We’re outside till about 11 and will make a lot of noise and people were up and slamming doors till like 2 o’clock in the morning was very difficult to sleep. No ice on the course floor. Employees on their phones

The hotel itself was nice ,the day tuke lady I checked in with was nice. The elevator was broke so we had to haul everything up stairs which was tiring . The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way is I was sitting outside with my mother while she smoked a cigarette on a curb in the back parking area far Way from any doors and there was 2 guys sanding prob 100 ft away smoking weed. But when we walk up to go back in shesaid dont be smoking weed in my parking lot rude as can be I told hermaam I was escorting my mom down the stairs to come snoke a cigarette not weed maybe your judging the wrong people she shook her head and said hmmhhmmm well I wasn't gonna call out the people who were so they can see me do it then do something so overall exap.was ok.but watch or know ppl before u excuse them weediparking lot.real rude I told heraam I was out here with my mother t

Room was dirty when we got there, we found a rat in the pool while we were enjoying it!! Power went out over night so it was hot in the room and the elevators weren't working and of course No breakfast. The side entrances weren't available so therefore the parking lot was crowded and hard to park and access.

Over all the stay was ok for one night. We were barely at the hotel but the fridge in the room didn’t work and hadn’t been cleaned. It seemed it was leaking as there was water stains on the floor and water by the bathroom door from the leak. It also has an awful smell. We didn’t report it because we weren’t going to use it. The bed wasn’t made that well and it looked like there has been cosmetic repairs all over the hotel that weren’t done that well . The front desk employees were nice and helpful. Also the trash was full outside and the grass needed to be mowed. We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest with a breakfast and for one night it wasn’t that bad for the price

The stay was great but I do think best western can really give this facility a face Lyft. It’s clean and nice but towels in the pool area and even she shower room aren’t available and just the little fixtures. Other than that great stay and friendliest people!

Hotel is nice and clean, easily accessible. Two team members were AMAZING, Erica at checkin - super friendly and helpful. Yessica, there at checkout, working breakfast area, and super responsive to a spill in elevator. Both these reps were quick response,working hard and overall just great demeanors! Jessica, the General Manager was not! She was in charge of breakfast one morning, ran out of waffle mix and syrup, overflowing trash cans in breakfast area, broken toaster, completely unattended breakfast area. Food on stove, but no one around. When she finally showed up, she did offer to put out more items, grudgingly. I apologized for having to leave our trash on the table as the trashcan was full. An hour later, observed her sitting in dining area on phone, and I think vaping. Another hour after that around noon, dining area still had food out, our trash was still on table, bread still in broken toaster and no one in sight. Also told we could use the very cold pool at check-in, was not allowed later.

Super clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located in less traffic-ey part of city, making things quieter and actually easier to get to locations in the area. Would certainly stay there again for my next area visit.

the bathroom was disgusting and had stuff growing and grime all in it took a shower and still felt dirty the toilet cover didn’t fit the toilet either. The bed was lumpy and the night stands had rust all over them.

The building has been renovated so it appears for the most part it is nice but the beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable that I didn’t stay the second night and the ac didn’t work well so me and my grandkids were hot most of the time so we showered before bed and the water first came out yellow so wasn’t to comfortable bathing the babies in that so just wiped them down with baby wipes .

It was a very quick stay but the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Could tell they were undergoing some repairs/maintenance (definitely needed). Could tell several repairs had been done in room, however not very well. Pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. TV stations were few and Tv had a blue tint. Overall room was clean and comfortable for the short stay.

At check in I was not properly charged. My booking was paid for and the staff tried to charge me again. Finally I gave my credit card for $75 incidentals. I got to my room and noticed another charge of $24.98. The phone in the room didn't work and the tv only had analog channels...no cable, no nothing. The next morning I checked out but staff could not explain other charge of $24.98. I know that's a not a big deal, but I just don't like charges put on my card that can't be explained. I was told that it would be removed.

Check in was slow and the desk clerk was unfriendly. The room door was stuck and hard to open. the furniture surfaces in the room were dirty. The bathroom was in disrepair. The hotel fire alarm went off twice after midnight and there was no fire.. The room phone did not work. The breakfast was very lacking and unsanitary, grounds in the coffee. Will NEVER stay here again! No clerk at check out. They hid in a back room. Nasty!

Outstanding staff at Best Western! Erica and Jessica were so helpful in making my stay very comfortable. They went above and beyond in getting my room available. I love the fact that they acknowledge me by my name on a daily basis. Kudos to the crew! Keep up the great work.

The stay and breakfast was good. The only thing was that we didn't have hand soap and I had to go down stairs for the blankets to uae with the sofa bed. Other than that, it was good.
