Super nicely decorated hotel! The staff was kind and helpful regardless of the language barrier. They would use google translate if anything. They offer the luggage delivery service, which i recommend. In the hotel, there are vending machines. The room itself has nice interior design, but it is very tiny. We were 2 people in our room with 2 big luggages and we had to put one on the bed in order to open it up. The bathroom is also small, but functional. The only thing that truly bothered us is how uncomfortable the bed was. It was super stiff. If you don’t mind hard beds, it won’t be a problem. The neighbourhood is very nice. There are konbinis everywhere, there is a little park near the hotel with benches where you can eat in the shade. Ginza is walking distance! The metro Hibiya Line is also only a few minutes away.

I found the property convenient to places I visit when in Tokyo - Tsukiji, Ginza, Yaseu, Tsukishima, Onden (Shibuya), Harajuku and Shinjuku. The dining options are just right (heck there is even a Denny's in about 100 meters if you miss a little American breakfast, but with a Japanese twist where it has a drink bar for all the coffee and soda you can drink. Also since I pack light, the washer/dryer machine combo is the best i've used (some machines in EU/USA still leave your clothes damp - the W/D machne has a very dry setting for Y500). I just wish their Private bath was working. The room I had was perfect for single traveler, but tight for two. Also, for safety, note that there is a step up to the room immediately when you walk it. Even though it is lit once you insert you key card, the step can be a hazard if you have long steps. I stub my right toe - and had to nurse it for the night (was wearing my room sleepers coming from the laundry). So beware.

The room is clean but very small. My partner and I had to open our luggage one at a time and take turns getting ready because of the cramped space. The bed was sturdy yet comfortable. The laundry machine in the lobby is awful. It’s a wash and dryer combined in one machine. Quick dry items like Uniqlo’s Airism line dried well but any jeans or cotton clothing required 3 more dry cycles (100 yen per addition dry run). All 3 of the main convenience stores are nearby which was very handy. Tsukiji market was also a short walk away but they close at 3pm so it’s only good for breakfast and lunch. The izakayas nearby are reservation only and not foreigner friendly. Finding dinner was hard in this area - had to settle for 7/11 dinners and overpriced ramen catered towards tourists.

El hotel está a una cuadra de la estación Tsukiji, por lo que es fácil moverte. La habitación la encontramos bastante pequeña comparada a los otros hoteles en los que nos hospedamos en Japón y deben tener en cuenta que no limpian las habitaciones diariamente, si no cada tres días.

I should know it was a red flag when I gotten email notifying us our breakfast was cxl a few days before we departed to our trip. When we check in. We were told our room is not as seen online. I still think is ok. When we walk into the room. There’s no the mildew smell, we can barely fit any luggage’s inside the room. The bathroom is smaller that cruise ship. Can’t even turn. My friend who also got a room below us. The bathroom was leaking and smells like urine. We end up canceling the rest of our stay after one night and rebook to another hotel.

Despite paying $140 a night for this 3-star hotel, the amenities and price point are not justified. There was a lot of construction happening in the building and around so it was noisy at times. Our room smelt wet/mouldy and I noticed the shower curtains were covered with black mould. However, the one thing I looked forward to was seeing the cleaning lady every morning as she was so friendly despite the language barrier. This hotel honestly feels closer to a 2-star given the little amenities and cleanliness.

Godt hotel med praktisk beliggenhed nær Tokyos centrum. Værelset er små, men rummelige nok. Rengøring mangelfuld, i de fem overnatninger jeg havde blev der ikke gjort rent på værelset. Hotellet bør også skrive at morgenmad spises på Denny's Diner, få meter fra hotellet. Morgenmaden er sådan set ok.

Stayed at 4 different hotels during my 2 week Japan trip and this was my least favorite stay. My room smelled damp and musty, there was mold on the shower curtains and the bed was really firm. Location is convenient but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Breakfast is no longer provided. The room is beautiful and clean. It’s a very decent size for a single room (the “superior” option) but there was a lot of dead space where, e.g. instead of a decorative wooden wall, it could have been a cupboard in there as well or some sort of more storage space. Otherwise very convenient in its location and very quiet!

The room is compact but good for somewhere to stay and explore Tokyo. Very tasteful decor throughout the hotel and room. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Close to Metro station, that links to anywhere you want to go in Tokyo. 15 minute walk to Ginza.

The property is nice and clean. Good location, very close to the train and short walk to Tsukiji fish market. Check in and check out was easy. Bed is VERY firm, it’s pretty hard. So if you can’t sleep on a firm bed I would take that into consideration. The room itself is also VERY small. Small bathroom and shower as well. We were out and about pretty much all day so it wasn’t a huge deal. Definitely no more than 2 people in a room. Overall was a good stay and everyone was nice.

