It is an older hotel but was very clean with updated furnishings and linens. They have a great breakfast in the mornings and a 24 hr coffee bar. The pool was open till 10pm so my kids got to swim some even though we arrived late. We were only there one night so that we could be in the area for my daughter's basketball game the next morning. It was quiet and we felt safe. The night auditor was a lovely lady. She was very sweet and made checking in easy. Please be aware that even though we used a credit card to pay, they still held a $100 deposit which is still pending on my account. The signs say they only do that with a debit card but that's incorrect.

Our stay was amazing! We are from Upstate NY so we were hoping the pool was open unfortunately it was not open until May. The continental breakfast was very good as well.We would recommend this place to our friends & family for sure! The manager “Michelle” was very helpful & friendly!

We recently stayed three nights. I have to say this was the cleanest and best maintained property I've ever stayed in. My husband was obsessed with the pancake machine. The staff was friendly as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Booked thru third party. Office smelled like smoke and we were immediately told when I presented my id..no.locals.We live 30 minutes past robbinsville therefore an hour plus away. .hhhhmmmm. They luckily made a concession. Seemed pretty clean in the room. Unfortunately...the sink didn't really drain and toilet made some odd noise. Also...2 hairs on soap dish we can't claim. Can't really recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room! Both lamps on each side of bed have outlets and places to charge your phone and the one on the extra table in tje room does also! The room was very nice!

Would have been 5/5 stars if the heater in our room had worked. Woke up freezing to death (37 degrees outside), as the HVAC unit appeared to only be blowing the fan and not heating whatsoever. We ended up leaving at 6am because we couldn't stand sleeping in the cold any longer. Originally didn't plan on leaving until at least 10am, as we spent some time at the casino the night prior and got back to the room late. Mentioned the heater issue to front desk clerk upon checkout and all he said was I'm sorry I'll have maintenance look at it. I feel like I deserve at least a partial refund. Probably won't stay here again.

The property is right on Highway 64 - as in, the door to my second-story room was less than 100 yards from the highway, with only a sidewalk with curb cuts delineating the motel parking lot. The noise from traffic was very loud and didn't stop at night. The discomfort was made worse by the gap at the bottom of the room's door, where daylight poured through. In addition, the drains in the tub and in the sink were very slow to clear, and the toilet is unusually low. On the other hand, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, when sleep came.

The night staff lady was very rude. Glad that i didn't see her the rest of the trip. The pool was closed. There was no reason when asked, and no notice on websites. The room was nice. Breakfast could have been better.

We stayed for one night because there was a bad storm in the area and we wanted to be safe. This was the cheapest hotel in the area and for the price, we were pretty amazed at how nice it was. The beds were super comfy and the room had everything we needed and the breakfast in the morning was actually pretty good. When we first got there and opened the fridge, there was half eaten food left in there. The signs everywhere letting us know what the prices were if we stole something instead of “welcome, here’s some things to make your stay more comfortable” as well as having to give a reason why you are there to ensure you’re not partying are a bit off-putting and make you feel sort of unwelcome. I have no desire to steal a comforter slept on by many people. But the staff were great, the place was great and we would definitely come back if we had to weather another bad storm.

The staff during check in was amazing. The cleanliness of the room was spot on and within minutes of us walking in we got a call from the front desk asking if the room was satisfactory. It was a great, safe place for my daughter and I to stay. Would use again. Side note…after arriving home - I received a call about a piece of jewelry that was left in the room. The front desk offered to put it in the mail for me.

We went to North Carolina for a funeral and only stayed 2 nights. The staff at check in was very pleasant and got us checked in quickly. The breakfast is your typical bagels, danish, pancakes cereal, oatmeal and fruit. The coffee was good as was the orange juice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Days inn is right on Hwy64 so there was some road noise but the purr of the heating system covered it. It was a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location for a major bike event in Murphy. A good value for the price we paid; convenient to events we wanted to attend. A wonderful bar-b-q restaurant just a few doors down. We loved visiting this town and will likely return.

Several families converged on this as it had good reviews. However, the property is built between 2 roads, one is a very busy highway. The road noise is deafening. As soon as we arrived, we asked to be switched to a room toward the smaller of the roads. After that we were able to drown out the road noise with the fan. I would not stay here again. The breakfast was continental - no eggs/meat. Fine with us but may not be for everyone. Staff and facilities were very good.

Enjoy my 2 night stay. Great location, easy in and out. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Continetial breakfast a major plus. The automatic Pancake machine is a must. Overall, highly recommended.

Very noisy area of town. Large trucks and cars going by at all hours . Breakfast was lacking any proteins. All sugary sweet stuff. I'm a diabetic. Can't have those things. Seems to be the hotel of choice for construction workers with very loud diesel trucks.
