Only thing was the bar wasn't open any of the 8 days we were there. An added hot tub would be nice! Everything else was excellent! Thanks for having my family!

We cut our four night stay short to one night. There was no restaurant or bar or lounge. It looked like it was under construction and a little dingy. We stayed elsewhere.

Property was well maintained. One of the Tesla cables had wires showing which is a concern especially when. It’s 110 degrees outside. My rooms shower was clogging but when I moved the grate that was covering the drain there was massive amounts of hair. Let’s me know the cleaning crew isn’t doing deeper cleaning. Also the bathroom sink seems to be clogged as well, was draining very slowly and holding water. Other than that property a good stay and pet friendly.

Had to spend the night as our ac broke and was being worked on next day. Hotel was very clean staff was amazing. Only complaint is one of the elevators was down but it not being busy not a big deal.

super safe, nice location, lots of conveniences to shopping, food and access to major routes. Property was very clean. We stayed there as they allowed pets, but some guests were not picking up after their dogs & it makes pet owners look bad. I also loved they had an area just for pets to do their business & they provided “poop bags” and garbage bins in various locations.

The room had too much furniture so it felt cramped but bathroom was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The maids are conscientious. Breakfast buffet is typical. The pool is small. The location is excellent.

I like that i had no problems with my dog also not braking my bank account because the deposit was not millions. Thank you for that

Located behind a strip mall of coffee shops and eateries. Great convenience however, the ingress egress was challenging as the food locations were busy from 0500 till 2300 The pool and gym were nice. There were a few maintenance issues that were disappointing but the staff was friendly and kept my updated.

Hotels.com showed us a room with two queen beds and a rollaway bed option. When I called the hotel to confirm that was the room we were getting, I was assured that we would have 2 beds and a rollaway. When we arrived, there was one bed, a couch, and a rollaway. Since there were two adults and two teenagers, this was not going to work for us. The front desk quickly remedied the situation and gave us an additional room at no charge. There were kids playing hockey in the hallway outside of our room at 9 pm and when we notified the front desk they also fixed the issue. The beds were comfortable, the rooms to were well insulated and the pool was nice. The biggest complaint we had was breakfast. The sausage was overcooked, the waffles were cold, and there were not many options to choose from. It was very disappointing since we chose the hotel due to having hot breakfast.

The refrigerator was filthy. I had to go buy Clorox wipes to clean out the fridge. There was almost nobody at the front desk most of the time. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling and falling into my toiletries on the counter. The entry to my room was so small I couldn’t even bring in the hotel luggage cart. There was nonstop street noise which my window faced, and it was difficult to get much rest. The elevators were dirty. Very surprised that this is a Marriott property. Not good.

This is a nice hotel the only thing that it makes me unhappy is that the bed sheets were dirty! And the bathroom toilet holder broke!

The first room I was assigned, the TV was broken so I asked for a new room. It was given but it was dirty I had to clean it myself. There was hairs on the sink from the last person who stayed. The shower wasn’t even scrubbed. There were stains in the sheets.

Breakfast "Egg souffles" were a nice change compared to the usual soagy scrambled eggs - I don't know if they get that creative every day. It's very clean and recent enough. Next to a Mall with nice dinning options. Booked as it was two miles from my business meeting location.

The water in the sink not draining same in the shower is broken

First night was not what I expected. Trash was not taken out, left overs in the fridge. Woke up with ants on the counter. Next day was given a discount/ comp on room. Got a clean, nice room. Thank you for the hospitality and making our trip comfortable

The hotel is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping places nearby. The staff at the front desk were friendly. However, I was very disappointed with housekeeping. I stayed 4 nights and requested housekeeping at check-in. Housekeeping never came to service my room even after I notified the front desk that my room was not serviced. Front desk staff verified that my room was on the list to be service and wasn't sure why housekeeping never came.

The check-in was fast and pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was the same thing every morning and it was not filling. We ended up in a wheelchair accesible room due to them being full and when we would use the shower it made the whole bathroom floor wet.

