Hotel staff were very helpful, and pleasant to interact with. Room was nice size, comfortable bed, and included a clothes washer/dryer, a really nice feature which we used. The room devices (air-con, hot water, toiled flush, TV remote etc.) were all Japanese only labeling which made understanding their use very difficult. TV was Japanese only, and while CNN existed as a channel, it was not enabled, so no English language news or movies of any sort. Lastly, the hotel offers no breakfast service.

They went above and beyond for me when I lost my bag! They are amazing, I extended my stay another 4 days because I didn’t wanna stay anywhere else. They made my stay feel just at home. I love how they had a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. I could wash everyday I was there. Although there’s no food in the lobby, that was not too much of a deal breaker as there were many places to eat right outside the door! 5/5!!

The room and bathroom were nice, clean and quiet. It's inconvenient to have to go down to the reception area to get amenities,i.e. towels, coffee. Etc. This hotel has no lounge or restaurants. Just the bare minimum.

We took a chance on a more residential style hotel in order to have a larger room and we are so glad we did, the staff were friendly and helpful and very available. The room was very nice, clean and well appointed. Given the amazing location next to tons of walkable, dining options and cafe's, the lack of public spaces and restaurant in the hotel was not a problem at all for us. Easy train access to many parts of Tokyo from this neighborhood.

My family of 4 stayed in a Japanese Style Suite which was spacious and worked well for us. The backlit shoji walls were lovely but it meant no natural light and the washer/dryer was helpful though it took a LONG time to dry so plan to do the laundry when you go out for the day. A refrigerator and microwave meant we didn't have to go out for every meal. Fresh towels were delivered each morning and trash removed daily. The neighborhood had much to offer (dining, convenience stores) and there were 3 subway stations within a 5 minute walk. NO hotel amenities but the staff were always ready to help and 4 bottles of water each day helped greatly in a hot summer. If you're going to be out exploring and just want a clean, roomy place to sleep and bathe I highly recommend.

Great location, close to train stations. Easy to navigate around. Staff were lovely. We were a family of 5 travelling with 3 kids. Keep in mind, there is no pool so my kids were disappointed as it was so hot when we travelled in July.

Staff and accomodations were excellent. The room was clean and the location is in the middle of everything. The only thing that stopped a complete 5 star review was the AC being weak (there was a note apologizing for the strained AC) and the super small elevator. I would definitely stay again, but probably not in the summer.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Good size room for Tokyo, with a king-sized bed to boot! It also had a small sitting area, which was appreciated as we used it to eat. Room also had a washer, which we didn’t use. But, we did use the dryer in the bathroom to dry our wet clothes after a downpour. Only one elevator for the building and it was very small so sometimes you had to wait. Very small lobby. Hard to find the first time and note that there are many Centurion properties close by, so make sure you are going to the right one!

The staff were all very helpful and always courteous. However, the Hotel seemed a little run down, masking tape on walls in the room to cover damage, filters unclean and no proper bedding for our toddler was supplied, just sheets and a duvet on a very uncomfortable couch (not a fold out). There is no proper soundproofing, so the street noise was an issue at night, and the rooms did not get cleaned, even though it was requested, just clean towels left hanging on the outside of the door in a plastic bag.

Pros: Very friendly and accomodating staff. Our rooms were spacious with a washer/dryer combo. The property was in a central location (for us) and was relatively quiet. There were lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Cons: Not well cleaned and maintained facilities. Much of the furniture was worn and should be replaced. The shower rooms were dirty and musty. So much so that we left the fan on continuously to help with the smell. One shower room had a plastic screen covering a peeling floor and another had a shower head that was broken. Toothpaste splatter was not cleaned off the walls along with dust and dirt in the corners of the rooms and along the baseboards.

Warning: The photos seem to be taken a long time ago. Our room does look like the photos but now everything is all used and abused. It was very old and had a wet dog smell.. the air con was very loud and old..the machine used to white and now it’s brown.. there is a layer of dust over it. I’m sure the filter was disgusting as well. The carpet was all stained up and u could see it all… I had to move the furniture around to block my toddler from walking on the rug. It was so disgusting I think the public floor is cleaner. The shower area has a strong moldy smell to it and u could see mold around the tub and shower door as well as old water marks that turn pinkish red. One of sheets had black stains on it.. and you can see through the pillow case that the pillows once white pillows are now yellow… all the white bedsheets were stained yellowish. I tried getting a different room but there was none available. I even thought about leaving and finding another hotel. I just toughed it out in sadness. I wanted to take photos of all the disgusting features of the room but I felt dirty just looking pointing my phone at it.

The hotel hallways smelled terrible. Both our family's rooms smelled bad. We asked to move from one of them and the staff helped us do that. For the other room, we rolled up the dirty smelly carpet and closed it in the closet, which made the room smell bearable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was rug that looked pretty gross and dirty. That just made the whole room feel a bit dingy. The balcony wasn’t clean or well put together for anyone to use it. The only thing that made it ok for me to stay was the friendliness of the staff. But I can’t lie, I was glad I was only there a few days.

