The staff and common areas were great — genuinely friendly people and nicely maintained spaces. Unfortunately, the room design felt like it was created by someone who has never actually stayed in a hotel. The “open concept” bathroom was an interesting choice… especially the part where stepping out of the shower basically turned you into part of the street view. Privacy seems to have been treated as an optional add-on. And the mattress? Let’s just say it was impressively firm — the kind of firmness that makes you question your life decisions at 3 a.m. If you enjoy sleeping on something with the structural integrity of a wooden plank, you’re in for a treat. Overall, wonderful staff — but the room design and comfort were an experience in themselves.

Great location. Great service. We stayed here in 2019 when they recently just opened. Nothing really changed since then, everything does not feel old or outdated
