Climate control is centralized. Meaning, ALL rooms are controlled by one system. Therefore, there is no way yo cool if too hot or warm if too cold. I left for another hotel after being unable to cool a room that was already 80+ degrees and the clerk told me their maintenance person was the only one to change it over and was "unavailable.

They gave me a room with literal poop on the floor. Food still in the fridge. Headboard hanging off the wall and the TV didn't work. Worst experience ever.
