체크인 하기전 침구와 수건을 꼼꼼히 봐 주어서 감사했어요. 기다리면서 먹으라고 준 웰컴 디저트도 좋았네요. 엘리베이터 안에서 나오는 음악은 긴장감을 풀어 주기도 하지만 소란스러울땐 소음으로 들리기도 해요. 피트니스는 무료지만 아주 작아요. 다만 물과 수건을 제공해 주어서 괜찮았어요. 조식은 안 먹는 편이지만 지하에 편으점이 있어 편했습니다. 침구는 깨끗했고 공기청정기가 있어 쾌적한 편이었어요.

It was holiday season, so with only 3 lifts you have to wait a long time for one to come. The room was nice and the hotel has a nice bar and foot 'spa' (just hot shallow pool, but nice). There's not much in the area to do once you've done the mall, Starfield library etc. The L7 at Myeongdong is better for tourists and as a bonus they also have a great coffee machine in the hotel lobby. The other annoyance at this hotel is they won't lend you a plate for the microwave to reheat your food. The cleaning team were fab and everyone was friendly.

There were no bellboy services, and we had a lot of luggage’s that we had to utilize the hotel cart to manage on our own. There was no iron in the room, which was very inconvenient for our party. However, the concierge staff were very helpful, accommodating and nice.

Room condition was good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was okay, lacked variety but I liked how they offered fresh salads and pastries every morning. Location was good, close to metro and a convenience store. Overall customer service was adequate but can be improved... Only downside was the elevator. It took really long time to wait for the elevator which was quite frustrating when you are in a rush.

Rooms are in excellent condition, beds are clean and comfortable, in-room pour over coffee is a nice touch. Staff is excellent, facilities are on the small side but easy to access and excellent (gym, coin laundry). Location is superb, very close to subway line 2, and about a 15minute walk to COEX. Not in the middle of all the tourist action, but very easy to get anywhere via metro. On-site food is great as well, convenience store less than a block away. Highly recommend!

The room looked clean but it was dusty. As we are allergic, we needed to take medicine morning and night. Other than that, it was located in a good area. There's a convenience store in B1. Olive Young and many kinds of coffee shops around the hotel. Pretty convenient. They also have a coin laundry in the 9th floor and it is inexpensive. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

It was my first time staying at your hotel. Overall I am satisfied though, few things I noticed which I did not like are 1. I used your hotel for business trip. However first few days of my stay, other room guest with a group of people were talking loudly at night so I could not concentrate with my work. Maybe better to locate my room in the more quiet area/floor next time. I will be traveling to Seoul regularly. 2. Many times elevators were full and took long time to catch. 3. Heavy traffic 4. Room needs to be cleaned better, especially bathtub and carpets. Thank you.

몇 번 머물렀는데 만족도가 커서 이번에도 숙박 하였습니다 객실이 청소상태가 좋고 방음이 꽤 잘되어 어떤 잡음도 잘 들리지 않더라구요 무엇보다 관리를 조금만 소홀히 해도 티가 나는게 욕실인데 곰팡이 하나 보이지 않고 정말 깨끗하게 잘 관리되니 L7 롯데 다시 찾게 되네요 또 한가지 베개가 너무 높지 않고 푹신푹신한 것이 아침까지 숙면했습니다 다음에 또 서울 갈일 있으면 두말없이 예약하려 합니다

The cleanliness was poor. In particular, after the housekeeping service, the pillows were just piled up, and the towels left on the bed were not arranged. The mirrors and glass surfaces were not cleaned at all. L7 Gangnam is not 4star hotel.

In terms of location the hotel is perfect. The Hotel is directly in front of the subway station. Shuttle bus to airport are also available. What we didn’t like so much were the small beds.

Nice hotel, courteous staffs, convenient access to the transportations, clean room and bathroom. The view however was horrible since my room was directly facing some office building. I was able to see the office workers working during the day and was not able to open my curtains for the entire time I was there.

Very decent hotel. Spacious and not too far from Samsung station where Coex mall is. The shampoo n soap smells super nice . Convenient store right behind the hotel. Didn’t take metro so unsure how convenient but overall great stay’ only down side was Internet not super smooth / fast . Room was modern and spacious n had great coffee n snack provided

On the first day, the room amenities were restricted to one, though the booking was for two guests. I had booked this hotel with breakfast, but upon check-in, we were informed that we did not have breakfast and it was going to be an extra $36 USD per day. We showed them the booking and they told us to take it up with Hotel.com. The location was excellent, but the staff had limited international language skills, they primarily spoke Korean. Thank goodness for Google Translator.

Excellent location in Gangnam, close to COEX on one end, the main Gangnam strip on the other, and on the green metro line that connects much of Seoul. Staff is superb, very attentive and helpful in every way. Rooms are typical size for Seoul and very clean with nice bedding. Highly recommended!

Good food, great location & views, friendly staffs. There was a minor problem: a housekeeping lady walked in my room at 9am when I was undressed. She apologized that she was informed that my room was already checked out. I had to call the reception to correct their mistake.

Our cleaning lady on the 12th floor was amazing, very patient and understanding as we had little kids with us. The front staff were great as well as we had to check out and check back in for our extended stay and they already had our rooms ready! We are soooo happy with our stay and would highly recommend!!!

고객응대하는 프론트 남자직원이 너무 불친절하고 외국바이어에게 대충 귀찮다는듯이 얘기하는 것이 아주 기분이 나빴습니다. 롯데호텔이 아니라 롯데 모텔의 카운터직원인듯 했습니다. 그리고 다믐날 소공동 롯데로 옮겨서 묶었는데... 역시,,, 너무 차이가 나네요... 같은롯데인데.. 기대한 제가 잘못인줄....외국바이어한테 너무 미안했습니다.

Avoid booking at L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE – Terrible customer service I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and made the reservation at the same time as a friend. While they helped my friend and changed his reservation without any issues, they refused to help me and charged me for the entire stay. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and inconsiderate. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
