Llegue de noche, me mandaron las instrucciones por WhatsApp para ingresar todo bien y sin problemas, zona segura a poca distancia de los lugares de interés aprox. 20 min caminando llegas a ellas, transporte cerca un mercado enseguida, piso renovado actualmente están remodelando el edificio por fuera por lo que esta con andamios por fuera, pero por dentro el piso donde esta esté hotel está muy bien limpio, moderno seguro, fui con familia éramos 4 dos adultos un adolescente y 1 niño, desayuno de 8-11 am desayuno suficiente me daban capuchinos y jugos cuando los pedía y pan recién hechos, volvería sin duda al mismo hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The host, Giorgio, was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The building was very old and it is up 5 floors, theres a very old lift that can only take 3 people max at a time, with luggage id say less, so be aware of this when booking if you are a big party or have reduced mobility! The room was really nice and exactly what you need when staying in room. Ever with traffic noise it was quiet. Breakfast was offered from 8am however this was unfortunately too late for me as I had to be on a train by then, so cant comment on the breakfast offering, I just know there is one! Overall a very good stay, would come back!

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Leider gab es nicht einen deutschen Fernsehsender. Auch hätte der Zugangsweg zu der Unterkunft im Vorfeld besser beschrieben sein können. Die Luxury Suite befindet sich im 5. Obergeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten Palazzo und ist von außen nicht wahrnehmbar. Man muss schon genau auf dem Klingelschild nach dem Namen suchen.

Super lækkert guesthouse på 5. sal. Elevatoren er 100 år gammel og huset er bevaringsværdigt. Men det er totalt renoveret og meget indbydende. Det ligger lige uden for bymuren, og der er ca 10-15 min til nærmeste metro. Ejer er utrolig venlig og meget serviceminded. Vi fik en liste med 18 anbefalet restauranter, og vi nåede at prøve et par stykker af dem - super lækkert.

Perfect location 20 min walk from Termini Station and main attractions. Spacious, modern, very clean suite with queen bed and two singles - ideal for our family of four. The rooms truly lived up to the “luxury” description with excellent furnishings. Outstanding continental breakfast with fresh pastries, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and eggs available on request. Giorgio and Anastasia were exceptional hosts - very attentive and helpful throughout our 3-night stay. Don’t miss asking Giorgio to show you the fascinating historical photos of how the apartments looked 100 years ago! Great service: provided detailed Rome map with major sights marked and invaluable restaurant recommendations for authentic Italian/Roman cuisine that aren’t tourist traps - this saved us money and led to amazing meals! Free bag storage until 6pm after checkout was very convenient. Note: 5th floor location with charming but small traditional lift (3 people max) or marble stairs - quite a workout with luggage! Entrance can be tricky to find initially, but Giorgio met us at the lift to welcome us. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for families visiting Rome!

Georgio is the star of this show! It is basically several rooms occupying one half of a floor in a classic Roman apartment building with a magnificent exterior door and old fashioned elevator. The windows are extremely sound proof and one can alter the temperature in the room. Georgio is a marvelous host who work there all the time save August. He chatted with us and others each day as he made a really big breakfast with the famous croissants scrambled eggs yoghurt fruit etc. the location is within 300 meters of the Villa Borghese and the walk into the Trevi Fointain, etc is all down hill. At the end of the day a taxi from Piazza Barbarini is only 9-10 Euros. Be sure to stop at 72 Piomonte before the Aurelian wall. Then just walk a block or 2 tjrough the wall to the apartment building straight ahead. Very enjoyable and about half the price of hotels in the Trevi fountain district

We spent one day at the property, which is located on the 5th floor of a residential building (a small elevator is available). The staff was very welcoming, and the property is in immaculate condition. The property is about 20 minutes walking distance from the Trevi fountain, and about 30 minutes from the Pantheon. There are a few restaurants, cafes, and gelato places within 10 minutes' walking distance. Public transportation is also near by.

Giorgio is a great hostess! He was very welcoming and friendly. Provided a map with all the highlights and places to visit. This is a guest house and we truly felt like a guest in their home. Light breakfast is provided in the morning by Anastasia. She was always smiling and made us very comfortable. We had a little difficult finding the guest house as it is not labeled outside of the building. Only did we find it by looking at the name on the intercom. The guest house is located in an old building with a charming old elevator. You must open the gate and door to rude the elevator. Bus stops near the guest house and a convenient mini market located across the street. This is a residential neighborhood and very quiet! Which was a plus after being out all day exploring Rome and plenty of restaurants near by. Our room was very big for 3 and clean. Beds were comfy!

