No laundry facility in the hotel which is an inconvenience if you stay more then a week. Expedia listed laundry was available… this is misleading! Had to use outside laundrymat which is 10 minutes walk but you lose about 1.5 hour of your holiday going back and forth to the laundry mat.

Spotlessly clean, easy to access, staff were super friendly. Two Train Stations within a 2 minute walk, plus Tokyo Stn only 12 minutes away. Fabulous buffet breakfast including Asian, North American and European choices. Unexpected treat ... afternoon snacks along with tea and delicious coffee available for free until 7pm. BONUS unexpected treat ... free happy hour wine from 5 to 7 every evening. We spent evenings in the well-lit, quiet lounge playing cards and other games that we brought. One more ... convenience market on ground floor.

Nice transit hotel close to Tokyo Station and other shops. Room was cozy and functional. Downstairs lobby they had drinks and snacks in the evening available as part of hotel room fee so you should want for anything if your really on a budget (but your in Tokyo so go eat out and have fun) lol. Did not have a chance to try morning goodies and drink as we left around 6 am. We would stay again.

My room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit small (I understand this is standard for Tokyo) but fine for 1 person. The amenities provided by the hotel were excellent and I enjoyed the free coffee in the morning and happy hour in the afternoon/evening! The staff at check-in were friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out was quick and painless! The location of this hotel was excellent and very close to two metro stations, this made it very convenient to visit all the attractions in Tokyo (including Tokyo Disney Resort!). I loved how quiet the overall area was and enjoyed the easy access to the convenience store on the first floor. I would totally stay here again if I visited Tokyo in the future!

枕の硬さが元から硬いのと柔らかいのと２種類あって使い心地も良かった。Wi-Fiがあって良かった。2人で利用する部屋だったからだろうけど、コンセントが多めで助かった。朝食は有料だが、利用して良かった。夜は、一部のお酒やおつまみが有料だが、それ以外は無料で提供されており、夜食も20時から22時までお茶漬けが提供されていたので利用させてもらった。朝はバイキング形式だったから、好きなものが食べられる。どれも美味しかった。

This rating is guven on two points that mattered. 1. Advertises laundry facilities- to me that means there are washers and dryers available, usually coun operated. There is a laundry service $10 for pants. No. I was directed to a coin laundry 1.2km away. This was a long way in the rain with bags of laundry. 2. Cleaning was pretty ordinary. Good bits: 1. Lots of transport options including train to Haneda available direct from Takaracho exit 2?? 2. Some good dining options - eat before 8pm. Ok 1. Breakfast.

Although we felt that this hotel was a good value, it left a few things to be desired. The location is great and a short walk from Tokyo station. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Kudos to their photographer for making the place seem much classier than it really is. The hotel is a little run down, but clean. Our biggest problem with our stay was the relentless smell of sewage in the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed at all times.

Stayed here when I first arrived in Tokyo so elected to stay here on my last night in town since it was conveniently located near Tokyo Station and I was familiar with the area. I have no problems with the hotel. Staff is very nice. The room is well stocked and was very clean Quiet

Found the rooms very small with a window that looked out onto a wall about 1 metre away. Glad I had only booked the one night, Although no view from the window, there was plenty of traffic noise I could hear. As a group we booked 3 rooms and all looked out to a wall. The single bed took up most of the room. Found it all very drepressing.

It was quite a walk from Tokyo Station, and it wasn’t easy to carry all our luggage there. However, I chose this location for convenience when heading to the airport as Asakusa Station is right outside the hotel. Ginza Station is also just steps away if you don't want to walk all the way to Tokyo station. The front desk offers disposable slippers and foot patches upon request, which was a nice touch. This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my trip (out of three), but unfortunately, it was my least favorite, probably due to the location. The Wi-Fi was very slow, averaging around 10 Mbps, while my eSIM had speeds closer to 100 Mbps, so I continued using my eSIM instead. Bathroom was a bit too dark.

Room is clean and perfectly serviceable. Small, but that's okay. The room I got was pretty alarming in that the window was just about 12" away from the building next door, and I had a great view of the wall texture of the next building. Lounge wasn't really what it seems, but hey, that's what the convenient store is for. For the same price, there was a better option, but it's what it is. Notably, they did have a very comfy bed and pillows, and they'll sell you the pillows.

The A/c is right over the bed which makes it a little uncomfortable. Breakfast price shown online does not match the actual charge which then came as a surprise. They are inconsistent about asking for breakfast payment before or after which is annoying. Rooms are cramped. Very nice location right next to Ginza and restaurants and trains. Polite staff.

Very convenient, efficient, and easy access property. Only downside is the regular double room is quite small. Can hardly walk. For a single traveller or staying for 1/2 nights, not a big issues. But if you are staying for longer duration, should go for the bigger rooms.

The room was very small. There were no cupboards Boards or drawers or tables to put anything. Service was good. They had free snacks at night, though the bar closed at 10. They put on a paper making workshop which was great.

The precious stone on my ring fell into the sink drain. I asked the front desk for help. They said they would find it for me and I should go about my day and not worry about it. So I did. When I came back to the hotel in the evening, the stone was in a small plastic bag in the tray on the table. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff whom we met at the check-in seemed to be in a great rush, but for no reason. The lady who “helped” my friend rushed to give her everything without realizing she was holding a bunch of things on her hands already. Mine “helped” me by clicking the temporary membership option on the screen, even though I repeatedly asked about its detail and indicated that I didn’t wanna join it. Mr Lau of the front desk was properly the only person who could communicate with us, in English, effectively.

素晴らしいアクセスを誇るホテルだと思います。なんと言っても羽田空港からのアクセス。ホテルから徒歩1分の宝町駅から羽田までは乗り換えなしで約30分！ホテルから東京駅までは徒歩で10分弱、また宝町からは横浜までも乗り換えなしで35分です。ホテルは新しいのでコンディションが良く、とても広いわけではありませんが清潔で使いやすい作りです。朝ごはんは非常に充実しており、週末ブッフェではスパークリングワインが飲み放題でした。また宿泊しようと思います☺️

The location is extremely convenient. It is less than a one-minute walk from Exit 1 of Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line and Takaracho Station on the Asakusa Line. Tokyo Station is a 15-minute walk away, and there are buses departing every 10 minutes from outside Tokyo Station to Narita Airport. Supert! Et lite hotellrom, men praktisk lagt opp. Svært god service fra de ansatte. Gode baderomsprodukter (shampoo, balsam, dusjsåpe, tannbørste og tannkrem). Det var en matbutikk i 1.etg, hvilket var veldig praktisk. De var hjelpsomme med å sende bagasjen vår til neste hotell på kort varsel. Rolig strøk.

Great place. Clean, quiet and surrounded by metro stations. Tokyo station is an easy 10min walk, exit and enter through Yaesu South. That’s on the correct side of the station, otherwise you will walk around the block and add 15 mins (we did the first night).

There are two subway stations within 4 mins of the hotel. There is a 711 located beneath the hotel. The breakfast was excellent every morning. I was able to try new dishes each morning. Usually I don’t eat the breakfast but this time I couldn’t pass it up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I’ll stay here again for my next trip to Tokyo.
