Nice size rooms, great views of Tokyo Skytree!! Also appreciated the free coffee and bread, in the lobby. Add some fruits & yogurt from the various markets nearby & you are set for the day! The area has lots of shopping options; visited Nitori & Solamachi nearby! The location iss quite oractical as you're never more than 30min from main Tokyo attractions.

The coffee and pastry/snack options provided in the lobby was amazing, good music and good vibes. The rooftop terrace offers an amazing view of Tokyo Skytree which is minutes away from the hotel. The area itself is a bit quieter, older and has more of a neighborhood vibe. The room was comfortable.although it would've been nice to have a tub and a bit more space to hang up clothes/towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property is very close to Oshiage station, which makes easy to get around. Nearby markets and eats. Sky Tower and shopping is walking distance with lots of great eats and shopping. Coffee, tea, fresh juices, and pastries every morning is a nice start to the day. Rooftop is a must see. For price - worth it! Great value. Plus 3rd party booking had an issue, but property was kind and resolved issue.

Hotel is located very near to Sky Tree and there are a couple of malls there. Shopping and eating options are superb. The rooftop of hotel offers an excellent view of Sky Tree. A really good place to chill out. Free storage of luggage available and I can travel outside of Tokyo with ease. I'm coming back to One@Tokyo hotel.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant, but there is room for improvement. The room I was assigned was clean, and the bed was comfortable, although the pillows could be softer and more comfortable. I did not like that the sink is outside the washroom and that there is very little space to place toiletries. The same applies to the closet area—there is almost no space for clothes, and the suitcase only fits under the bed when opened. The room would also benefit from more information in English on how to operate the air-conditioning system, as the controls are only in Japanese. I appreciated the snacks and coffee provided in the lobby, but the variety and quality of the snacks could be improved, especially considering that this hotel is not inexpensive. More affordable hotels, such as Toyoko Inn, offer a very good complimentary breakfast. Additionally, the cleanliness of the lobby washroom needs improvement. I liked the friendliness of the reception staff and the housekeeping team, who did a good job. Overall, it is an okay hotel with a pleasant design, but there are a few aspects that could be improved.

High traffic/busy hotel, given its proximity to Tokyo Skytree. The main lobby and elevators were always busy/crowded. The room was small and awkwardly laid out. I really disliked the lack of space to hang up clothing (two short knobs on the wall with four hangers is pretty bad). Nowhere to hang up a hand towel near the sink. The wet room (shower stall and toilet) was so small and cramped. The automatic/motion sensor toilet constantly opening every time there was slight movement was SO annoying. Had a lot of small issues with various elements of the room (lighting, window, touchscreen) throughout my stay, enough things to make it frustrating.

Overall a really good place to stay. The only downsides were: 1) Bathroom was smelling of mold, we tried to kill it with some incense oil but no luck. 2) you can hear all the noises from people living above you so if you are unlucky and they are patting up until late you cant sleep.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Tokyo! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the subway station where there is a lot of restaurants and shops! The hotel itself is beautiful and clean with free breakfast in the morning (only breads, croissants with coffee, tea and orange juice) We booked a Deluxe Twin, for two adults and a child. We requested an extra bed for an extra of 40000 yen per nights. We had enough place for our luggage. It’s perfect for a couples of days, but I wouldn’t have spent a week there. Why I remove a star is that the bathroom have a clear door, meaning that if someone have to use it at night the light will wake up everyone else in the room. Kind of annoying…

Excellent value for the money. Hotel was quite nice and a great location near Skytree. Friendly staff, clean rooms that are small but efficient and well appointed. My only real gripe was with the bed, as the mattress is very firm and may be uncomfortable for others like me. For 1-2 night stays probably not a big deal. For a 3-5 night stay your back will be hurting by day 3.

Stayed in the single room, 14 sum. Everything was fine except the selected room was small at 14 square. For short stays and if you come back just to sleep, it is fine. If you stay long time, the lack of space starts to bother.

The room was too small. No place to store your clothes. No place to put your luggage. Two of can not walk past each other. Next time we will book the larger room. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to SkytTree. Many awesome restaurants just out the front door of the hotel. Nice view of the SkyTree tower from the roof top of this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tokyo for the first time. The location is great, right by the Asakusa train station and the Osage stop for Sky tree. Easy access to all other subway lines and a direct train to/from Narida airport that is super convenient! My only complaint is the rooms are so so small and there is no place to put your suitcase that isn’t an issue. They don’t provide a luggage stand and there really is no room for it to be out of the way. The rooms are that tiny. I can’t imagine 2 people in one room. It would feel claustrophobic and there’s absolutely not room for 2 suitcases. Also there’s not enough hooks for hanging towels and clothes out of the way. With so little space, being able to hang things up would really help but the few hooks are shallow and the hangers and towels mostly just fall off. They could use some better space saving options. They also didn’t have coffee cups, just weird little water paper cups that really didn’t work for the hot coffee. It was odd. Great service, super clean, great location!

The hotel environment and area is really gud, there is a big shopping mall right infront of the exit subway to hotel. If u were with big luggage subway has lift but u will need to walk a little distance like 7mins. Hotel room's view superb i choose the Skytree tower view room, not direct facing is abit corner. The room's toiley will be abit shy if u were with friend even family coz it using a quite transparent curtain to cover the entrance, toilet door is totaly transparent ya. Ops.

I loved that the location of this hotel was a little more off the beaten path, so we weren’t constantly around tourists. It was also an easy walk to a pretty major subway line. The staff here was very kind. We loved the size of the room - and the high quality of the bathroom!

The design is unique and the room we stayed in was big and had a great view. The rooftop is a great feature. On the down side the lobby of the hotel is not well maintained. The guests luggage is stored around the entrance disturbing the design and ruining first impression. The hotel staff was not helpful at all they couldn't even book us a taxi to the airport.

This was the perfect hotel, close enough to transportation , so we could navigate travel… but super quiet and safe… which was always nice to come home to. Staff were helpful and accomodating. The rooftop was a great added bonus! The best part was the rooms were large … large for Japanese Hotel standards that is.

Good location. Direct train to and from Narita and Haneda. 3min to subway and Skytree. Restaurants , Life supermarket and convenient stores around the corner. Will definitely stay there again next time.

오시아게역에서 가깝고 도쿄 긴자.아사쿠사.신주쿠.시부야 어딜가든 교통이 너무 좋았어요. 호텔의 청결도좋았고 침대환경도 좋았어요. 1층로비에서 빵과 커피,차종류도 조식으로 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다.

Hotel is just ok. I liked the rooftop terrace where you can see the Tokyo Skytree in all its glory. I liked that it is a walkable distance to the train station. What I don’t like is the breakfast. I paid $30 per person for a breakfast and was only offered miso soup, which was odd. You also needed to put a key card in a slot near the door in order to power the room, including the AC, which resulted in our room being super hot when we arrived. I don’t think I would return.
