J’ai réservé deux suites… au final, très déçue car ce n’était rien de plus qu’une grande chambre. Pas de bureau pour travailler ou de canapé : obligée de travailler sur le lit. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre donnant sur l’extérieur : un peu glauque. Petit déjeuner plutôt sommaire : pas de buffet. Choix limité. La salle de fitness se résume à deux machines sur un pallier. Ceci mis à part, déco sympa.

This was a great location! We walked to the Zócalo and the Mercado off of Balderas. only Uber'd from the airport, and to and from Foro Sol during our stay! We spent our short 4 day stay walking along the neighborhood. We found a few dinner, late night and brunch spots nearby. The desserts, especially the handmade icecream at the hotel rooftop bar made for a great nightcap! Sundays, things around the neighborhood are either closed or open later. It was good that we checked out on Sunday and headed to the airport by checkout time, it worked out!

Nice property. Older but well kept. Location is off the main strip but safe and very walkable. Rooftop bar is so chill. This is a hidden gem with a great staff. Very accommodating. I’ll be back here!

Great staff. We felt very welcome. Hotel is very nice, good size room, great matress, and very cleaned. My only complaint is that the bathroom had a sewer smell, probably coming from the drains. Every time we open the bathroom door we could smell it. Other than that we had a great stay. We arrived late and tired so we didn’t complain. We let the staff know during checkout. I hope they can look into it.

Very unique boutique hotel. Unfortunately the furniture in the rooms is a bit worn. The house keeping staff are oddly reluctantly to fill the shampoo and body wash containers in the showers. We stayed here twice on our visit in 2 different rooms and both were the same. Recommend trying to get a 3rd floor room as it gets a bit dark in the lower levels.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Prim. The location of our junior suite was a little strange- as it was not part of the main building and on the bottom floor of a building next door (want to say it was room 15, but could be wrong). There was half eaten candy in our room when we arrived, which was a bit off putting bc I like everything super clean- but other than that- the room was great. We got some tapas at the rooftop restaurant which weren't very good. Honestly, save yourself money and get street tacos instead. On the last day, the front desk allowed us a late check out as I had a migraine and needed to sleep it off. That was very much appreciated! Overall, we really liked the location as we could walk or take a quick/cheap uber to wherever we were going. The historic center was way to chaotic and crowded for us, so this was a nice, quiet safe location to come back to. I'd likely come back and make sure to reserve a junior sweet in the main building.

The room was great, we were in the other entrance on the 1st floor. The sound proofing for the bar next door was good, but the stairs are very loud and squicky. Heard multiple room coming in. If you want a quite room do not pick this one. Once it was over, all was very quite. Love the bed and service

Very antique nice-looking hotel, but rooms with no windows and no desks or tables. Internet poor. I had to pay additional for a room with a window (Premium Suite). It has potential, but the rooms need better furniture and the windows lack, maybe an issue. Overall nice reception stall, nice antique looking, convenient location, but, rooms could use improvements.

The room had no natural sunlight. The windows opened onto a walkway and internal courtyard so having the curtains open wasn’t private and even then, barely any light came into the room. The wardrobe was in the bathroom and unless you are 7ft tall, you had to jump (or in my case climb), to reach the hangers. No extractor fan. Not enough power outlets. Cups didn’t fit under coffee machine (too tall). Kettle power cord was too short to reach an outlet. Bed was comfy and breakfast was available but average. Staff were lovely but you were left to it with now information on anything in the hotel. It would have been ok for a short stay but we were there for 9 and the lack of natural light was less than ideal.

We stayed at Casa Prim for a business trip but would 100% return for a vacation. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is wonderful. We were extremely tired from our business travels and they offered to buy us bath bombs at my favorite store since I was allergic to theirs. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We ended up liking the hotel so much we added a night to our stay to get a good nights rest. The only negative comment was the restaurant. We went for dinner but there was only 1 chef and 1 waiter. It’s leased out so not technically a part of the hotel. The food wasn’t the best and over salted. Due to the short staff it took two hours for 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. For the price you can find much better in CDMX. The view and asthetic was nice and would recommend having drinks there.

Great boutique property with nice, modern rooms in a great part of town, easily walkable to dining and shopping. Well decorated rooms, large bathrooms and trendy lobby add nice touches to a comfortable experience. Some rooms front to a busy, noisy street so expect a 6am wakeup call.

My biggest complaint with this hotel is that they claim to have "Soundproof" rooms and they are anything but. There is an open air bar 2 doors down that has a DJ and the music sounds like it is in the hotel. They moved me from one room to another and the second one was worse due to balconies facing the street side where the bar is. They finally did put me in a somewhat quiet room at the back of the hotel for the last 3 nights. The hotel is cute and the staff is nice but I'm a light sleeper and I specifically booked it because it was falsely advertised as having soundproof rooms. If you have no problem with constant noise then you would probably enjoy this place.

