주차 불가 ㅠ좀 아쉬웠습니다 근처 공영주차장에서 시간당 2000 원이라고 해서 주차 했지만 저녁 6시에 들어가서 아침 열 시쯤 까지 공 영 주차장 비용이47.500 원이었습니다

There was black mold in the bathroom. It exacerbated my respiratory condition. When we reported it to the front desk, he tried to change our room however the new room was also filled with black mold. The front desk has been aware of this existing problem but refused to refund us as we checked out early and did not stay the remainder of our trip. We had to pay out of pocket for a different hotel. The pictures and high ratings are very deceiving. I absolutely did not expect the poor quality and condition based on the pictures advertising the property. Terrible experience would not recommend.

全体的には白い感じで綺麗な部屋、ロビーでした。朝食のバナナが甘くて美味しかったです。２日泊まりましたが、留守中にタオルをかえて置いてくれてました。水ボトルサービスあり。静かでノイズなし。スタッフはほぼよかったがチェックアウトの時の男のスタッフだけ、無愛想、一言も発しないので残念。

Very nice hotel for me as American traveler. Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. Very quiet. Clean. Towels and water provided every day. Great little market right next door. Tons of restaurants nearby. Also close to Sinchon Station and Ehwa university exit on line 2. This is my second time here. Would be happy to come again.

First, the plaque outside says it is a 2-star hotel, not a 3-star as stated on most websites, and this is very understandable once you enter. On entering, the lobby had lots of bags of rubbish all over, it was very disorganized. The lobby staff throughout the visit weren't often there. The rooms are not like the photos. The room was dirty. There were scratch marks, drawings, and hairs all over the furniture. The floor was not clean. There is no clothes storage. The bathroom was mouldy. There were large bottles of cleaning supplies in the corner of the room. Extremely disappointed.

On entering, the lobby had lots of bags of rubbish all over, it was very disorganized. The lobby staff throughout the visit weren't often there. The rooms are not like the photos. The room was dirty. There were large bottles of cleaning supplies in the corner of the room. Extremely disappointed.

House keeping varje dag, nya handdukar och påfyllning av vatten. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Alldeles lagom frukost, mjölkåflingor, toast med olika pålägg, varm soppa och risrätt. Och bryggkaffe!!

2泊利用させて頂きました。まず、至る所に髪の毛が落ちています。テーブルなど拭いてなく食べカスや何かを垂らした痕のベタベタが残っていました。グレーのガウンは、漂白剤で色抜けしており、シーツは洗濯こそしてありましたが、全体的に毛玉でザラザラしています。洗面台のコップは、使用感があり中に水がはいっていました。便座にマジックテープが貼られておりお尻に刺さります。タオルは追加交換されていましたが、棚に適当に詰んだようで、雑巾も一緒に重なっていました。せめて掃除をきちんとして欲しいです。部屋の広さや湯量などは良かったです。スタッフは親切でした

This was a great hotel for my first stay in Korea. I chose it because it was close to my son’s apartment. It was very clean and quiet even though it’s in a big city. The staff were helpful and kind and could understand and speak enough english we could get by. They serve a nice breakfast and cleaned the room every day. The ac was delicious after being out in the heat and was easy to control. It’s close to coffee shops and many cafes and restaurants as well as the subway and bus stations. There is a small grocery store right next to them where you can get pretty much any snacks, drinks, fresh fruit and veges you might want. I stayed 12 days and was very pleased to have found the hotel H.

When I booked a room on Expedia, I was under the impression that there would be an electric kettle in the room. There was no kettle in the room. Apparently the hotel has changed its policies. The breakfast was decent but a little too basic for the price that you pay. On a more positive note, I liked the spaciousness of the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the building. The free breakfast was delicious. The room was plain but it had the essentials. It took time for me to get used to the bed and the wet bathroom. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The distance was close to EHWA.

We asked for extra pillows 2 or 3 times never received them. The housekeeping service barely made the bed and the breakfast was not good quality. Would not recommend could hardly see out of the window

This was a great hotel for my first stay in Korea. I chose it because it was close to my son’s apartment. It was very clean and quiet even though it’s in a big city. The staff were helpful and kind and could understand and speak enough english we could get by. They serve a nice breakfast and cleaned the room every day. 全体的には白い感じで綺麗な部屋、ロビーでした。朝食のバナナが甘くて美味しかったです。２日泊まりましたが、留守中にタオルをかえて置いてくれてました。水ボトルサービスあり。静かでノイズなし。スタッフはほぼよかったがチェックアウトの時の男のスタッフだけ、無愛想、一言も発しないので残念。

Very nice hotel for me as American traveler. Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. Very quiet. Clean. Towels and water provided every day. Great little market right next door. Tons of restaurants nearby. Also close to Sinchon Station and Ehwa university exit on line 2. This is my second time here. Would be happy to come again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the building. The free breakfast was delicious. The room was plain but it had the essentials. It took time for me to get used to the bed and the wet bathroom. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The distance was close to EHWA.
