Property needs severe update . Carpet stained all over . Many bathroom fixtures either loose or broken. Pool room not working . It was steamed up so bad it made fire alarm go off making it not useable during stay . They locked it up . Wouldn’t expect a Hilton property to be like this and neither should they.

The service on Sunday was horrible we could not use the pool area it was nasty food cups diapers towels everywhere no one cleaned it up until after check out my fiancé was stuck in the elevator too just not a good overall experience

This property was amazing! It has a pool and jacuzzi tub! It has hot breakfast and was clean and very quiet. The freeway noise was tuned out after I instantly fell asleep! I loved it and will book again!

Stay was excellent minus the pool. For us the pool is a big deal and one of the things my kids look forward to most. The pool water was green and there was so much water outside the pool on the floor there was no place to sit that was dry. Also towels were not stocked either time we used the pool. Otherwise the room was fine, staff was great and breakfast was average.

The pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was so much hair floating in both of them and there was a layer of film in the hot tub. The bathtub drain was broken, the overflow cap fell off. People were running up and down the hall and knocking on our door the second night. The staff were friendly.

The room was nice and quiet. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. Was more of a design issue. The pool was filled with noisy kids the whole evening. It would have been nice to have an adults only pool time, maybe during the last hour.

First, I want to start by saying that the staff were very helpful and friendly upon arriving at the hotel. The issues were that the floor leading to the elevator was constantly wet, and the elevator. There weren't always wet signs visible. The bed had several visible stains, which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep. The hotel was full, so a room change wasn't an option. I was expecting a higher standard when I chose this hotel. Very disappointed.

Staff was amazing, great location, bedsheets clean, bathroom very clean. The room itself was completely disgusting. The carpet was stained everywhere, so was every wall, Looks like neither have been cleaned in months. We never took off our shoes. Hampton Inns should be a Hotel we can rely on, wasn’t expecting this.

The room was not well maintained. The floor was sticky and dirty. The walls were dirty with food and other products left by other customers. Two electrical outlets were not working. There was only one light working which made the room very dark. The desk light didn't work. The shower door would not close and stay closed. This made a terrible mess whenever anyone showered. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The Hampton Inn has gone downhill, and lowered their high standards. I won't stay at another one.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. However our room looks like the housekeeper did not clean at all. There were a sticky substance on the floor by the closet, some stains on the wall, a lot of crumbs by the TV. One of the pillows had an orange stain. Also the shower head was leaking water and dropped on the metal drain and it kept you up at night.

The air conditioning in my room barely worked. I booked for a conference but did my plans through Expedia. I called the hotel personally to say that I WAS with the group and was told that they put people everywhere in the hotel, not grouped together. When I arrived, that wasn’t the case and they wouldn’t move me even though I was probably the first person to check in that day. As far as other Hamptons, this was on the low end. It was close to shopping though.

Not a luxury hotel. We knew that going in. That said, it was well worth it. Large room. Plenty of shelf space in the bathroom to put personal items. Comfortable bed. Free hot breakfast is what makes Hampton Inn worthwhile. Staff was friendly. A broken light bulb was quickly replaced. If we want to get picky, the only complaints were: No bathtub (but we don't take baths), and the bathroom door was one of those sliding barn doors that seem to be popular these days.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Great for the price. Check in took a while (mainly due to another guest so I don’t hold it against the hotel). It was really nice to have fridge, microwave, and walk in shower. Beds weren’t comfortable though and noise insulation wasn’t very good

Wasn’t sure what to expect as there was a mix of reviews but decided to give this a shot. We were in the area for late cross country meet so needed a place to stay. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was huge and beds were really comfortable. Was worried we would hear traffic at night but we didn’t. Was on a one way street so easy to get into and quieter. Close to shopping and Costco. Easy access to the highway. Safe feeling neighbourhood as it was mostly commercial area. We used the pool area too. Found pool to be a bit chilly but my kids didn’t mind. Breakfast also had lots of good options and was included.

Disappointing experience Bathroom door didn’t close properly Power Outlets (both) next to beds were broken Toilet ran continuously after flushing Drain plug in the sink was broken Everywhere I looked there seemed to be an issue. Was there only one night so didn’t raise any concerns, but won’t be in rush to go back.