I loved this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights in May 2023. We had never been to Mexico City before, but so glad we went and got to experience it. We wanted to stay around Roma Norte area. The service at the hotel was excellent, and the hotel was so pretty. I was staying by myself in a room, and as a female I felt safe while staying there. All staff was very friendly and attentive. One person in particular stood out. His name was Francisco. He made us feel at home, his English speaking skills were amazing, and he even recommended certain places to get food and how/where to use the bus. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and welcome!

No regresaría tuvimos una situación grave de inseguridad tuvimos que llamar a la policía para poder recibir apoyo, el hotel nunca nos envió la evidencia de que su personal no había entrado a nuestra habitación a pesar de tener una cámara que daba directamente a la puerta de la habitación que pedimos que no se abriera ni para el aseo,simplemente se lavaron las manos el director general del hotel nos dijo que nos ayudaría y después sólo decidió ya no contestar ni aclarar la situación de robo de dinero.

We stayed at Casa Prim for a business trip but would 100% return for a vacation. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is wonderful. We were extremely tired from our business travels and they offered to buy us bath bombs at my favorite store since I was allergic to theirs. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We ended up liking the hotel so much we added a night to our stay to get a good nights rest. The only negative comment was the restaurant. We went for dinner but there was only 1 chef and 1 waiter. It’s leased out so not technically a part of the hotel. The food wasn’t the best and over salted. Due to the short staff it took two hours for 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. For the price you can find much better in CDMX. The view and asthetic was nice and would recommend having drinks there.

Loved the staff, they were extremely friendly. The hotel had some really nice detail which I appreciated. Beds were very nice and check in and check out went very smoothly. I would like to add that it would be nice if the keys could be touch less since a key could get a little frustrating to carry around although I say it from being a person who seeks convenience. It’s not a big issue at all, just a recommendation. I still loved staying at Casa Prim.

This was a great location! We walked to the Zócalo and the Mercado off of Balderas. only Uber'd from the airport, and to and from Foro Sol during our stay! We spent our short 4 day stay walking along the neighborhood. We found a few dinner, late night and brunch spots nearby. The desserts, especially the handmade icecream at the hotel rooftop bar made for a great nightcap! Sundays, things around the neighborhood are either closed or open later. It was good that we checked out on Sunday and headed to the airport by checkout time, it worked out!

Great boutique property with nice, modern rooms in a great part of town, easily walkable to dining and shopping. Well decorated rooms, large bathrooms and trendy lobby add nice touches to a comfortable experience. Some rooms front to a busy, noisy street so expect a 6am wakeup call.

Nice property. Older but well kept. Location is off the main strip but safe and very walkable. Rooftop bar is so chill. This is a hidden gem with a great staff. Very accommodating. I’ll be back here!

My biggest complaint with this hotel is that they claim to have "Soundproof" rooms and they are anything but. There is an open air bar 2 doors down that has a DJ and the music sounds like it is in the hotel. They moved me from one room to another and the second one was worse due to balconies facing the street side where the bar is. They finally did put me in a somewhat quiet room at the back of the hotel for the last 3 nights. The hotel is cute and the staff is nice but I'm a light sleeper and I specifically booked it because it was falsely advertised as having soundproof rooms. If you have no problem with constant noise then you would probably enjoy this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Prim. The location of our junior suite was a little strange- as it was not part of the main building and on the bottom floor of a building next door (want to say it was room 15, but could be wrong). There was half eaten candy in our room when we arrived, which was a bit off putting bc I like everything super clean- but other than that- the room was great. We got some tapas at the rooftop restaurant which weren't very good. Honestly, save yourself money and get street tacos instead. On the last day, the front desk allowed us a late check out as I had a migraine and needed to sleep it off. That was very much appreciated! Overall, we really liked the location as we could walk or take a quick/cheap uber to wherever we were going. The historic center was way to chaotic and crowded for us, so this was a nice, quiet safe location to come back to. I'd likely come back and make sure to reserve a junior sweet in the main building.

My first night was rather noisy so I moved to another room. It had a few problems, however spoke to the manager and he was extremely helpful. The team worked in my room while I was out and made it perfect. My friend stayed in another room. Both rooms were so beautiful and very comfortable. They had everything you could want, tea and coffee making and a fridge. A clothes steamer, toiletries, fluffy towels etc. The staff were so nice, helpful and attentive. The location is excellent and you can walk to most sights. I would definitely stay there again.

It's a small enough hotel that there's not a lot of travelers coming and going so less noise. There's an OXXO 24-hour convenience store (7-11, Circle-K) out the front door to the right about 100 yards. Sells bottled water, coffee, beer, ice, etc.. Great restaurant that sells pastries around the corner called "Azucar Y Sal". Also 2 Taco restaurants to the left, "El Huequito" and "El Aguachilazo", inexpensive and quick. Lots of other food options close. While the area appeared questionable initially (not Polanco), it was safe as I was out at night. Lots of hotels to choose from in Mexico City but this one is centrally located with easy access to most of the city. We were happy with our choice. Would stay again.
