Econo Lodge Jefferson Hills Hwy 51

Felt uneasy walking to the room as other guests were sitting outside smoking on balcony watching everything. Room smelled of cigarettes with burns on the sheets. I’ve never had to ask for a non-smoking room before. No soap or Kleenex in room and the pillows were very small for the bed. Very uncomfortable the entire stay and couldn’t wait to leave.

When we arrived i got ournroom key amd went to the room. As soon as i opened the door all you could smell was weed. Everything was dirty. The sheets were stained yellow including the pillow cases there were also pubic haors kn tje sheets and the blanket was stained as well. I went down to the office to ask to be switched rooms. I was then told that i had to pay an additional $100 dollars for a different room. I refused to pay additional money as there was no difference. No upgrade nothing more than 1 beds. The gentleman at the desk finally gavee a key.for a new room and we went in. The rokm was a little cleaner. Floors were duct taped nothing appeared to have beem wiped down and dusty. But the sheets were clean. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel.

It was there was a snowstorm , that's all we could find that had availability

The tv wasn’t working and I called the front desk. Told someone would be there shortly. No one came. Had to set heat higher than normal because windows were cold.

Convenient. the room was comfortable. Only complaint the floor of the bathroom and actual room was really dirty like it hadn’t been mopped in a while made my socks black and my feet when I got out the shower.
