I reserved a week during high season for a routine business trip. This location by Hilton was $400 more per week than my usual Candlewood suites stay. There is a kitchenette but no actual stove, only a microwave. Candlewood suites rooms are a tad larger and have an actual stove. I had to be creative cooking meals with only a microwave. The exercise room lacked equipment and was over crowded. It had only two treadmills and an elíptical, some dumbbells and a cable system. The exercise room doubles as a laundry room with pay quarters washing and drying machines. My room wasn’t the cleanest. I walked around the room barefoot and my feet bottoms were black with dirt. The staff didn’t fill the shower soaps, toilet paper or paper towels unless told by me. The breakfast isn’t anything great and worth getting. My stay wasn’t worth the $400 extra per week and Candlewood was exactly across the street but booked.

We liked property for easy access to major highway. It’s is clean. The minor drawback is parking. Late at night you may not find parking spot. The breakfast was less then expected for the cost of the room.

The room was fine. Bed was squeaky. 2 of the cardio machines had no power, and a 3rd was a pelaton with clipless pedals, rendering 3 of the 5 cardio machines useless.

We stayed for 1 night and it was nice. Great staff and easy check in. There’s only one elevator at the front of the building and the parking is in the back of the building. I would unload the bags before parking so you don’t have to walk. Other than that it was a great stay

Very disappointing for a Hilton property!! The bed cover had stains on it, the front desk employee said he didn’t have another room and just handed me a new bedding set!! There is an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and gets stronger inside the room. Thank God we were there for only one night on our drive back to Texas. Will not stay there again!

The hotel was super Clean, the room was spacious and breakfast excellent. Terri who was managing the breakfast that day was so lovely and energetic! Her friendliness and customer service was contagious . I defenitly recommend this hotel ( travelled with my parents >75 and 2 kids (10 abs 13)

Our first time staying at a Home2 Suites and we will definitely stay with them again. The room was huge, modern, and comfortable. The kitchenette even had a full size refrigerator with freezer for our ice chedt contents. Breakfast was excellent! Nice variety of food. There were eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese to make a nice breakfast sandwich. Definitely worth the stay if ypu haven't tried one before!

Property under construction but still charging a premium rate in an area that doesn't feel safe other than inside. Smart TV's not connected to the internet in new rooms, seems like a simple task. My family was looking forward to movie night, so a bummer overall.

Located right off the interstate So depending what room you're in you hear road traffic. We were on the third floor and could hear every footstep from the room above us on the 4th floor. When you're trying to get to bed at 10:30 at night it's kind of hard when there's a Clydesdale horse on the floor above you. That was my biggest issue, the noise above.

There is a sliding door to the bathroom that did not shut completely and does not lend any privacy. The beds were comfortable, but I am not sure the outer linens were clean. Carpet was dirty in the elevators with stains. In a very noisy, busy, high traffic area. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Rooms have the horrible sliding bathroom doors not secure with knob. Mattress springs were horrible made squeaky noise with slightest movement. Bathroom tiles were gross towards baseboards and need renovation. Parking was weirdly situated and access to hotel required iturns.. Bfast was great and staff was awesome, but little embarrassing to put the Hilton name on signage.

Staff was not very engaging, not a “hello” or “welcome”, beds uncomfortable, and the breakfast was so very disappointing, along with the older lady who was working in the breakfast area. I’m not sure if people are just that unpleased with their jobs or just not very people friendly, but definitely expected a little more.

The front desk attendant name Shaye was Fantastic. I feel Shaye we above her call of duty to give us an upgraded room because our room wasn’t ready after be told it was ready by housekeeping. The upgraded room was more than what we needed for our 1 night stay.

What I like about this hotel is the location, Convenient near to the Interstate. Very late at night walking my dog around the property one could see drug addicts and homeless people walking on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel workers were friendly. My only complaint about the room was that it was right by the exit to the parking lot. While it was convenient to get to our room, we heard the door shut every time a guest entered or exited the building. The door was very loud and woke us up several times during the two nights we stayed even with a sound machine going. The area felt unsafe at night due to the neighboring gas stations and people walking around.

This is our second stay at this location. While the staff members were efficient and friendly, the facility was a significant disappointment on this trip. Our king-size mattress was the worst we have ever slept on - extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was no better than the fold out. The breakfast on both days was also awful. Previously, Homes2 had the best breakfast options. Now, the food tastes bland and freezer burned. Meats sit under heat lamps until they are like shoe leather. The breakfast sandwiches are gone. Even the apple juice was watered down. Home2 is more expensive than the alternatives. However, with the awful breakfast options and hard beds, I'm sorry to say that it is no longer worth the upgrade.