All in all, a simple hotel in Tokyo. Definitely larger than the average room, but you definitely don’t get any of the frills. very close to a lot of bars and restaurants, so ideal for someone that isn’t planning to stay in the room very much. From a comfort and cleanliness standpoint, the bed was comfortable although the pillows were not ideal. They has a lot of soaps and the A/C and heat were good, but I did find some mold on the shower door.

We checked in end of July/1st week August which I know is the peak of summer for Tokyo. Our room AC is not working well to a point that we’re sweating while sleeping during the evening. I complained a few times with No resolution instead we were given electric fans on our last night. I would not recommend staying at this hotel during the summer specifically if you want a good night sleep.

We stayed in 804. One of the penthouses. Perfect for my family of 4. It's not luxury but everything is in good shape. Most tiny hotel rooms I looked at online were twice the cost and in was nice to have a separate bedroom away from the kids. We were high enough that we didn't hear the city life below. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend to friends and family.

Good central location for restaurants, bars, convenience stores and transit stations. Many amenities provided including charging cable, mini fridge, microwave , hair curling/flat iron, robe, disposable slippers, washing machine. There are a ton of bars & restaurants open late, some surrounding streets felt too adult-ish for young kids. Reserved two Akasaka Suites for 4 night family stay. Rooms were spacious and generally clean. Rooms are shoe free, meaning remove shoes and wear slippers in the room.. unfortunately appears prior patrons didn't do so and/or it's been a while since the rugs had been shampoo/cleaned. Staff were great from dropping off luggage before rooms were ready, to checking out and helping with directions to our next destination.

The hotel accommodated a family of 5 with 2 queen beds and a twin sofa bed. We had a microwave and fridge in our room. The room was very clean. The TV was huge. The location is the best part. It’s is a 5 minute walk to the metro and there so many great places to eat in the neighborhood. And there is a 7-11 right next door. The hotel was perfect for what we needed.

The hotel is situated close to a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes. Walking distance to various subway stations. The biggest rooms we've ever stayed at in Japan! Comfortably fit 4 adults in the room with plenty of space for 4 large luggages. Its so convenient to have your own laundry in the room. Dislikes: that there was no cleaning service in the room during our 6 days stay (although they pick up our garbage and they provide us with fresh towels daily). This is not a big deal though as the amenities and size of the room is amazing. One of the 4 beds in our room may possibly have bed bugs as I have bites and rashes on my legs when I get up in the morning.

We had a major issue when staying at this hotel. Room #805 had a gas leak coming from the washer and dryer. When I informed the front desk staff they checked on it right away but the lady claimed she didn’t smell anything and laughed it off. This was very inappropriate as we were feeling lightheaded and sick when in the room. Very dangerous for guests. We were able to be moved to another room that was about half the size of the room we had booked and received no discount. Additionally we found long black hair in the bed sheets and they only provided 2 towels. So I didn’t have a towel for my hair, since my boyfriend used the other towel. There were lots of stains on the carpet under the coffee table. Nobody from the hotel staff checked in on us or apologized after informing them about the gas smell. I would highly recommend not staying.

This was a fantastic experience in all respects for our first visit to Tokyo. We were a party of four including two teenagers. Our room had two king beds and gave us the space we needed. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Loads of eating options nearby. Easy walks to multiple metro lines made exploring the city a breeze. We loved the character of the neighbourhood. Will stay here again the next time we are in Tokyo.

The Centurion Classic Hotel Akasaka is a phenomenon place that is in a great location, has amazing rooms, and stunning service. The service in particular was expectional, especially Nakajima and Chhumi, as they were patient and lovely with us. This service was the best I have ever had in my life. We will be back.

Nice hotel in a happening neighborhood. While you're not near attractions, there's plenty of other stuff (restaurants and shops) nearby. Also staff were super helpful in calling to confirm dinner reservations for the places I'd found.

The room itself was very nice, actually more than we expected. The only complaint is the smell in the hallway leading to the room. Seems as if they cleaned the carpet and it did not dry, so it smelled kind of moldy.

We stayed as a family of 5 in one of the large Japanese-style Premium rooms. There was absolutely loads of space, the bathroom was private from the rest of the bedroom and there was a washing machine, microwave and small kitchen area. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the stay was very pleasant and peaceful. A great option for families. Familymart is also right across the road for buying essentials, drinks and snacks.

I have been to 40+ countries and my 3rd trip to Japan, by far the best country I’ve travelled too. This Hotel was one of the Best I’ve stayed at, very professional, respectful and courteous. The rooms were beautiful, i was shocked. Ive stayed in 10+ Hotels around Tokyo, id highly recommend this one.. few minutes from the Metro, that’ll get you anywhere in Tokyo in less than 20min.. great food/pubs in the areas, but things tend to close around 12am (most places in Tokyo close, including the Metro). We got stuck in Tokyo, and they accommodated us without question, our room was sold so we had to move rooms but the second room was just as awesome. Thank you for the hospitality 🙏

Location great. Quick access to subway. Lots of options for food in the area. Staff were lovely. Room was spacious and nice big beds for a family of four with separate bedroom for parents and seating area for tv and small kitchenette. Rugs were in poor condition and sofas were tired. Easy fixes for the property I would say!
