家族二世帯で赤阪で食事の予定があり、ホテルを探していてこちらのホテルに2ベッドルームがあるのを発見。このホテルに1部屋しか無いのですが、リビングが広いのとキッチンがついている点、バスルームが独立型で浴槽もある点が気に入り、しかも六本木のど真ん中。気になる点は、入り口から常に風が通る音がしている点。あとはちょっと掃除の行き届いていない点があったりするのも気になりました。　この辺りのホテルにしては割安なので、家族でお探しの方にはおすすめです。

I stayed at ACT HOTEL Roppongi. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from Roppongi Station Exit 2, and close to Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown. However, the stay had many downsides. To reach the front desk you must go down stairs, which is hard with luggage. Some rooms are on a semi-basement floor, and during heavy rain I worried about flooding. The room was fine for one person but the shower was extremely small, and there was no outlet at the desk. Because the room was half underground, the window let in almost no natural light, making it feel closed. Noise was a big issue. I could hear voices from the lobby late at night, people talking in front of the laundry, and even music played at high volume. It felt more like a foreign hostel than a Japanese hotel. Most guests and staff are foreigners, so the atmosphere is international, but those expecting quiet or Japanese-style service may be disappointed. Another point: the only plan I saw was prepaid and non-refundable with a 100% cancellation fee. There is an elevator, but the sign is small and easy to miss. This hotel is only good for those who care about location. If you want a quiet, comfortable stay, it is not recommended.

We had an excellent stay at the ACT Hotel. It was clean, staff was pleasant. We had towel service daily. Room was small depending on where you are used to staying. We came from the United states so this was a very small room but it was comfortable, clean, had everything that we needed in it. We even had to use the laundry room and it was clean. Very conveniently located to subway, restaurants, convenient stores and mall. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and quiet room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was just right size and functional. Kitchen and dining table were perfect for us. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Only downside was that it does not have a spa.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, very close to Roppongi station! There was a Lawson and Family mart close by to get snacks and water ! The hotel offers free soft serve which was really cool! I stayed there with my family, we booked 3 rooms! The rooms were small! Careful if you have a lot of luggages! I didn’t realize before booking that the floor would be in rug i usually prefer when there’s no rug. It was a bit dusty! Also, my family found a cockroach is their room on the last day :( ! But overall it was fine for the price and location!

We stayed at this hotel for the last 4 nights in Tokyo, and I got to say that for the price we payed I was expecting way more that this. Our double room we was extremely tiny. There was no room for luggages or either a wardrobe were to store your clothes. What a disappointment! One of the towels they’ve changed was still dirty with a big yellow stain, for which I was a bit shocked and repelled. The cleaning service was only available after 3 consecutive staying days and not everyday (as all hotels should provide). The only good thing was the area, as the hotel is located just across the road of Roppongi station. Will definitely not recommend.

There are many places to eat nearby at night, so you won't have any problems. Took a family trip to Japan and the Act Hotel was our first stay of several. Although it’s a small boutique hotel it had great amenities and comfortable beds. The location was in a nice quiet area and near transit stations. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Loved this location! Hidden gem! When first arriving walked past it, so look for small street between Lawson and Family Mart, it is located behind them. Lots of choices for food; Shake shack, Cinnabon and much more! Very close to Roppongi station, which was also great for daily train travel. Had a few questions operating lights in room, very patient and fast help from front desk. Would stay here again!

위치가 아주 좋습니다. 아자부, 시부야, 메구로, 오모테산도 등등 금방 가구 우에노 쪽도 히비야선 한번에 갑니다. 지하철 롯폰기역 출구에서 방문앞까지 5분이 안걸립니다. 그러나 방은 좁고, 창문을 열지 못해 먼지가 많았습니다 마지막 밤 잘 때는 먼지 냄새가 났어요. 수건교체와 쓰레기는 매일 버려주지만, 청소도 해주셨으면 좋겠기는 해요. 복도 방음도 잘 안되어서, 새벽에 들어오는 사람들 목소리가 그대로 들렸습니다. 하지만 위치가 모든 걸 이깁니다. 다음에 간다면 좀 더 넓은 방에 다시 묵고 싶네요.

It’s a very nice place to stay if u like quiet neighborhood and super convenient! There are so many nice restaurants around and super close to metro station. The hotel is wonderfully located, just in the heart of Roppongi, yet very silent. The room I rented was very small and not particularly fancy, yet adequate. No restaurant or breakfast service. The staff was very kind.
