I stayed here for sightseeing. The location couldn’t be better—it is close to the train station, bus stops, sightseeing spots, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Clean pajamas, towels, and amenities like shampoo and conditioner were all provided with no issues, and the room was very well-cleaned. Both check-in and check-out were simplified and very smooth, which was great. I didn't see any other Japanese guests, and the inside of the hotel was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful alley, but still located close to the station, convenience stores and many shops. It was easy to make trips in and out of the hotel during the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with forwarding my luggage, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. The room was small, but still comfortable. When I revisit Kyoto, I’d stay here again.

Excellent location and the perfect hotel for a 4 day stay in Kyoto! A stones throw away from the station and walking distance from downtown Kyoto! Will definately be staying here again!
