They Almost cancelled my reservation day of , but desk manager fixed it. I picked this hotel because it had a pool for my son, pool was closed. Night desk person said pump was broken and not running then we heard maintenence man say it just needed to be shocked we were disappointed.

The hotel was very nice. It was in a good area of Indiana. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was large. I will say the pool is very small, but we were the only ones using it so it was fine for us. The room is large there is a small refrigerator and a microwave and a nice seating area. The bed was very firm. I only have 2 complaints the 1st is that the internet was out are the whole stay. We were unaware there was an issue and wish the front desk would have told us on check-in. That brings me to my 2nd the front desk wasn't very friendly, especially at check out. She made me and another customer stand at the front desk for 10 mins to check out I could hear her laughing and talking with someone in the back. When she finally did come out she seemed put off to have to work. Never smiled never asked if I enjoyed my stay nothing! This was about 9:30 I would think you would be at the front desk knowing people were going to be checking out. That made our great stay turn into a disappointing one. I highly recommend this hotel just not some of the staff.

Very nice newer hotel. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again. Bedding and bath were great. Much better than usual breakfast and work out space. It would be nice if they had more restaurants around the hotel though.

Everyone at the facility, including the staff and the front desk were all exceptional and very helpful. The breakfast options were presented well and seemed to be of good quality. The gym and the equipment was nice. I did not use the pool but it looked OK overall I think the property is very nice and it’s next to a wonderful Italian restaurant with amazing pizza so there’s a lot to like about this particular location and it is right off the highway as well.

No one advised at check-in & no information in room that rooms are not serviced daily. Called housekeeping at 5.30pm after arriving back at hotel and told I could get clean towels only. Never received. Called reception and and told housekeeping had gone for day. Why are you charging so much for unserviced rooms!! Why have a policy and not advise customers. Young kids running the corridors until midnight. Management does not seem to care.

Was unable to use internet with my laptop. Used suggested remedy from the front desk, but it never worked. I’ve not had this problem at other hotels. Front desk attendant said she sometimes had problems too, so maybe need to check it out.

Everything was very nice! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, shower was great and the location worked for us, seeing that we were to attend a Steve Wariner concert at the Carmel Center for the Performing Arts. The included breakfast was also very good, I stuck to the Biscuits and Gravy just because you don't always get this in most hotel breakfasts, and it was very good!

We usually like Fairfield Inns but this one was not great. We stayed so we could enjoy an evening at Symphony on the Prairie. The check in process was great. But the room would not get cool. The fan, even though set to "ON," ran for a few minutes then shut off. All night on and off. The breakfast was less than edible- biscuits were too hard to eat, they only had 1 muffin left (an hour left in service when we got to breakfast), and even the bananas were too green to eat. I told them the AC issue at check out and they said they would "add points to my account" but that hasn't happened.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the premises was well maintained, but what really put our stay over the top was the service and the friendly hotel staff! We arrived prior to check in and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable as our room was prepared, they were very knowledgeable about the events happening around the city, and so friendly throughout our whole stay.

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. We did have an encounter with one staff member to where she was asking us political questions that made us feel uncomfortable. Just my opinion, but politics should not be discussed or brought up to customers. She was not rude in anyway and was nice. However just an uncalled for conversation.

Checking in almost ruined our stay. I waited 5 minutes before the one desk clerk waited on me. It took her and a sequence of 4 others to “ find my room” in the computer. Another guest got in line behind me, waiting on the one clerk. After 10 minutes, the first clerk waited on him. Meanwhile, my husband is waiting outside in the car in 15 degree temperature. It took half an hour for me to be checked in. Since no gesture of apology was forthcoming (just thank you for your patience) I requested one of the gift bags offered to “members.” “What is your membership number?” I said I didn’t have one, but that I had earned one by this ordeal. I was then given an “Elite Member bag” which contained 2 bottles of water and 1 small chocolate cookie. Really? This is what your “Elite Members” get? But finally we got to a room. The instructions the desk clerk gave me for internet connection did not work. When we checked out, we notified the desk that the handle on the bathroom faucet came off.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel. Very happy with it. The only thing I would say is that on Christmas morning we were surprised that breakfast stopped so early. We would have thought they would go by the weekend serving times and not weekday time.

Hotel was welcoming when entering after a volleyball tournament; check in was speedy, and the room, including bathroom was clean; the room included a mini fridge and microwave along with coffee and tea maker; shampoo, conditioner and body wash were pump bottles in the shower; the breakfast the next morning included many staple breakfast items such as yogurt, muffins, fruit, oatmeal along with hot items such as biscuits and gravy, potato bites, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs; the waffle iron was available along with toppings, staff was friendly
