This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways! Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The terrace restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Location was a little run down. Not the most welcoming front desk or restaurant staff.

The hotel had a good location and the room was nice. The drawback was it didn’t seem to be very focused on being a hotel vs event center. New Years Eve Party lasted until 4 am w music at the volume of a busy public street inside the room and party goers lounging 5 ft from rooms all night. Front desk - not answering. No notification in advance

I originally booked the presidential suite, unfortunately our stay got tainted since there was no internet in the room, which we absolutely needed for work, we did not have cable or any kind of tv, and the safe didn’t work . Staff was very diligent and attempted to help with the issues but unfortunately we had to change rooms, which it was ok, at least we were able to work. The restaurant offers really good food, live music was a plus. A huge plus is the location of the hotel, a walking distance from all the museums and historic sites.
