リーズナブルな割に便利な場所にあり、スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。 ただ共用廊下のカーペットがけっこう汚れていたり、部屋のシャワールームの排水口の流れが悪く、シャワーの最中に溢れてしまいそうだったのが残念でした。

Generally, the property looks good but the level we were staying, the corridor carpet seems to have stains. So not sure it is been there for awhile. The room main door stopper at the bottom seems to out of service which i cannot use it and depends on the door chain inside the room.

The location of the hotel is good! There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Staff were helpful and willing to help out as well. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I dont think housekeeping checked the walls or surfaces of furnitures. There were dried boogers, tape, and acne patches on the walls near the bed and also in the bathroom when we checked in. Some of the towels we received were in poor quality as well, some had holes and stains on them. I expected a bit more from a boutique hotel but overall, it was in a good area.

The room was very clean and looked modern.

地理位置非常好，樓下就有24小時超市。但衛生清潔令人非常失望，入住3天後發現床底有數張紙巾及發霉的麵包，相信已經超過一周，證明房間清潔不全面。如果我沒有發現，可能酒店根本不會清理。事後向前台反映，對方態度友善但未見有合理解釋及交代。另外，浴巾有明顯破損，沐浴用品相當⼀般，建議自備。

離地點站/機場電車站需要小走一段，但善用公車/UBER移動就不是問題，公車很方便。 附近超市、超商、餐廳眾多，地點方便，房間夠大，但有些地方稍有灰塵感，最大的困擾是浴室沒有浴簾，在浴缸內淋浴時水會一直往外噴，需要小心擠在角落淋浴避免水噴的到處都是。 工作人員親切，房價合理，若再來弘大住宿應該會再次選擇這家。

The hotel needs maintenance. And they need to deep clean. The room itself was dusty everytime even after the room was “cleaned” the saving grace is the location

The hotel is exactly my style: industrial elegance at its finest. The professional staff goes above and beyond. Our room was the Deluxe model, and all I can say is WOW! The bed, pillows, and comforter felt like sleeping on a cloud. After so many days of traveling, I finally had a solid, quiet rest. The room was spotless—so clean that even the smell felt fresh, if that makes sense. The shower had excellent pressure and plenty of space, and the furniture and décor were beautifully selected and perfectly balanced. Everything you could possibly need in a hotel was provided. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Hongdae shopping area—another WOW! Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and very affordable, and the dining area felt gorgeous and romantic. A wonderful stay overall, and I highly recommend it. By the way… check-out is at 12 noon. Very nice!

Renovated heritage building and the condition is very well. Spacey room and comfortable.

Our room is spacious and water pressure is strong. A little bit noisy when cars pass by though. Lighting could be improved as it’s bit dark inside. Lastly, people can go up with elevator without room key, suggest more security control.

Hotel location is good, there is an Emart beside, gs25 a few steps away, and a supermarket just opposite the hotel. And short walking distance to reach Hongdae happening area as well as the metro station. Room size is ok for 2 pax and luggage can both open by some space adjustment. The only drawback of the room is the bathroom, it only came with a bathtub and you need to climb into the bathtub for a shower. And there is no shower curtain to block the water splashing out, whole bathroom will become wet area after a shower and this is very unsafe for old folks to climb in/out the bathtub in wet condition! Extra care has to be taken for shower! Other than that, the reception barely give us any greeting day in day out except for the day check in/out they “have the duty” to talk to us.. anyway, we are fine with that coz all we want is a good stay! Overall its good stay.

Close to shops. Walls are a bit thin. Can hear everything the upstairs neighbours are doing.

The location of the hotel is great, the subway station is within walking distance and the airport bus station is just minutes away. And of course you are right next to the shopping and dining district in Hongdae, yet very quiet at night. Will definitely recommend when the price is reasonable. The air-con may be a little bit noisy if you are not a deep sleeper. The lighting in the room is a bit dark and the allocation is a bit weird, not the vest for doing your makeup. The water pressure for the shower is great, but since it didnt have a full curtain, the water just splashes everywhere. Lastly the entrance door of the hotel is sometimes closed and you have to use the side door, nothing major but the entrance door seems to be more for decoration than for practical purpose. Just an interesting thing, the cleaner left his/her gloves in the sink after cleaning the room.

Would be great if rooms had better lighting and a half length mirror

We stayed 7 nights and had an excellent stay. The only thing missing in our room (as in many hotels) was a lack of sufficient hangers for clothes as the room had no wardrobe. Otherwise perfect. Recommended.

This was our second time staying in this hotel. The first time we really liked it, but this time we stayed in the penthouse with three people and it was a bit of a mess. We paid about $125 USD for an extra person and extra bed, which was okay, but the extra bed was barely a comforter on the floor. When we asked for an another sheet or blanket to make it thicker they refused. Then we realized the blanket was dirty and they wouldn’t send another one without inspecting the old one and taking it away. We were in this hotel for about 5 days and we asked to change the sheet on the floor mat (since we were rotating floor sleeping) and they gave us such a hard time. Despite being honest and paying for the extra person, it seemed like they wanted to constantly make sure we didn’t use even a single extra item for another person. It was a bit excessive in my opinion. While I would stay here again, I would only do it with two people. Three people is too many for this hotel even in the penthouse.