部屋が狭く、バスタブなし・シャワーのみだった。 部屋画像にはバスタブあるように表示されているのに、事前にバスタブのあるなしを選択出来るわけでもなく、同一値段でシャワーブースのみの部屋に当たって騙された気分。しかも部屋がちょっと変な臭いがした。寝る時のガウンもカメムシ臭いし…フロントスタッフさんは受付の対応も丁寧でイイ感じだったのに残念。

Die Lage des hotels war sehr gut 5min davon war direkt eine U-Bahn und konnte schnell überall hin. Das einzige was mich wirklich gestört hat war die Stein harte matratze. Ich habe in einen 0 Sterne hotel ihn Kyoto für 1 Nacht geschlafen und selbst die hatten bessere Matratze und das hotel war sonst nicht viel schlechter

Overall the Hotel Ann was ideal for us for a few nights - it is very well located near Ginza with close access to the subway, Tsukiji Market, and other amenities. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and polite with English proficiency. The only downside is the rooms are a bit small and the beds are very firm so I wouldn't stay more than 3-4 nights.

As a female first time traveller of Japan I did a lot of research on reviews and the areas of where I would be staying. Upon arrival of this hotel I felt unsafe walking around, the receptionist was extremely rude and didn’t make me feel welcome. I couldn’t even spend a night there, as it didn’t feel clean nor safe. I had to book another place to stay for the remainder of the trip. After speaking to the amazing team at Expedia, explaining why I want a refund the hotel management decline my request and left me out of pocket.
As a female first time traveller of Japan I did a lot of research on reviews and the areas of where I would be staying. Was a short stay but my room provided everything i needed and looked very nice - it had everything you'd expect from a great hotel and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful at getting me checked in, they also held my luggage in a secure area as i arrived before check in time. I would 100% go back to this hotel again

Great location, just 15 mins walk to Ginza and nearby the metro station. Lots of restaurants and konbini’s nearby. Hotel room small but typical for Tokyo. No space to open my luggage for packing. Good enough for a solo traveller though.

The room is compact but good for somewhere to stay and explore Tokyo. Very tasteful decor throughout the hotel and room. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Close to Metro station, that links to anywhere you want to go in Tokyo. 15 minute walk to Ginza.

The location was perfect, only a walk away from tsukiji station but on a private road so you didn't have loud tourists to deal with near the tsukiji market. Check-in and out was simple and our room was decent, a little small but we were expecting that, overall great experience

Breakfast is no longer provided. The room is beautiful and clean. It’s a very decent size for a single room (the “superior” option) but there was a lot of dead space where, e.g. instead of a decorative wooden wall, it could have been a cupboard in there as well or some sort of more storage space. Otherwise very convenient in its location and very quiet!

Bel hôtel. Enregistrement assez facile. L'hotesse était très gentille. Chambre jolie mais beaucoup trop petite ... Juste un gros problème : nous avions payé pour un petit déjeuner mais il faut en fait sortir de l'hôtel et aller au Denny's deux rues plus loin... et payer encore sur place ! Aucun choix de sucré, que du salé et les prix sont toujours au dessus des 600 yen inclus donc vous devez forcément payer en plus. Cela n'est mentionné nul part. Un conseil : ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner et allez plutôt au combini, ce sera mieux.

The room is clean but very small. My partner and I had to open our luggage one at a time and take turns getting ready because of the cramped space. The bed was sturdy yet comfortable. The laundry machine in the lobby is awful. It’s a wash and dryer combined in one machine. Quick dry items like Uniqlo’s Airism line dried well but any jeans or cotton clothing required 3 more dry cycles (100 yen per addition dry run). All 3 of the main convenience stores are nearby which was very handy. Tsukiji market was also a short walk away but they close at 3pm so it’s only good for breakfast and lunch. The izakayas nearby are reservation only and not foreigner friendly. Finding dinner was hard in this area - had to settle for 7/11 dinners and overpriced ramen catered towards tourists.

Godt hotel med praktisk beliggenhed nær Tokyos centrum. Værelset er små, men rummelige nok. Rengøring mangelfuld, i de fem overnatninger jeg havde blev der ikke gjort rent på værelset. Hotellet bør også skrive at morgenmad spises på Denny's Diner, få meter fra hotellet. Morgenmaden er sådan set ok.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Minuten vom alten Fischmarkt entfernt und etwa 15 Minuten vom Einkaufsviertel Ginza. Auch die Anbindung an die Metro ist super, man hat zwei Metrolinien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mein Zimmer war schlicht, aber modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt den klassischen Kühlschrank, sowie einen Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee, leider gibt es wie in Japan üblich keinen Schrank und nur wenige Ablagen. Das Frühstück gibt es in einem Diner eine Strasse weiter, welches eine gute Auswahl bietet. Ich würde jederzeit hier wieder ein Zimmer buchen.