Upon arrival at almost 5pm room wasn’t ready. We had to get ready for a concert in the hotel’s lobby bathroom. The front desk staff was friendly enough but seemed unbothered about the inconvenience everyone was put through. There were at least 20 people waiting on rooms that weren’t ready. We did have a room when we came back at 1am after the concert. The hotel itself was clean and the room comfortable. The breakfast was fine enough too.

During our stay, our door locked, and the battery died so that we could not access our room. The staff was either unable or unwilling to resolve the situation for hours. We were told we would receive a discount off our total bill, but we never did. We will never stay here again.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But this one is necessary. I have stayed at this hotel repeatedly. Years because my son lives in the area. Unfortunately, this is the last time. I will stay at this hotel. I had booked a six day stay and on day two I was locked out of the room and the staff had no idea how to fix the issue. My husband had a flight to catch and all of our valuables were locked in the room from 10 AM to 5 PM. It was a major inconvenience to us, and while we were told the room will be discounted, it was not. There are ma

Hotel is very clean and I received great customer service once I got checked in. Shout outs to Rosa and Diamond at the front desk very nice ladies. Cherise needs a training overhaul on the basics of customer service she is very rude and nasty and should not be working at the front desk. I will not return to this hotel because of her. Barbara in dining (breakfast buffet) is awesome and keeps careful watch making sure there’s enough food and hit coffee for the guests. The cleaning staff were very helpful and if I asked for something they took care of it in a timely fashion. Cherise view the hotel score that I gave; if I didn’t have to deal with her this hotel would’ve gotten 5 stars like other Hampton Inn’s I’ve stayed at.

I was a guest at the hotel on November 22 and 23rd, shortly after checking out Friday morning when I was headed to the airport I realized I left two articles of clothing in my rooms closet… I immediately called and spoke to a Rosa at the front desk, she represented that she would retrieve the items and return them to me via federal express for which I provided her my federal express shipping number. I returned my home after two days I reached back out to find status, I ended up calling every day three times a day , getting the runaround from everybody I would speak with nobody was responsive. I ended up speaking to Rosa almost a week after my stay she said she had not heard back from housekeeping… Simply passed it off total laziness as I see it terrible customer service. I will never stay at this facility again

Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay and we are returning in September and are already booked to stay with you again for a week. The only thing I would add is I checked in really late and I was trying to reach the front desk to let your team know that I was still coming, and no one answered the phone but they were sitting at the front desk. But even that didn't diminish our experience or overall rating.

I was at this hotel to attend a concert at Ford Field. The hotel is about 15-20mins from the venue. The highway is very assessable from the hotel. There is tons of shopping close by that if you need something you can grab it. Also there are restaurants near as well. The hotel it self I give it 5 stars the pool area is beautiful. I didn’t get to swim since I was going to the concert but there is a pool. The fitness center was nice. Breakfast was really good and actually was a hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, there also was cereal and fruit. Coffee and things to drink. The room was very nice beds comfortable, tv, fridge and microwave. I give this hotel a 10/10 if you are visiting Detroit.

The hotel is nice and quiet and good for business travel. The breakfast was terrible with cold food and no options. They didnt have hot coffee ready to go and were out of creamer. I had a broken office chair and they seemed understaffed. Disappointed for Hampton

I loved cleanliness of the room, and the receptionist personality, but far as the hospitality of the kitchen area, the lady was rude and wasnt nice at all. I came down around 9:10 and ask for more pancake mix, because the other side was out and I dont eat apple products in or out of my food. So the remark was we close soon and we were not refilling anything up, ok we still had 40-45 minutes left before 10a.m., so you could've done a refill one last time at 9 or 9:10a.m for the the remainder of the hour, there was nothing left, my granddaughter got the last burnt cheese omelet and the remainder of the regular pancake mix, there were several guests upset because everyone don't do apple products...So i feel like that wasn't professional at all, for the price we paid to stay in your hotel, we weren't treat like quality guests. So i just feel like the kitchen help should be more considered toward your guests needs. Trust me the young lady that worked Saturday morning, Sept 2, was very expectational, and never made a remark like that, she took good care of us, but the short young lady that worked Sunday Sept 3, her customer services were unacceptable. I just would've like to be treated a little bit better, cause I like said the price i paid, i could've went somewhere else and probably got better food and good quality services...Thank you for at least letting me have a clean room to sleep in, breakfast is not acceptable...

Everything was great, except the breakfast buffet. The eggs were like rubber hockey pucks and the oatmeal was so thick I couldn't get it off the serving spoon.
