Great location! Great bathhouse. Breakfast was satisfactory. Room is surprisingly roomy. I got a room with Skytree right outside my window! The employees were all very friendly and helpful! Definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed the included breakfast and the coffee machine made excellent fresh coffee. The hotel was close to everything. We had two connecting rooms and the rooms still felt small. However, all hotel rooms are small in Tokyo. LOL. We used the laundry facility on the 3rd floor and it was clean and tidy like the whole hotel.

The outstanding feature for me was the Japanese bathhouse which was accessible from 3.30pm to 9.30am on a daily basis. You receive a daily code from the desk. Breakfast was excellent and finished by 9.30am. The room the normal size for Tokyo, i.e. small but sufficient. The hotel is 3 minutes away from Kinshicho Station and the surrounding area has many good shops and restaurants with a welcoming vibe. The Tokyo Skytree is located nearby. Towels are changed every day regardless of whether you request room service. I would recommend the Super Hotel chain to anyone planning to visit Japan,.