Don’t let the slow and small elevator deter you… once inside the place is a real gem with a very spacious and clean room , and a very welcoming and helpful front desk. The location is a bit of a walk to the main attractions … but Rome is about walking and the neighborhood is lovely … villa Borghese park is just nearby if you fancy a daily walk or workout

The hotel was very clean, and the room was really nice with A/C. The staff was fantastic, the woman that served us coffee was so friendly, and spoke many different languages. She spoke to us about all the different places that were near by and was very knowledgeable about the history of Rome. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay and hope to come and visit again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Via Veneto Luxury Suites in Sept 2023. Giorgio is a fabulous host. Very friendly and gives lots of great info on the area. We went to 3 of the restaurants from his list of recommendations and they were all delicious. Rooms are very clean. The building and rooms are very quiet. Many, many options provided in the included breakfast. We felt very safe in the are. Thank you😊

Stayed there 7 days, sheets and towels were changed on day 4 until we questioned the front desk, mold were all inside the shower, got it cleaned until we told the front desk. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly willing to help. Breakfast was ehhh, eggs, pastries, yogurts, cereals, coffee no meats… shops, subway and transportations were near by. Very quiet and secure area. The property is like an Airbnb…. Remember that

Anastatia is a very knowledgeable and attentive hostess. However, each room has an individual air conditioning system and we were in the Vittorio De Sica room and the system in our room did not produce an adequate amount of cool air for a very large room. Very uncomfortable considering how hot it was outside. Also - no air conditioning in the restroom.

Lovely room with spacious bathroom and great shower. Air con excellent and everything spotlessly clean. Walkable to most places or only 20 min walk to Termini. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Quiet and had a good nights sleep. Hair dryer and tea and coffee facilites and safe in room.. Felt very safe staying here. Check in details were sent in advance as we arrived late in evening. Quirky and good value for money. Highly recommend and if we return to Rome would stay at the Via Veneto.Suites.

OH MY GOSH! We loved this place! Our host and owner was a wealth of information and extremely hospitable. After traveling for three weeks we were pretty worn out and in need of some comfort we had been missing. This was the place. The room was huge, big enough for three people. The shower and bathroom were huge. The AC worked great. Everything was just perfect and clean. We will definitely be back. Perfect location!

We had a good stay here overall. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The breakfast is lovely and super helpful before a busy day of exploring Roma. Our only complaint would be that the beds are quite hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are lumpy and not very comfortable either we our sleep quality was not great. The area is walkable to major sights.

Giorgio is a great guy. He is flexible and will assist you if you need help with ordering a taxi, reservations, etc. The rooms are very neat and clean and spacious. There is a nice choice for breakfast - coffee, fresh juice, yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, fresh pastries. We were flying out early so he stocked our refrigerator with breakfast items.

We had the most wonderful experience at Via Veneto luxury Suites- Giorgio gave us lots of info & recommendations on local restaurants and the best Gelato place! The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, the bed extremely comfy- the breakfast delicious- we had fresh scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed juice, coffee made to order 👌✨ he helped us devise a walking route to make the most of our only full day in Rome- could not recommend enough- would absolutely stay again and recommend to any family and friends 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked a trip for 6 nights, but they said showers and sinks weren’t working due to water issues after the first night stay. They relocated the next 5 nights to another facility with less amenities (smaller guest house without breakfast, must pay extra ) than what was paid for. Needless to say, it was a total disappointment for a 50th anniversary trip. Avoid booking here unless you want to risk paying more than what your going to get

What can I say our Host Giorgio was absolutely the best,his cappuccino/Espressos puts Starbucks to shame,he made breakfast with Love. Whatsapp was our primary means of communication and he would always respond ASAP.The location was close to everything,we downloaded the Freenow App for taxis and the property is close to all the main tourist attractions. Ask about his Families restaurant OMG the food the service man just take a trip and experience it for yourself. GIORGIO a big thank you.

