It’s a nice clean no frills hotel. I only stayed one night. Location was where I wanted to be. Price was a bit high I thought, but that’s just the way things are. I would stay again.

Check-in went OK. The representative found my reservation without problem. Apparently, the desk representative does not quickly get list of rooms cleaned and ready for new stay. The representative said let me go check if this room has been cleaned, but one of the cleaning employees said this room has been cleaned. There is not enough soap placed in rooms. Towels, face cloths and hand towels are dingy and have stains. The light over the sink does not operate. Free parking and provided breakfast are helpful features.

I called several days before my arrival to request early check-in due to coming from out of state for a wedding. I was told my early check-in would be accommodated and that a note would be placed to make other staff aware that our room would need to be ready 1.5 hours early. Upon arriving to the facility I was told that check-in is at 2:00pm (30 min later than the time I requested). I was able to utilize a public bathroom to start getting ready. When checking with the front counter at 2:10pm for our room, I was then informed that our room would not be ready until 3:00pm, the wedding starts at 3:00pm. Poor staff communication and it ended up causing a lot of uncertainty and stress. If you are unable to accommodate a request that needs to be communicated so we could have planned accordingly. Very disappointed
