While apartment is spacious and comfortable there were down sides: Property outdated. Train noise 24/7. Towels smell unpleasant. Sofa dirty with numerous stains. Cleaning not thorough, dust found almost everywhere. Draining liner was not replaced or cleaned therefore shower wasn’t draining. No glasses, very limited kitchenware: only one small pan and one huge pot. Staff not looking up from phones/computers when you come in.

The hotel is cheap and quiet convient in transportation. However, there's no elevator for second floor, if you have large luggages, make sure you won't get second floor rooms in advance...

最寄り駅から近く、目の前にコンビニがあったりと環境はいいと思います。 部屋も広く使いやすかったですが、椅子の溝の汚れや家電製品のホコリ、ゴミ箱の蓋が壊れていて閉まらないなど細かいところが目につきました。 あとはお風呂の栓が閉まらず湯船に浸かれなかったのが残念でした。 洗濯機もあり、浴室乾燥も使えたのでとても助かりましたがハンガーをかけられる所があると更に良いなと思います。

It was a great stay at Randor Suites. The bathroom has an automatic filling soaking tub and shower. The room was large and easily accommodated the three adults. The kitchen was small, but usable. The washing machine works, but need to hang dry the clothes. Overall, a good place to stay and for the reasonable price.

Hotel was overall pretty clean. Could’ve used one last quick vacuuming prior to our check in. Kitchen was great and made it easy to save money on eating out. Fridge was nice and cold and freezer made it easy to keep treats frozen. Microwave made it easy to warm up instant rice. I also emailed the hotel 1 month prior to check in as I wanted to have packages delivered there to be held for when I arrive and they graciously allowed me to do so. Only downside was having to walk up a flight of stairs as our room was on the second floor and the elevators only appeared to stop on 3rd floor and above. Overall, the area is great, there’s multiple konbinis within walking distance, with a 711 being directly across the street. Machiya train station is about a 4 minute walk and there are numerous grocery stores within walking distance as well.

Stay 3 nights in this apartment hotel. Front desk open only normal hours and staff was friendly to guide us on self-check-in. Room size was ok for 5 adults, it's clean and beddings are comfortable. The room comes with a pantry well-equipped with 2-in-1 oven, fridge, stove, sink, cups, plates & cutlery and washer. Minor drawback is that there is no complimentary drinking water, coffee/tea, and there is no daily cleaning services nor amenities which is typical for apartment type hotel, but it's ok as we're staying only 3 nights. There is limited eateries/restaurant in the vicinity but there are a couple of of 24hr convenience stores nearby. As we're driving, we are able to park our car in the small pay car park beside the hotel, so it's quite convenient though the parking fee is a little expensive as in the case of most part of Tokyo, especially in the city area. Overall, we're happy with our stays and will consider the hotel for our future trip.

The location is very strategic.. situated in between 2 stations within less then 500m away. The 7e and self laundry is just across the street… not to forget the plenty of paid parking spaces around the property…Our 2nd stay here and definitely will come and stay again..

We were very disappointed with our apartment. It was dirty, run down, and not as described. It was supposed to have multiple beds and a kitchen, but the only furniture in the room when we arrived was one small double bed, a dirty dining table with sticky drink rings on it, and two wooden stools. The so called kitchen was one very small bench with a sink and hotplates, and an old mini fridge with no freezer section and that barely worked. When we asked about the multiple beds and microwave, they brought in an old microwave from the storeroom as well as a very dirty futon mattress that felt like sleeping on the floor. There wasn’t even a lounge of any kind and the kitchen utensils were incredibly limited. We ended up buying a camping mattress and toaster, and eating our toast out of bowls as there weren’t even any plates. There were also no proper blinds so we were woken up before 5am every morning as that’s when the sun comes up in Tokyo! The whole place was so depressing we considered just leaving, forfeiting the money we had paid, and staying at a different hotel. The only good thing about the place was the location.

