The room was clean, but small. Wasn’t able to watch the TV or should I say hook up to it. So that was a problem. Wasn’t able to find the air conditioning, but figured out maybe there wasn’t one. but it seems to be a nice neighborhood and safe. Other than the fact, there was no air conditioning and couldn’t get the TV to work right I would stay again.

Aprmt is super nice, walkable to cafe & shops. Try the French cafe at the end of the st, best food & coffee. Only down fall is location it’s hard to hold an internet connection.

The only complaint about this stay was the parking. Street parking was extremely hard if not impossible to come by and using the suggested parking garage was very expensive. Other than that it was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos en las Suites. Además de tener una excelente localización, son tranquilas y tienen todo lo que un viajero puede querer. Quizá el único punto que deben revisar es la conexión a red, que función intermitentemente.

It is a little farther from central tourist destinations like the colosseum but is closer to the Vatican. Room was nice and clean but the wifi was nonexistent and my home network could not connect inside the building. Given I was rarely in the room this wasn’t a big deal but is annoying.

Great place. Liked it. The multiple key code entrance is bonkers. Having to remember 3 numbers and still end with a door key.let’s say only in Italy would you design something so complex. But overall very good. Convenient.

The property was in a safe space. The room was tiny and not very clean. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The ac worked well. Due to location it was loud at night. There is no onsite staff. They were very attentive to any msgs and requests but never available in person. Only at random hours. If anyone were to be locked out of their room or have any issues there is no help around.

There is literally no internet connection in the room. It is hard to say, the wifi is bad, is almost useless, especially at night. As a tourist who needs internet for trip planning, I can endure if the wifi is bad, but I cannot tolerate even my own mobile data in the room has been limited to 2G too!! Worst experience in rome. Many details in the room was not taken care of. There is no toilet roller holder beside the toilet bowl, clothes hanger in the toilet is small and limited. Room itself is small. There is previous customer hair in the towel. Location wise it is good. Other than that, really bad experience.

La experiencia ha sido en términos generales normal. Cosas positivas: Muy buena ubicación y si lo que buscas es simplemente un sitio para dormir y cambiarte es una buena opción. Cosas negativas: el check-in un poco lioso, demasiados códigos. La televisión no funcionaba correctamente (fallaba la señal) y la ducha (la cual es está ubicada al lado de la cama, no en el baño), goteaba por las noches, por lo que fue un poco molesto. En términos generales nos pareció un poco caro teniendo en cuenta los servicios que disponía, pero hay que tener en cuenta que Roma es un poco así.

Very nice room and really nice staff. Unfortunately the wi-fi was terrible (and no phone signal) and the restaurant opposite was incredibly loud every night until midnight, followed by equally loud cleaning every morning

Check in at this “hotel” was very difficult. The desk is not staffed at all times and was challenging for a late check in. The towels all had a strange smell to them. The place in general smelled strange. The shower was right next to the bed and offered absolutely NO privacy. Location was okay - it was about a half hour walk to the Vatican and Coliseum, and maybe about 20 minutes to the Trevi fountain.

Updated room but very small. Getting into the room in off-hours is like an escape room in reverse—kind of fun the first time. Entrance to the space before the room is half a door’s width—would be difficult for larger people. Convenient location in a pretty area.

This isnt really a hotel. It is self check in through codes provided through email. There is no staff to help out or answer questions. The room had very cheap windows that let in all of the noise of a busy neighborhood

This is converted apartments rather than an actual hotel. Reception only has someone there for a short period in the morning. Room was small but clean and was made up while we were out. Overall, if you need a cheap place to crash near the Vatican, it's a good spot.

Told there was Netflix provided could not access it. No hot water, just luke warm water. Room was freezing. Added the breakfast in booking, did not receive. Documents provided on bed said no breakfast. I paid extra for something I did not receive. Reception to ask for help was not there when needed. Only whats app, and they barely respond. When they do, it does not provide any help. Will not ever stay or recommend this place.

The property it self is fine, clean and presentable, ideal to put your head down while visiting the sites in Rome. No complaints about the place. The communication was spot on, the instructions via WhatsApp made it really easy, As when you first look it is codes for 3 areas, but was easy once there. Perfectly central to visit everything.

Never any staff on site. Gave us Instructions on how to enter the property but also gave that to other people early and when we arrived another couple was in the room. When contacted they didn’t offer any help or come to the site to sort anything out. This place is not secure. A couple days later they offered to breakfast for the issue … but again did not show up.

