These suites are situated in an excellent location. There are many restaurants close by, as is the Trevi Fountain. However, IF you are at all claustrophobic, you will NOT want to use the elevator here - it says it can hold 4 people but I was not comfortable with just my husband and I in it. Also, you need to be prepared for the number of keys you are going to receive, and the number of stairs to get to the elevator. There is a key for the front, wood entrance, a key for the glass entrance, a key to get into the area of your rooms, and a key for the suite itself. There is not staff on site at all times. There was not a lot of room in the washroom for toiletries. There was a desk in the bedroom area, but no chair. Instructions for the shower would have been helpful. Having said that, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I didn’t realize when I booked the hotel that there would not be staff there to check us in after 5pm. They left instructions to let ourselves in with code and key. However, no instructions for safe or all the keys and the AC did not work so we were toasting until morning when I could get them to help solve the issue. We asked for the room to be cleaned on day 2 as we left the room at 9:30am. When we got back to room at 1pm the room still had not been cleaned. The room was dismal. The shower was difficult to figure out how to turn on and off. Shower slippery, no mat provided. No shelf to put shampoo and soap on in shower. Mold in the bathroom. No hot water in the sink. Not enough outlets. There is one outlet in the bedroom. The bathroom had outlets but no shelf to put phone and items to charge on. The bed was super hard. Pillows flat. It’s definitely not “Luxury”. The only good thing was location. It’s very close to Trevi Fountain.

Clean. A little noisy facing the busy street but that’s Rome.

Location is brilliant, but luxury suite is a bit oversell – the room is a normal hotel room and already slightly worn out compared to modern hotels. It’s a small family hotel with 8(?) rooms in floors 3&4. We appreciated clear instructions for the self check-in and the opportunity to spend time in the kitchen after the check-out while waiting for our airport ride charging our phones. The air conditioner worked cooling the air but made noise like helicopter – we got used to this after a while. The staff was friendly and cleaning did good job. We saw an unidentified insect in the bathroom, but only once. We sent a whatsapp message to hotel’s given whatsapp nr but no reply. Overall nothing disturbing and once again the location was perfect.
