Very nice big apartment. Not close to water but has a limited water view. Excellen well furnished modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. 3 smart tv's and washer & dryer. Roof top pool. Safe underground parking. Long walk to marina. I felt safe in this area. excellent value.

I absolutely love this property, clean, secure, friendly staff, beautiful rooftop pool and jacuzzi. We went in May and pretty much had thr pool to ourselves day and night! The pool is not heated, but i loved it so refreshing on a hot day. The only thing i didnt like was the noise from the traffic, my room faced the street which is at times, is busy and loud. Having said that, I preferred traffic noise over party noise! Our Deluxe 2 bedroom also did not have a washer dryer and I thought it would, there were hook ups for it. Our unit was for sale so perhaps thats why it was more basic. Overall no big deal. We had a few requests from Lumina via chat and they were so quick to respond. DEFINITELY coming back! Its easily accessible 20 min walk to downtown under 30 min to the beach and marina, loved it!

15 min walk to the marina, along the walk you’ll find local restaurants. Rooftop pool and hot tub were nice. Fitness gym was okay as it is outdoors. Good security as after 6:00 entry doors are locked with a code.

we liked the whole property. our dislikes were that you could not get earlier access, you have to get out of your car to access the keypad to the garage and get out to open the gate leaving the garage(the sensor is too close to the gate itself)

La limpieza casi fue inexistente, solo los blancos, pero en si los muebles y piso estaban sucios, con migajas y hasta basura debajo del mueble de TV. La mesa sucia y algunos de los cuencos. Las lámparas y otros estaban sin conectar, Lo que costó trabajo pues estaban pesados los muebles. Mucho ruido, y no por estar cerca del centro, sino por los huéspedes que se peleaban en la madrugada. No existe ninguna política de comportamiento ni alguien que ponga orden.

The place has great location and spacious. It's walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Communication is a bit of a challenge since the staff don't speak English. I could have given a 5 stars but I found the couch has stains and not washed maybe for awhile.

This unit was many things...dirty..lack of kitchen items....frypan that was disgusting and burnt have pics of pan and rusted items, trash cans were battered and wobbly. carpet was dirty. total disappointed as wanted San Jose del Cabos like our last visit

I stayed for 5 nights from 9/27-10/2 and it was a nice and clean place to stay. The only thing that did not work properly was the wifi daily I had a problem with it which made it difficult to use to search for places and uber. Also I feel they should provide drinking water and beach chair and umbrella to use while you stay because renting daily at the beach was $15 or more US dollars.

The apartment was very comfortable. The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable. The ac did not work in one bedroom but there was a fan. Also the tvs in the bedrooms kept changing channels and turned off frequently when we weren’t even touching the controls.

Hello I don't know if anyone will read me. We liked the building and the very quiet neighborhood. A few steps from the Marina which we visited every day. We decided to choose Lumina at Cardinal Cabo San Luca by the photos showing the bright apartments lit by large windows, balcony and laundry set. We were disappointed that this was not what we got.

We looked at many different options for first trip to Cabo. We enjoy local dining, less busy touristy areas, prefer making our own fun and skip all inclusive resorts. We are a couple in our mid 30’s /40’s. The room and bathroom was spacious, modern, extremely clean and offered an intimate setting. If you like rooftop patios and pools, this one is lovely. We spent most days Ubering to less busy beaches, local eats and once we returned we would enjoy the views and sounds on the patio. Catching an Uber closer into town for dining and waking was only about $5usd and was never a problem waiting only 2-3 minutes for one to arrive. We would highly suggest staying here and would do so again.

I loved the apartment to the point that I want to buy it. It’s new, clean, managed well and it has great amenities. Parking was great, easy to park, covered and spacious. The communication was great. Easy to check in&out. Only thing I wished better was the noise situation. The building is located on a busy block and there is nonstop vehicle noise. The noise isolation is done really poor in the suite to the point that I keep thinking the windows were open. I wish they used more sound proof windows. Still recommend the place strongly. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs

This place is definitely worth the price especially you want to explore Cabo instead of just staying at a resort, I will say the bed is much smaller than I expected but maybe that’s just because we’re in another country. The facility was modern and comfortable. The rear half of the building is along side a one way street coming out of the downtown area. Traffic is constant and noisy. Also both properties across the street has 2 large dogs and another 2 large dogs right beside it as well. I stayed in a lower corner unit. The dogs are all outside animals and love to bark at anything. The barking goes throughout the night. Also there’s a Mexican bar/ party shack on the other corner that cranks out loud Mexican music well into the wee hours off the night. Just when you think it can’t get any worse there’s chickens on that property as well and the roosters start crowing at around 4 am. The units have large windows and don’t do much to limit sound. Stayed a week and didn’t get one night of peaceful sleep. If you sleep like a log or deaf then this is a good place for you. I tried contacting the complex management to request a room change but was completely ignored and had to basically tough it out.

El departamento es muy cómodo y amplio, está equipado con los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, limpiar y amenidades como la alberca. El internet es de alta velocidad, cuenta con lugar de estacionamiento. Es muy céntrico y se encuentra muy cerca de Plaza Wilkes. Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien. Es importante mencionar que no es como un Resort donde la limpieza es diaria o hay servicio de concierge. La comunicación con el host es solo por lo necesario y muy puntual (problemas con el wifi, confirmar clave de acceso). Son amables y responden rápido.

This was a great apartment to stay in with wonderful amenities. Security was great and the neighborhood is safe. I didn’t realize it’s distance to the beaches but my daughter and I enjoyed the walk through the city to reach the beaches and Uber is super easy to fetch from The Cardinal. Highly recommend!

The property is beyond nice and a prime location, near the Marina in Cabo San Lucas. The property has a beautiful view in the top floor and amazing pool too. The parking area provides a safe place for your vehicle. The front desk personnel are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again.
