Elevator going down was not working waiting on a part. We did stairs but were on floor 6.

Courteous Staff, simple check in, room clean & comfortable. Indoor pool & hot tub good temperature & clean. We are heading to the breakfast buffet…not bad. Now back to the pool & hot tub this morning. EXACTLY what a stay should be! A VERY good value.

It was ok, pool was fun, hot tub broken, microwave in rooms would be nice.

The hotel and its staff were amazing. the room was great. The problem is when I went to my vehicle this morning and my windows were busted out, along with over 20 others in the parking lot. The officer told us this has been happening for 6 months and multiple times at the same location. Why are people not warned about this or security increased to prevent it??

We were on the 6th floor and the elevator button to go down was broken. Had to call front desk every time we wanted the elevator. Very inconvenient!

We booked a room at this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was in terrible condition. It is not being maintained properly and the water was very cloudy and had a tint. The walls were stained and it’s clear it has not been fully drained and cleaned in some time. FYI all public hot tubs in Ohio need water to be completely drained at least 1x a month. Partial water changes weekly. You should use a light acid wash yearly on the wall surface to remove stains. This is a new facility. It shouldn’t look like this. The room was awesome, so if you’re not looking for a hot tub and only care about the room. I highly recommend.

Queen double suite was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. Hot tub was awesome and the warmest indoor pool (especially as a parent who has to go in for their kiddos). Overall , very happy and hope to return!

Plenty of parking, lot was well lit. Front desk was friendly & helpful. There was a problem with the elevator call buttons (they were fixing it when we arrived) Staff moved our room to the first floor & gave us a discount for our inconvenience. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, toiletries were provided, shower had good water pressure & was hot. Pool & hot tub area was very nice & clean with plenty of seating & towels. Breakfast was good with a good selection. The coffee station was fabulous and the coffee was so good. Everything was fresh & the attendant kept on top of everything. The only negative thing I have to say is that our curtains in our room needed cleaning. Other than that, everything was great. They do offer small frozen foods, ice cream, soda, chips for purchase. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and cool to walk into. Staff friendly. However, the TV was unplugged due to the remote not working and I had to fix both of those. The phone in the room was also inoperable and no one knew how to fix it. The call button for the downside of the elevator wasn't working on several floors. Either had to walk to a floor where it worked or call the front desk to have sent.

Hadnt been there since the renovation of gym and pool. Great job on those! Breakfast is the Best of any Hotel chain!

Hotel itself is nice. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. There also was a leak at some point in the shower above ours. Ceiling was clearly not addressed because there was black mold on ceiling where leak was.

Front desk staff was kind and check in was speedy. Room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was helpful and kind.

We didn’t use the breakfast option. Room was clean but drab so appears not as clean as one would like.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel through Travelocity for 4/18-19, 2025. When we got to our rooms 1 room was fine, however other room had mold in the ac vents & the floor was stained and dirty. We went down to the desk & were moved to another room. Again more mold in the vents. Instead of going back down to the desk and having to request yet again a new room, I repacked up my kids and I from room and switched with my family in the second room and they took our clean room. they opened the additional two blankets requested from the front desk to find them dirty. We had to go back down and get two more blankets. We asked for a refund for the one room with mold but were told we had to wait for the manager. We left the hotel to do our planned activities and returned to the hotel. We asked for the manager who told us that because I booked through Travelocity I would have to request a refund from Travelocity. Fine I will do that. When it was time for bed at 11PM, there was a group of people outside below window talking, laughing and swearing loudly. This had been going on for15 minutes already. I called down to the desk and made a noise complaint. I got a return call to confirm my noise complaint in the hallway. I said no they are outside under my window. They are loud and swearing and Im trying to sleep. It was 11PM. I was told there’s not much I can do but would ask them to be quieter. Nothing happened continued til 11:45pm. Asked Travelocity for refund. Hotel denied refund

Management was responsive when we reported an issue with room. Our room had ants in kitchen. No maintenance personnel that night. The following day, manager moved us to another room and comp us one free day.

Very convenient location for shopping and dining. Staff was pleasant and helpful when we arrived and when we had questions. The room seemed smaller than other Hampton Inn & Suites. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The climate control system in the room was one of the best. I would have given a higher score, but as I was bathing my granddaughter (which I was thankful for a tub), I noticed grime on the outside of the tub and hair in the corner. I guess, I should be grateful it wasn’t inside the tub.

Clean room, excellent customer service! Would def stay again!

I arrived during a rainstorm, they lost power for over three hours. My room had tiny ants all over

I highly recommend this hotel! The location was perfect, it’s literally within 20 minutes of anything you could want to do. The pool is bigger than most hotels I’ve stayed at, towels were always stocked up and since my kid is a night owl we loved that it stayed open until 11pm. We stayed in a King Suite and it was the perfect size for our 2 year old to run around in. He could get all his energy out without having to take him to the lobby. Most importantly the staff was beyond accommodating! We accidentally left some stuff behind in the room after checking out and 5 hrs later they still had it and they were willing and able to shipped it back to us, of course we had to pay the shipping but it was completely worth it.

