparse out of half the items on the menu cups, plates, jelly, cream cheese, english muffins, cereal. Thermastat on the exercise room was not working so it was 62 degrees.Luggage cart was broken on check in and still broken 3 days later. Shower control was cobbed together with a pipe e xtension about to break off.

Very nice quiet. Close to dining. Good parking

We chose the hotel for the indoor pool, and after checking in and being told it was open, we found it was ice cold and unusable. Very disappointing.

Staff was very helpful and the beds and bedding were very nice. The breakfast bar was extremely bad some mornings with no plates or juice cups, no cream cheese, no jelly, little or no cereal, no muffins, no English muffins. Hotel was not particularly clean. Bathroom sink drain was plugged. Luggage cart had a broken wheel and was still out and broken at checkout. Thermostat in the fitness room was not working.

The kids got in the pool one time and it had way too much chlorine so they never got in it again….

Convenient to the ball field but limited parking

I was there to train someone for work. It's the perfect spot. Close to everything we needed to be close to. The lobby is comfortable and perfect for training. Best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. And I cannot say enough about the staff! Chloe n Sean were absolutely amazing! I'm going to be there next week as well!!

Positive - Ashley, who worked the front desk, is a beautiful person who accommodated us on our initial challenge- defective heating system in our room. She relocated us to another room but we had already unpacked. We had to go downstairs, get a cart and pack at 10 pm to move to another room for our 5-day stay. We drove over 10 hours and were beyond tired, but Ashley's positive attitude and willingness to accommodate us was appreciated. Negative 1. Bad room - For the second time staying at this location I had to relocate from my initial assigned room (stayed May 2022) on the first night. 2. Pool heater not working - On Saturday we attempted to go to the indoor pool. The water was cold. We asked someone to check it and she did, but stated the heater was not working. They had to call a mechanic. The gentleman at the front desk stated he would call someone and let us know when it was fixed. We never received a call. 3. False advertisement. Although the sign in the lobby states it does, this location DOES NOT have a spa. 4. THE BILL - I have NEVER stayed at a hotel (especially a Marriott) where I was charged a different rate EVERY NIGHT! The hotel stated this is what Hotels.com does not them. If this is Hotels.com practice, then this just lost a client. 5. BIG BUGS - This hotel has HUG water bugs - scary.

I have stayed at this Fairfield many times. It is always clean and the staff is super friendly! I will be back!

Needed a place for one night while traveling. Hotel rated highly. Found it to be convenient - directly off I-75, very clean and well-maintained, and staff at check-in was so friendly. It was also well-lighted and felt safe. Front door required key card for entrance late night.

The hotel flooded, due to sprinklers, when we had extreme cold. Lost 2nd, and 3rd floor rooms. They are currently redoing the hotel and rooms. But yet they’re charging the same rates. The hallways have no carpet, paint, and nasty water bugs right when you walk into the room. After you figure out your room with no numbers. The condition have the hotel should have been stated before booking. To many hotels in this area to waste money staying there.

My room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and the staff made the stay even better with their friendliness. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

We were staying here for a family emergency. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and the entire hotel was clean. I will stay here again. Area felt safe as well.

Hotel was okay but bed was hard and pillows were old & flat.

AC in room did not work. The site had recent water leak which resulted in numerous fans and carpet pulled up. The halls were an active construction site due to this. The toilet also ran and ran and ran.

Couldn't get hot water for a shower. Windows only had sheer curtains. Little privacy from the outside. 2nd floor room 219 Receptionist Chloe was extremely helpful.

The door on my room looks like someone try to brake in! I call the front desk the guy said he will have maintenance fix it! I move some stuff around the door to sleep in case someone tries to get in!

Overall good experience. Just wish they had soap in the shower and curtains that cover the windows better fir privacy.

The staff was very kind and hospitable however the rooms could use more sound proofing from the road noise. I stayed in an end room (not reserved with Expedia) and a room in the middle of the floor. The end room definitely had more road noise than the other room but the room in the middle of the floor was also a bit noisy

Shower was cold when hot option was on . Sink water was cold when hot option was on. Room was on the floor close to the exit door and heard the door opening a few times during the night effecting my sleep.

The only criticism is about the pillows. They are not comfortable in room 220 and need to be replaced. The room and the hotel are 5 star.

Front desk stakk was very helpful.

At checkout clerk didn't even know how to get me a receipt even when he got one it wasn't complete which made getting my incidental deposit back

The staff is excellent. Waited while I used Expedia to get a good rate, good advice on where to eat and generally a very nice person!

Staff was excellent. We had very noisy children next door jumping off the beds. One call to the front desk immediately remedied the problem. Kudos to the staff!!!!! Very nice, new, clean carpet and rooms. Would definitely stay here again
