駅から近く、夜0時まで営業しているスーパーやお惣菜屋さんも近い。コンビニも前にあるという立地にあわせて、部屋にはミニキッチンがあるなど長期滞在にありがたい。鍵も暗証番号だし、自分の部屋のようだった。

The location is great. Less than a two minute walk to the sobu line, restaurants and the bus. A few more minutes to even more restaurants and shopping. Less English speaking than central Tokyo but everyone is very friendly with great service. Laundry on site but don’t rely on the dryer.

I was satisfied but not more than that. It was clean but they will not clean your room unless you stay for longer. The room has a dvd player and a tiny cooking area which was nice if you need those things. It was affordable and i could stay again.

Recently went to Japan and chose this place to stay because wasn’t to expensive and very close to a train station. - cleaning is well done - room is very small but it’s okay because your out all day ahah - you have two markets right in front ! And a 7/11 down the street

予定より早く着いてしまい午前中に荷物を預ける事ができてとても助かりました。ミニキッチンや電子レンジがお部屋にあるのも机や冷蔵庫が大きいのも便利でした。又帰京の時には利用させていただきます。どうもありがとうございました。

1泊めに、冷蔵庫のモーター音が気になって眠れず、コンセントを抜いて寝たと投稿したら、翌朝新しい冷蔵庫を持って来てくれたのにはびっくりしました。おかげさまで残りの3泊はコンセントを抜かず飲み物を冷やす事が出来て良かったです。フロントの方も愛想が良く、チェックインの説明を分かりやすく丁寧にしてくれました。

This hotel is only 2 minutes away from Shinkoiwa station in Tokyo. Shinkoiwa station is only 12 min from Tokyo station if you use a rapid train. The room was very small but this is pretty average in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is really convenient if the hotel reception can work 24/7 as foreign guests like myself who doesn't speak or read japanese feel reassured that help is close by when we need it. Overall I like my clean, spacious room, close to local train station Shin Koiwa- 4stops to Tokyo central station and supermarket, eateries........ I do not mind to stay here again and recommend it to people.

I've stayed at this hotel before in 2023. I booked it again purely because of the great service, very quick check-in, quiet neighborhood, lots of dining and shopping in the area, and most importantly, a 1-min walk to the train station with trains that can get you anywhere in Tokyo. I plan on doing another Japan trip in 2027, and no doubt I will book this hotel again from my Tokyo stay. My one suggestion though would be to include tea-bags and sugar along with the room kettle and cups in the room.

Staff was very friendly very helpful did not get the name of the man running the counter but he deserves a raise. Very close to akihabara about 18 min train ride, station around the corner, convenient stores and grocery stores right across the street with plenty of restaurants in all directions some even 24 hours will definitely be back next year for our next trip and will rebook in a heartbeat. Very affordable would love an option to opt out on cleaning/ towels or atleast only a few days.

I booked it again purely because of the great service, very quick check-in, quiet neighborhood, lots of dining and shopping in the area, and most importantly, a 1-min walk to the train station with trains that can get you anywhere in Tokyo. I plan on doing another Japan trip in 2027, and no doubt I will book this hotel again from my Tokyo stay. My one suggestion though would be to include tea-bags and sugar along with the room kettle and cups in the room.