Overall had a good time at my stay. Room was clean and generously sized. Rest of the hotel was well kept and clean. Staff was kind and approachable. Only downside was that the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I tried laying different ways and even used extra pillows to try and make it work and I could barely lay for more than 30 min before my back would hurt and I'd have to sit back up. I'm not usually one to find fault in anything but my traveling companion had the same issue with the other bed as well.

The stay and amenities were okay, a bit dated and nothing to write home about. On the surface the facility was clean and friendly but very frustrating when the TP is less than single ply and klenex doesn’t get replaced until after the last tissue is used. Our shower door was broken so I have a huge scratch on my arm. It’s the little things; I guess it can always be worse.

Hampton is usually our favorite hotel. This is a huge disappointment. The hotel is not full and we were placed in a room with a view of the top of the building, can't even see over it. The door to the bathroom is broken. It's storming outside and we can hear water draining in the walls in the bathroom. The coffee is empty in the common areas and no hot chocolate offered for the kids. This is nothing like the Hamptons we are used to. We will go with Holiday Inn the next time we are in the area. .

Very clean room, comfortable bed, easy to control temp, nicely decorated. Would have liked a mini-microwave in the room- other than that, no complaints!

Great location for a weekend trip to Columbus. We wanted to see the zoo and go to Cosi. Great distance to all along with the mall to go to Legoland. Good convenient continental breakfast was a plus with little ones. Staff was very friendly and we loved having a pool and hot tub to enjoy. Facility is a little outdated, but overall a very nice place.

All was good except the pillows . Too soft

Great amenities and thats about it. Front staff was horrible, one guy was reading comics and listening to music while there was people waiting to be served. Another guy was too busy on his phone i swear i almost walked away from the store with drinks because he was too busy on his phone to check me out. Water pressure in the shower also sucks, it feels like i was being rained on if anything.

Stood at the front desk and was ignored for over 15 minutes waiting check in. Listened to a couple arguing loudly and profanely in the hallway outside our room at 11:00 PM.

Everything stuck out! The room was wonderful and the staff were the best! Jarrod and Brayden were very helpful and kind. I've never had a better experience at a hotel and plan to stay again next month.

My 2 daughters (11 and 4) and I recently stayed here for 2 nights and we had a great experience! Next time we are in town we will absolutely stay here again. All the front desk staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hottub were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed those each day. Our room was clean and comfy and the complimentary breakfast each morning was very nice. I also used the gym one morning and was very happy with the variety of equipment. Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time!

The front desk staff was professional and our room was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was as expected. Unfortunately we booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub and it was closed without any notice to customers. They say they posted it on their website that week but did not notify us that it would be closed. Had we known the pool & hot tub was closed, we would have canceled far in advance. Telling us at check-in gives us no time to find a new hotel. I did enjoy the fitness center as the cardio machines were nice. The worst part of our stay was that the cleaning lady went into our room to clean when we had the "do not disturb" sign up. We had not finished putting our items in the car yet. She had all our our remaining items including food from the refrigerator, reusable ice packs, our reusable lunchbox and reusable metal water bottles, several unopened bags of food -- all stuffed into a garbage bag! She was ready to throw away all of our stuff!! It was so disrespectful considering we didnt check out yet AND we had the do not disturb sign up. This is unacceptable on so many levels. It happened at 11am, but checkout is at noon! The front desk manager comped us for part of our stay for the food losses and gave us free water bottles and offered snacks to go. I can tell they want their customers to be satisfied but it does not make up for the lack of trust we now have in leaving our personal belongings at hampton inn polaris.

Our check-in with Jill was very efficient. Jill was very friendly and helpful offering suggestions of sites to see around the area.

Air conditioning was extremely noisy, check in person completely ignored us and helped another person before us.

In office park area so need a car. Many stores and restaurants nearby and large shopping mall just across I-71. Very convenient to I-71 and Westerville

Excellent location north of Columbus but a stone’s throw from a great shopping plaza and good dining. A great business hotel to use

Twice of three days we went out for breakfast because they were serving ham sitting in water. The eggs looked artificial. The day we stayed for breakfast I had sausage gravy with biscuits (not healthy but my weakness), banana, and yogurt and my wife had a waffle and fruit.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Location convenient and safe. Breakfast was adequate, but not a strength. Would stay here again

Everything was amazing, breakfast was great! I would bring your own snacks though LoL snacks are expensive at the front desk.

Did not like the breakfast. Options were limited and not enough variety. I’m most things like the fruit cocktail you could tell was from a can. Maybe add in some more oatmeal topping varieties, like granola. More choices with meat beside pork sausage. Area was clean but choices were sparse.

The scrambled eggs could have been better. They were sitting in water in serving dish.

The room was clean, well appointed, nice bathroom, breakfast included although, eggs were unappetizing. All in all would definitely stay here again.
