It's clean, quiet, and typical for most of these similar hotels. Breakfast is included though it was very minimal selection. No pool. What stood out and was the deciding factor for my stay was that they have a triple queen bed room option. We have been traveling with kids across the US and this was only the second of 18 hotel stays that have had that option. If you have 3 kids then i would suggest that option!

I’ve stayed in many Super 8’s in my life, and this location was probably the nicest one I’ve seen! The building and facilities were nice and clean, they had a decent free breakfast, the staff was very nice, room was nice, and there’s many food and shopping options just down the street. I’d definitely recommend this Super 8, and will stay here again in the future.

The staff were absolutely amazing!! The property needs major repairs. It was freezing and had space heaters in every hall. The toilets were broken and would not flush. Lights were unplugged which made us feel unsafe as maybe an electrical issues or maybe they thought that would save money? Property need major attention. I would stay because of the staff and it was clean if the building was in working conditions

Air in lobby was most likely off very warm in the lobby extremely hot outside room ac was turned off I turned it on and had to leave room wasn’t comfortable yet came back after a store run and was fun. I’d recommend they have ac on when they know guests are arriving

A little older, but neat and clean. Looked like new carpet. Everything was very clean. Water temp was great for me. Pressure medium. No complaints. Did not do breakfast so not sure how that was. Did smell waffles.

I’ve stayed in many Super 8’s in my life, and this location was probably the nicest one I’ve seen! The building and facilities were nice and clean, they had a decent free breakfast, the staff was very nice, room was nice, and there’s many food and shopping options just down the street. I’d definitely recommend this Super 8, and will stay here again in the future.

Arrived at 7 pm only to be told system wasn’t working for check in. Wanted to make copies of credit card and driver license!!! I refused. She said it would be a half hour then b4 we could check in till she got system corrected. We left for dinner. Came back, checked in. Went to room. Turned on light switch- nothing!! Don’t carry a flashlight so fumbling around looking for a light switch that worked in complete darkness! Told front desk but nothing was done. BTW NOBODY IS EVER AT THE FRONT DESK! You have to use a telephone to call them to come to assist you. Worst customer service ever. Breakfast 6-9 is a joke! Out of regular coffee by 630. Nobody checks or there to assist. Food not fresh just reheated leftovers from day before. Bathroom had cracked tiles, mildew. Sheet had cigarette hole! Stayed at two Super 8 on vacation. Both were poor. Never again!

Went for racing. The place could use a good cleaning. Housekeeping did nothing for us even though we asked them for things. Breakfast was cold and terrible so we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

When you walk in and turn on the lights, no lights! Charged my phone in a plug-in behind the bed stand. It didn’t work. No modern accommodation for charging electronic equipment since ch ad insulin pump, toothbrush, phone, hearing aids, Air pods, etc. Toilet very low to ground. The whole room is in serious need of an upgrade. I’m went down to the breakfast room and got a couple of plastic cups.

Shower curtain rod was not attached to walls and would have caused injury with any movement. Bedspread was covered in holes. Bed UNCOMFORTABLE, worn out. The hot breakfast is literally ONLY A WAFFLE MACHINE so don't fall for the HOT BREAKFAST ad. Local food is too far to walk. Industrialized area.

I liked the location of the property and that it was in a safe spot of Ft. Dodge. What I didn't like was that the TV in my room didn't work and the air conditioner made a noise like a fan blade was loose. Breakfast was good though.

Checked in, crying baby behind desk.. but lady was nice! Get to room, set our bag down, bed falls off the frame. Beds were extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. Outdated decor. Overall not impressed. Should probably cost half of what it does.

Person that did show up didn’t speak ENGLISH very well and was very hard to understand. Discrepancy with the add and what he said I needed to do to check in, just kept looking at me when I asked about it. Breakfast??? Was more like a gas station selection.
