Pool området skønt altid en solstol da den ikke er så ofte brugt. Fint lille fitness hvor du finder hvad man har brug for på en ferie, rigtig god massage på deres spa kan virkelig anbefales. Rengøringen kunne godt være lidt bedre indimellem men meget hjælpsomt og serviceminded persolnale Gå afstand til det hele stort supermarked lige overfor masse af restauranter og butikker og ca 10-15 min gang til stranden

Good overall stay but DO NOT use the spa. We were taken over the road as they clearly didnt have capacity on site at the time but wanted the business. It quickly became apparent that guys who delivered the service were untrained meaning the experience cost us money to effectively waste half an evening of our holiday. It was so bad they should have compensated us for our time but we couldn't be bothered to argue.

Fantastic resort with friendly staff, beautiful ambience. The room are the private swimming pool were huge and there were 2 gazebos too. They also arranged a floating breakfast which was quite memorable. There are a lot of cafes and resturants and top notch spas all in the walking distance too. I would 200% stay here again!

Väldigt mysigt hotell med fina rum. Bodde i familjerum som var bra tilltaget med ett sovrum och en stor utbäddbar soffa. TV, wifi och köksutrustnings. Trevlig service och personal. De fixade ett bra upplägg med senarelagt utcheckning, bagageförvaring och häng i deras faciliteter efter utcheckning för att underlätta för oss i väntan på att åka till flygplatsen. Extra plus även för möjlighet att få skjuts till stranden helt gratis. Supergod mat på restaurang Boka som låg vägg i vägg med hotellet, där även frukosten gick att beställa. Enda minuset här var att de vid nästan alla tillfällen saknades minst en grej vi ville ha på menyn vilket blev lite pyssligt.

I did wonderful stay at Rama, special thanks to kardek and Kris..Kardek is very sweet staff at Rama which is they call you and talk to you hows my stay.. They drove me off to the beach.. Got a nice massage too at thier spa.. We are coming again hopefully on Dec.

Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby.

Wonderful oasis in a busy area . The hotel stuff is very nice. The ambience is relaxed. My room was clean and quiet. In the restaurant they don't serve pastries anymore. The food was good anyway. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Traveling with two infants can be challenging, but the staff at Rama Residence made everything seamless. The poo is excellent the rooms are a little old but large 1br suite is a bargain the york over the road bintang is the same as the supermarket food is good cheap smallish the forge 150m is expensiveish but the food is tops most serves are easy for 2

Very quiet and comfortable with plenty of space in the self contained room. Excellent value for money with extremely friendly and helpful staff. There are also excellent coffee shops, supermarkets & convenience stores nearby.

The hotel was lovely, as were the helpful sfaff. The rooms were all on the ground floor, with small individual gardens; it was great having this private outside space. The pool was also in a garden. What we didn't like was the street, which was extremely busy and also that the beaches were all quite a long walk away. However, there were many good bars and restaurants close to the hotel, Balinese and international.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite our late-night flight and having already checked out, they graciously allowed us to use the hotel shower, for which we are truly grateful. In particular, I would like to commend Dwiki for his outstanding assistance – he was exceptionally helpful. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room's shower head and holder appeared old and loose, and the water pressure changed noticeably after 9 p.m., with no hot water available. The bidet pressure was also quite strong, suggesting a need for a higher quality type. I'd like to suggest an environmentally friendly addition – the inclusion of kitchen towels. It seems wasteful to continuously use paper to wipe the basin top. Additionally, the placement of the microwave oven was inconvenient, as it was positioned too high. I often had to use a chair to reach it, especially when heating up my food. Apart from these considerations, the overall experience was satisfactory, and we would still consider it a great place to stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Fantastic resort with friendly staff, beautiful ambience. The room are the private swimming pool were huge and there were 2 gazebos too. They also arranged a floating breakfast which was quite memorable. There are a lot of cafes and resturants and top notch spas all in the walking distance too. I would 200% stay here again!

The hotel was lovely, as were the helpful sfaff. The rooms were all on the ground floor, with small individual gardens; it was great having this private outside space. The pool was also in a garden. What we didn't like was the street, which was extremely busy and also that the beaches were all quite a long walk away. However, there were many good bars and restaurants close to the hotel, Balinese and international.

Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They were very attentive regarding any questions or requests, from recommending restaurants to transport to Seminyak square for shopping. The two bedroom villa was absolutely amazing! Definitely the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. My friends and I enjoyed the private pool and spacious accommodations. We were able to do laundry which makes a huge difference, and made less work once we returned home. I highly recommend The Rama Residence Seminyak…breathtaking!