Location is good. Near Machiya station, short walk. Chiyoda Line, Keisei Line and Sakura Tram Line. Supermarket, mall, 7-11 just opposite. 15min walk nearby hospital, clinics etc. Downside is Ambulance, Fire engines, police vehicles all pass by frequently. Sirens and lights. Above ground train rattles by until service ends past midnight. Can be noisy if you’re sensitive. Washing machine only. No dryer, not many hangers but hanging rack was adequate for 4-5 pax. Stove was a little tricky to use but that’s just unfamiliar design. It works well. Pots were clean. Utensils and crockery were clean. Futons and bedding were excellent. Very comfortable and enough futons for 7 pax. Front desk manned by young people. English was ok.

La limpieza fue muy mala, los.pisos pegajosos, micho polvo, los.futones, sofa, almohadas todas manchadas. Miy amplio el depa pero mucha falta de mantenimiento. El.boiler para el.agua caliente estaba super ruidoso, la.calle.tmb pasaron ambulancias cada media hora y aunque esta super que la.estacipn de tren este cerca, pasa.super cerca del.depa y tmb es muy ruidoso. No lo recomendaria a nadie la verdad.
La limpieza fue muy mala, los.pisos pegajosos, micho polvo, los.futones, sofa, almohadas todas manchadas. Miy amplio el depa pero mucha falta de mantenimiento. とても汚くて埃だらけ最悪のホテルです。 至る所に埃、カーペットにも多数のシミや汚れがたくさんあります。 コロコロを持参していたのですがカーペットには髪の毛が大量にありすぐに清掃も入ってもらえなかったので自分で掃除しました。 受付フロントの接客も最悪、音楽を聴きアニメを見ながら勤務で挨拶も無し。絶対に泊まらない方が良いです。親会社のSatisfillという会社も全く対応してくれません。問い合わせても返答なし。全てがいい加減なホテルです。 他の方も口コミにあげている通りです。

A szállással szembeni bolt nagyon hasznos volt, közel a tömegközlekedés, de maga a szoba felújításra szorult, zavartak minket a foltos párnák, függöny, szőnyeg. Összességében ez nem vont le az utazásunk élményéből, de kicsit másnak képzeltük el.

The room had mold and when we asked to give a compensation they refused because of the no cancellations but that cancellation did not mention mold! All they offered was a two hour extra stay and cleaned the shower. There was fired blood on the mat. Mold in the ac and shower. We were also locked out by the time we got back for the extra two hour stay. There was also other stuff smeared on the walls that I did not try to even take a hard look at. There’s cracks bulges in the walls. Broken furniture

Hotel for the most part was good. Our room on the other hand, we had some broken windows, no room number on the door, broken curtains, the toilet paper holder needs a little tightening on the screws, the remote for the ac has some crust on it, window sill was dusty, one of the doors had a hole on it, damage to the center devider ,and the projector did not work. We ended up just using our hotel room for storage. I can see lots of potential since the room was very spacious and bus station was right outside the hotel.

We had a nice short stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms could definitely be upgraded with some stains and holes in the wall, it was sufficient for what we needed in terms of size and location. Only real issues we had were working the air con system, the loud hoovering outside our door for a couple of hours and lack of luggage transfer.

The property is not well maintained. I had a room with stained walls and a sunken couch. The pillows also had stains on them. The pro to the property, is that it's in a quiet location with the bus stop just outside and the subway a few minutes walk away. It also has a convenience store right across.

部屋はとても広く、お風呂にもジャグジーがありとてもよかったです。 ただ冷蔵庫の中に前回の人の残りや、ベットの下に靴下があったり清掃してないなかな？って所がすこしありました。 上の階の方か同じ階の方かはわからないのですが、夜中３時ごろまで毎晩暴れてるような物音、大声が酷くてほとんど寝れませんだした。 椅子を引きずって暴れているようなので、防音の為の絨毯などの対策があればいいのかな。と思いました。

Great location. Great customer service. Wish the room would be more updated (furniture, beddings, floors, etc). Towels were a bit dingy and could use an update too. Our windows faced the main road and it was loud. Tried to seal the windows shut but seemed like some were not working properly. Because of this, there wasn’t a tight seal and the condensation from outside made the windows wet with water. Other than that it’s such a great place for families and convenient to have 7-11 right across the street!