Great hotel, actually there are 7 very nice and comfortable rooms on the 5th floor of the building close to Villa Borghesse park. Our host, Giorgio, made our stay even better by preparing eggs and cappuccinos for breakfast, had a great selection of pastries, and more. He also took the time to recommend sites to visit and restaurants to try. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay for 7 nights at Via Veneto Luxury Suites. The location is great-close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My room was very clean, the hotel is maintained excellent. Georgio is the star of this show! It is basically several rooms occupying one half of a floor in a classic Roman apartment building with a magnificent exterior door and old fashioned elevator. The windows are extremely sound proof and one can alter the temperature in the room. Georgio is a marvelous host who work there all the time save August. He chatted with us and others each day as he made a really big breakfast with the famous croissants scrambled eggs yoghurt fruit etc. the location is within 300 meters of the Villa Borghese and the walk into the Trevi Fointain, etc is all down hill. At the end of the day a taxi from Piazza Barbarini is only 9-10 Euros. Be sure to stop at 72 Piomonte before the Aurelian wall. Then just walk a block or 2 tjrough the wall to the apartment building straight ahead. Very enjoyable and about half the price of hotels in the Trevi fountain district

The suites are located next to Borghese Park, steps from a segment of the Aurelian Wall. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to either the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps or the closest Metro and you'll pass numerous restaurants and pizzerias on the way. We stayed with Girgio twice on this trip to Europe and would happily stay with him again.

Don’t let the slow and small elevator deter you… once inside the place is a real gem with a very spacious and clean room , and a very welcoming and helpful front desk. This property is very convenient. We like to walk a lot, so it was great. There is an option of taking a taxi, metro or walking. . Giorgio, looks after the property. He is super accommodating. Excellent mini breakfast, with fruit, scrambled eggs which were made fresh. Multi styles of croissants, bread. Yogurt and excellent coffee... Cappuccino and regular coffee, espresso. Makes sure everything is ok with your stay. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome!

We absolutely loved our stay at Via Veneto Luxury Suites. We arrived a bit late but Giorgio made it so easy to check in. Every morning he had breakfast for us and made sure we had all we needed. Stayed there 7 days, sheets and towels were changed on day 4 until we questioned the front desk, mold were all inside the shower, got it cleaned until we told the front desk. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly willing to help. Breakfast was ehhh, eggs, pastries, yogurts, cereals, coffee no meats… shops, subway and transportations were near by. Our host was incredible. He was so helpful with information about Italy, local dining and shopping. Breakfast each morning was very good with excellent coffee. Our room was large; relaxing but cozy and very modern. We stayed in the Sofia Loren room. The location is within walking distance of the Bogasi Gardens, Spanish steps and high end shopping. Very nice restaurants are close by and there is a small food market just steps away from the hotel. We will stay there again when we return.
Our host was incredible. He was so helpful with information about Italy, local dining and shopping. Breakfast each morning was very good with excellent coffee. Our room was large; relaxing but cozy and very modern. We stayed in the Sofia Loren room. The location is within walking distance of the Bogasi Gardens, Spanish steps and high end shopping. Very nice restaurants are close by and there is a small food market just steps away from the hotel. We will stay there again when we return.

Girgio is the gracious and accommodating host at this wonderful property. He offers a sumptuous breakfast to start your day. The suites are located next to Borghese Park, steps from a segment of the Aurelian Wall. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to either the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps or the closest Metro and you'll pass numerous restaurants and pizzerias on the way. We stayed with Girgio twice on this trip to Europe and would happily stay with him again.

This is a beautiful well situated hotel. Ultra modern with amazingly helpful staff. Both Giorgio and Anastasia were great. The breakfast is excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome. 5⭐️s Thank you

Our stay on Roma was very very special for everything and it includes Via Veneto Luxury suites . Giorgio is fantastic and helped us a lot with tips , he does an amazing breakfast and everything at the hotel ia great (clean , big and wonderful rooms ) , localization (close everything ) . We really recommend it !!!

Would really recommend this gorgeous hotel. Perfect location not far from shops, bars, restaurant, metro, park etc. The staff were very helpful especially Giorgio who always took his time to chat, give recommendations, offer drinks and make you feel very welcome.

Love this place. The owner is amazing, super personable and accommodating. Great conversationalist. His family owns a restaurant and he provided fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and water when we arrived. The facilities upstairs where the rooms are - very modern and clean. Nice area. I stayed here with my 23 year old daughter and 2 adult sisters. We had plenty of room. I would stay here again without hesitation. You do have to take a lift to get to the 5th floor or walk up to where the rooms are.