Ninguém nos recebeu nem no check-in e nem no checkout. Depois de mais de uma hora tentando contato com alguém com os números fornecidos e depois de entrar em contato com o próprio Hotéis.com, consegui receber os códigos e entrar no apartamento. Já estávamos desesperados. Vi alguns hóspedes com os mesmos problemas. Ou seja, a recepção não é o forte deles. Queríamos algumas informações e ajuda sobre algumas coisas da cidade, mas ficamos sem porque nunca encontramos ninguém na recepção pra conversar pessoalmente. O apartamento é muito bem montado, com banheiro e quarto grandes e uma salinha com máquina de café. Muito bom! Mas notamos que as toalhas mesmo limpas, estavam encardidas e alguns pontos do apto, empoeirados. O sofá também tinha várias manchas. A localização é ótima: perto de vários pontos turísticos, inclusive o Vaticano. Ponto de ônibus no mesmo quarteirão e de metrô a poucos metros. Resumindo, gostamos bastante do apartamento, só não sei se reservaria novamente por causa da questão da recepção. Muito ruim ficar sem alguém fisicamente pra nos receber e auxiliar.

Spent two nights here in October. Neighbourhood was quieter than other areas like Trastevere but easy walk to the Vatican. Further to the major attractions in the centre of Rome but it was an easy bus ride or about a 40 min walk. Staff were very helpful and communication ahead of time was great. Room was comfortable and clean with good air conditioning.

The room is in an excellent location with many sights a pleasant 15 - 25 minute stroll away. The area is quiet with a few nice cafes for breakfast nearby. The room was a good size and very clean and modern.

Goed gelegen accomodatie. Het historisch centrum is op loopafstand, even de brug over en je bent zo bij alle bezienswaardigheden en winkels. In de buurt zelf vele ontbijt tentjes. De kamer was ruim, voorzien van alle gemakken. Airco, koelkastje, kluisje. Enige nadeel van onze kamer was dat de douche echt in de kamer stond. Dat was voor mij nu geen probleem, maar als ik daar met een vriendin zou zijn zou ik dat wel vervelend vinden. Let dus even op welke kamer je boekt. Vriendelijke ontvangst, Delia was ook per app bereikbaar en degene die de kamers schoonmaakt was ook super behulpzaam, sprak perfect Engels en hielp ons als Delia er niet was.

Selina (manager) was great! Customer service oriented. Answered all questions and helped us get taxis. Check in for an non-european is more complicated but doable. Location was just ok. Restaurant across the street is loud on the weekends. Unusual hotel.

Excellent location within 10 minutes walk to the centre of Rome,15 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and Vatican Museum. 30 minutes walk to the Coliseum. The room is a bit on the small size for two people sharing but ok for a few days. Netflix on the TV so you can after a long day sight-seeing in Rome. A lovely park or piazzza is 5 minutes walk away at the centre. Great for relaxing amd people watching. There is a supermarket also a few meters away from this piazza. Breakfast is at a local cafe (5 minutes walk) from the hotel and it includes: a hot drink, juice, pastry and a small size sandwich for €6. You can a get a local bus to the hotel from Rome Central station. It takes about 25-30 minutes depending on traffic and an Uber cost €13 (May 2023). You can communicate with the receptionist via whatsapp, email or call. You will get a response within a few minutes. Possible con: Self check-in can bit a bit tricky as you need two different codes. A video will be sent to you in advance so make sure your mobile phone is fully charged!

Told there was Netflix provided could not access it. No hot water, just luke warm water. Room was freezing. Added the breakfast in booking, did not receive. Documents provided on bed said no breakfast. I paid extra for something I did not receive. Reception to ask for help was not there when needed. Only whats app, and they barely respond. When they do, it does not provide any help. Will not ever stay or recommend this place.

We were more than happy with Clementi 18 Suites! Very nice and clean room, friendly reception and everything worked fine without any complications, even our late self-check-in. The accomodation is perfectly located in the center of Rome and everything was in walking disctance (between 10 and 30 minutes). We never used any transportation and walked everything so we saw a lot of beautiful Rome. Washing saloon is located next to the accomodation as well a several Cafés and Restaurants, where you can get delicious coffee and breakfast or food. Our Rome trip was absolutely perfect with Clementi 18 Suites! Highly recommended!

Chambre fraîche à notre arrivée nous aurions aimé avoir un peu de chauffage car il faisait mauvais temps, nous avons envoyé un mail mais sans réponse. Sinon hôtel très bien placé, très propre, calme, distributeurs de savon très bien, douche multi jets au top surtout après avoir bien marché ! Nous n'avons pas eu les coupons pour les petits déjeuners mais nous sommes allés à l'endroit indiqué qui était très bien. Nous reviendrons !

A suíte era bem confortável, limpa e bonita. A internet não era boa e com isso não deu pra ver tv. Cama boa, chuveiro maravilhoso e o fato de ter frigobar ajudou bastante. A hostess era muito atenciosa e disposta a ajudar no que fosse preciso. A localização é boa, um bom bairro, mas não era tão próximo do metrô como ela disse, mas isso não atrapalhou em nada pq gostamos de caminhar, aliás da pra ir andando até o Vaticano. O café da manhã era num restaurante próximo e era delicioso e com ótimo atendimento.

Never any staff on site. Gave us Instructions on how to enter the property but also gave that to other people early and when we arrived another couple was in the room. When contacted they didn’t offer any help or come to the site to sort anything out. This place is not secure. A couple days later they offered to breakfast for the issue … but again did not show up.