Beware! Don’t believe the photos. The actual conditions are totally different! It was like a scam.. this hotel is so old and dirty. They don’t even repair the damages nor clean the room. Stains and damages are everywhere! It was a bad sanitary condition and we decided to leave as we didn’t want to stay there even for an hour. The front staff didn’t even know the manager’s contact number. It’s a strange management.

Stay 3 nights in this apartment hotel. Front desk open only normal hours and staff was friendly to guide us on self-check-in. Room size was ok for 5 adults, it's clean and beddings are comfortable. The room comes with a pantry well-equipped with 2-in-1 oven, fridge, stove, sink, cups, plates & cutlery and washer. Minor drawback is that there is no complimentary drinking water, coffee/tea, and there is no daily cleaning services nor amenities which is typical for apartment type hotel, but it's ok as we're staying only 3 nights. There is limited eateries/restaurant in the vicinity but there are a couple of of 24hr convenience stores nearby. As we're driving, we are able to park our car in the small pay car park beside the hotel, so it's quite convenient though the parking fee is a little expensive as in the case of most part of Tokyo, especially in the city area. Overall, we're happy with our stays and will consider the hotel for our future trip.

Would not recommend. Designed more like a youth hostel. Biggest issues were the MIA front desk staff and the cleanliness of the room (particularly the bath tub/shower area). We had other issues with clarity in communication over check out but the main reasons why we booked these facilities - to have a front desk for help and an "upgraded" room for the bath - failed on both fronts. I'm pretty sure the bathtub had not been cleaned and disinfected in quite some time. The walls and furniture were all damaged and the trashcans (like the lids) were dirty. So if you expect the room to be updated and/or clean and any help from the front desk, this would not be the place for you. There are better options at this price point out there.

This property provided lots of space compared to previous places we stayed at. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of five. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. We wanted our towels replaced and though it looked like they were done their shift and about to leave, they put in the effort to get us new towels. Only complaint was that the sofa was dirty with stains. We didn't really need the sofa, but they really should replace it.

Great location! Easy walk to Michiya station with loads of dining and shopping options nearby. A few subway stops away from the heart of Tokyo, far enough to be quiet.Randor was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean. Staff were mostly non-existent but helpfulwhen needed. Id stay here again for sure 😊

We loved our stay at Randor Residence! It was very convenient for our family of five. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train station, convenience stores, laundry facilities, and a great selection of restaurants. Everything we needed was close by, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.

The location is very strategic.. situated in between 2 stations within less then 500m away. The 7e and self laundry is just across the street… not to forget the plenty of paid parking spaces around the property…Our 2nd stay here and definitely will come and stay again..

Right across 7-11, great place for a family. Spacious and provides the basic amenities. It’s about a 10-15min walk to mikawashima station and Machiya station about 5-7 min walk from apartment.

Location is good. Near Machiya station, short walk. Chiyoda Line, Keisei Line and Sakura Tram Line. Supermarket, mall, 7-11 just opposite. 15min walk nearby hospital, clinics etc. Downside is Ambulance, Fire engines, police vehicles all pass by frequently. Sirens and lights. Above ground train rattles by until service ends past midnight. Can be noisy if you’re sensitive. Washing machine only. No dryer, not many hangers but hanging rack was adequate for 4-5 pax. Stove was a little tricky to use but that’s just unfamiliar design. It works well. Pots were clean. Utensils and crockery were clean. Futons and bedding were excellent. Very comfortable and enough futons for 7 pax. Front desk manned by young people. English was ok.

Wonderful property if you need some extra space to relax and don’t mind being outside of Tokyo, there were a few parts of the property where the amenities or fixtures could use repair or updating, but otherwise it was very clean and easy to access and there are multiple train stations nearby. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

Laundry was nice. Subway nearby. Lightning was poor, could use brighter lightning. Spacious. Surprisingly had view of Tokyo sky tree at night from our room.
