Everything was convienent and lovely!

Foot bath. Free sake and coffee. Close up everything. Great beds and room.

Really beautifully designed and very clean room . I like that I had a proper table I can sit at while on my computer . Two chairs , a fridge with a freezer , a kitchen designated are and plates, cups and cutlery . I also had my own microwave and washing machine . It’s on a beautiful and quiet street. Free foot bath by reception, free coffee , cappuccinos ( including caffeine free) , complimentary sparkling water and sake in the lobby, lots of free cosmetics ( my suggestion would be to give separate toothpaste and toothbrushes, as it seems that too many toothbrushes are wasted ) 😊, all organic. I would also have liked a TV remote control that would allow caption in English, so I can understand the Japanese news .Maybe they can implement that in time. Pijamas should only be given upon request, in my opinion, as it seems a waste to have them provided to people that don’t use them. Check in and out were fast and efficient and everyone was very respectful and polite. Also, is just across from one of the Karasuma metro station and 3 station away from Osaka Stn. The hotel does luggage forwarding and had a nice book with attraction in the lobby. It would be nice if they would have a “ hotel information and area attractions”, that can be browsed while in the room . Thank you for the hospitality , it was very nice to visit with you !

Great location and clean property.

We loved the laundry in the room, especially with the baby. The staff were very accommodating and kind! The location is pretty much a 30 minute walk to everything and the Karasuma line it around the corner!!!