There's no early check in nor early check out. Instead they offer KRW 10,000 per hour so if you are trying to check in at 2pm, you need to pay KRW 10,000. If 1pm KRW 20,000 so on. More like a motel trying be a hotel.

One of the nicest hotels I stayed at. Very friendly staff that was helpful. Speaking only English was not a problem here. Highly recommend this property.

Basic, clean accommodation. Reception not good at english. If you hold a DND sign on door is not work, housekeepers still go in your room to clean. You have to turn on the DND light in control panel.

Absolutely loved the stay in this hotel, very convenient, close to train stations, very walkable area, full of restaurant and convenience stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Great location and hotel facilities. Cleaning can be improved, there are some dust at the corner of room. Hospitality of frontdesk staffs can be improved too. I felt not very welcome and friendly. Overall is a good hotel to stay.

Stayed for a week here. The staff were amazing so kind and helpful, the room was MASSIVE! The bathroom was huge too, and it was very clean and tidy. It is under 2 min from red road ( shopping / food/ bars / clubs / activities) and 5min walk between to station. Couldn’t recommend it enough, it was amazing room and location

Excellent hotel, very central to main Hongdae area and less than 5 minutes to walk to both Hongik University or Hapjeong subway stations. The room was absolutely perfect, staff were friendly and the location was great, really nice view over Hongdae too. Will stay again during our next trip!

The location of 9 Brick Hotel is amazing. It’s walking distance from many places in Hongdae. We made plans to see other parts of town but ended up trying restaurants and shopping just because of convenience of location. The staff was friendly and spoke enough English to get us by, which is great they learned to help their guests navigate. The room was spacious, we had a great tub we used when we woke up too early. I would stay here again.

Right beside the main road of Hongdae - there was a protest on Sat late afternoon, and we could hear everything. Great location for eating and shopping, but just got to accept that there will be some noise as well.

地理位置很棒，離地鐵站不遠。房間大小舒適，可以輕鬆打開兩個大的行李箱。電視也很大，可以看youtube、Netflix都沒問題。這次房型是乾濕分離沒有浴缸，很方便使用，但美中不足是洗澡完水容易濺到外面，還有水龍頭設計很難直觀的鎖緊。另外還有交通聲音也比較大聲，雖然住15樓，晚上睡覺時還是可聽得到。整體而言很不錯，櫃檯的工作人員也很親切，下次會再回訪。

The amenities were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

For a solo person, I thought the room was spacious. I already knew what the room looked like but for people coming with friends, the bath is out in the open and the door to the wash closet and shower are a little opaque. It's a very classy, gentleman's club kind of style of room. I like that. You can have it cleaned everyday if you want. Even when I didn't have the door marker out, I was still asked if I wanted it cleaned. The front staff are generally okay if you have questions. They weren't overly friendly or anything. The one thing that did really bother me is the cafe on the second floor. I went there one night and it was 8:00 p.m. and there was only one table of people. It was just me and I was told I couldn't eat there because I needed a reservation. Like none of this had been told to me when I checked in and I thought it was really strange to even have a cafe and a hotel if you can't access it as a guest. Plus the breakfast is 15,000 won which is kind of expensive. So that was a real turn off and I even found it kind of rude and confusing. It's close to busses, but I only took the Metro which is maybe a 5-minute walk. You're really close to the open market which has food and shopping and clubs or bars and restaurants. One tip, if you need to take out more than 100,000 won you need to go to the bank ATMs. You're not going to get that much out of the convenience store ATMs or they might not work at all. I had to learn that on my own. Area was safe but so is most of Korea

弘大の近くにあり、ショッピングストリートや飲食店が立ち並ぶエリアにあるホテルです。デザイナーによる綺麗で広々な部屋は高評価です。しかし、朝食は悪いわけではありませんが、イマイチなので一日だけ食べて、近所のカフェや飲食店をおすすめします。

Convenient location for shopping and food. Room was pretty spacious and quiet. Limited breakfast choices though.

弘大站步行10分鐘內，走出去就是弘大商圈，隔壁橋村炸雞。格局有點奇怪但空間寬敞，打開3、4個行李箱沒問題，部分地板還有鋪磁磚。冷氣是可調溫度且蠻安靜的。免費早餐選項少但不錯吃。

I received no benefit having booked with Expedia also breakfast was very poor no service and very basic Pre cooked food which was nasty We had a coffee and toast they didn’t even have butter knives to spread butter on the toast We came away feeling ripped of not happy at all The good was location and cleanliness This hotel was probably good in it’s day but it’s day has gone I felt like it was more of a backpackers accommodation

The weather was OK. The service was amazing quick efficient friendly. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and I definitely plan on going back. The only thing that was mildly displeasing with the restaurant for breakfast was cold and there was no salt and pepper but I’m an American so that’s just my taste