Room to small when I used the sofa bed. But other than it was a pleasant stay

Property was mediocre. Expected better for the price. Room much smaller than appears in photos. Less updated in real life than appears in the photos. A little run down. Couch was dirty. Sink was lose. Caulk was stained. No shower door. Otherwise it wasn’t horrible. Just had hoped for higher quality given the price. We prefer the Element right around the corner.

We stayed 6 nights as a home base to check out the Phoenix area. This hotel provides a great location to do just that. The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The breakfasts were excellent with different hot choices available through the week. Only slight complaint is that a couple of mornings the coffee was very weak but it was usually on point, hot and fresh.

Loved the mini kitchen in the room! Also the mattresses are super comfy!

When we first arrived, they only had one luggage cart that hard a bad tire. They 2nd one had a note that it was out of order. Our shampoo bottle was empty, the refrigerator was leaking on the top shelf. I cleaned it before putting my stuff in there, but I didn't know it continued to leak until we checked out. Maid service is done every other day. Our room was refreshed once, and when I asked about the 2nd time, Brandon at the front desk could not tell me why our room was skipped. He offered to bring up a new set of towels, which I agreed to. A set (to me) is at least 2 shower, 2 hand and 2 wash towels. Brandon brought 1 of each. He said he could bring more, but at the point I said forget it. But I told him that I was not happy with the customer service. Told him I would talk to manager in the morning. When I booked my room, I booked it for one KING bed, when we arrived, they told me they only had a room with 2 queens. So, we took it. On the last night, I was hot, so I decided to go on the other bed. At some point, I pulled the covers and got underneath them. To my horrific surprise, in the morning I saw that the fitted sheet had a stain on them (looked like blood that left stain). UGH!! At checkout I asked for manager (Jeremiah). This was like at 10 am. I was told he was not in yet. I told the 2 girls (they looked like teenagers, and I couldn't even hear her talk) to have him call me. WELL, HE NEVER CALLED ME!! I have not more room to continue. But it was all bad.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and functional room. And a nice selection of tea in the lobby. The location is excellent, within walking distance of WalMart and Fashion Center Mall.

The front desk staff at night was terrible . I checked out and was waiting outside and he came out and accused me of being in the room after check out which isnt possible. Then he said I better leave fast cause the police were comming . Insaid thats fine sir i did nothing wrong so please.have them come .

When I arrived, the receptionist asked, “What’s up?,” when I was needing to check in. She was not welcoming at all and didn’t explain anything about the hotel, except what time breakfast was. I thought it was quite rude. Breakfast is very limited in choices. Room was clean.

We reserved the room king size bed when we check in they gave ask two queen beds which is not what we reserved for when we booked. We asked the to change but they told us no inventory available. This hotel totally lie to us.

Visiting family in AZ. Our stay at TownPlace was Great! Conveniently located with lots of shopping stores and restaurants all around.

Hotel and the area around it was amazing ! The breakfast leaves alot to be desired… Hotel staff were amazing, area around the hotel is super safe and lots of food and shopping nearby! Would highly recommend!

It is in a great location to shopping getting groceries or going out to dinner. I was able to walk since the weather was so nice out

Nice comfortable room, nice bed, and clean room. Decent hot Free breakfast buffet with no meat on Sunday, swiss cheese & egg english muffin, and sugar belgian waffles, Sausage patties on Monday, bacon on Tuesday, ham egg and cheese breakfast croissant on Monday and jalepeno egg soufflé on Tuesday. egg, tomato, feta, and kale frittata and sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit on Wednesday. egg, tomato, feta, and kale frittata, ham egg and cheese breakfast croissant and bacon on Friday, Saturday sausage egg and cheese english muffin, and sugar belgian waffles, scrambled eggs (not on Wednesday or Friday) and boiled eggs, nice toppings for oatmel, or yogurt, just a cereal, typical continental breakfast beyond that
