This is a great location in a wonderful neighbourhood. It is easy to walk to most of the key sights in Rome from this hotel and the hotel is wonderful. There are three great restaurants just outside the door. Nice safe area. During our stay in the hotel, a renovation was underway on a floor above the hotel floor. This led to sewer gas seeping into our bathroom in the evenings and overnight. Hopefully the construction is now completed.

Das Hotel ist in der 4. Etage des Hauses. Nette Zimmer (offener Kleiderschrank) , alles da inkl. Tresor, Kühlschrank & Klimaanlage. Bad großzügig bemessen. Zimmer zur Straße nicht ganz still, aber bei geschlossener Balkontür/Fenster kaum zu hören. Frühstück auf der Dachterasse in herrlicher Ruhe. Wasserspender zum beliebigen Auffüllen, aber auch Tee/(Pulver)Kaffeezubereitung jederzeit möglich. Zentral zwischen City und Vatikan gelegen, eigentlich alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür. Flughafentransfer per Bus (Haltestelle Vatikan) ca. 350m entfernt.

Great location! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Rome! On the listing it says hot tub and spa, they do not have either. Not a big deal but if you’re wanting either they don’t have it.

Our stay at Vitoria Colonna was excellent. The location is perfect. We took public transportation once and walked everywhere else. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will return to one of their properties. When we were there the wifi was out (+6 days). It made it difficult to work, but we survived.

Very friendly staff. Good location and walkable to attractions or take a bus just down stairs. Good breakfast. Just be aware that the elevator is tiny and the waiting can be long sometimes. If you have problem talking the stairs sometimes, it could be a challenge.

We had an excellent stay. The property was clean, walkable to all of Rome. The staff was helpful and kind. They arranged and airport transfer that was easy. The only negative was the few days we were there they had a problem with Wi-Fi so there was no Wi-Fi. Huge bonus was in the room was one US. Would absolutely go back again. Elisabetta and staff were wonderful!

Fantastico! We had to make a last minute booking due to another property letting us down. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the delightful Elizabetha (spelling?). The hotel is on the 4th floor, easily accessible by lift, of a lovely building. We walked to all the key attractions and didn't find a need for transportation. The hotel room was small to medium size and was spotlessly clean. We upgraded (small cost) to a room with a lovely bijou balcony which we sat on each evening. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet which was well stocked with friendly staff serving freshly squeezed OJ and speciality coffee. Bottom line is that we would definitely stay again. Excellent friendly service. Grazie Mille

Was not happy with the room. There was black mold in the shower and on the shower head. Double shower head one was broke and only was at chest night. Other shower head had mold we didn’t want to use it. The light on the mirror was broke. Could barely use the mirror to see. AC barely worked but with it cool at night we left the window open. Prior to the stay tried emailing and calling to get ahold of hotel and couldn’t until we arrived in Italy. The hotel is a flat that was turned into a 4 room hotel. Location was good. But we would not be staying there again.

The property and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The location is terrific, just a short walk to Piazza Navona and Via Del Corso but quiet in the evenings. Breakfasts on the rooftop were wonderful, with a nice selection and the breakfast guy was very friendly every morning.

We moved here after not having good water service for three days at another hotel. They were excellent, a bit out of the way, but very nice area. The train station was about 15 minutes away. The room was beautiful and spacious.

Fantastic location and Riccardo was very helpful with great communication. The property itself was nce. However, the shower didnt particularly work great. And the A/C did t do much against August in Rome. Budget friendly.

Easy bus access from outside of the hotel. Used mostly lines 70 & 87 to get around, aside from walking. Took bus 70 from Roma Termini straight to the hotel. We would absolutely come back here again. This was my second stay at this hotel. This time I had been given a ‘superior’ room. Although it was like a suite, the only window looked out on to a shaft with drain pipes. I asked for a room change which they did the next day - so I had paid for a ‘superior’ room and ended up in one of the normal rooms which I was more satisfied with, apart from the pricing issue - I really feel I deserve a refund. The free bottle of wine was a large bottle of prosecco - for one person!!!! Ended up throwing most of it down the sink. Despite excellent location I’m not sure I will stay there again.

It's in a great location with friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The room was pleasant. Only slight issue was a rather odd ensuite bathroom with a clear window right into the room! So a rather major lack of privacy! everything else was fine and they gave us a reallly useful sheet with recommended restaurants. I'd recommend and stay again but they really need to invest in curtains / frosted glass!!!!

Because we arrived after 7 pm, we had to download an app to enter building, and reception. Directions said that internet was required, and to call their # if you couldn’t get in. We were able to enter the outside door, but not the reception and room area. A couple tried to help, by letting us in reception. Our room # was 402 and the other couples was also. We attempted to call the emergency after hours #, with no response. Hotels.com also tried with no response. We walked down the street at 11:45 pm and got another room. Next day hotel told us we were to blame because there are 402 rooms on both sides of hotel. Also there was a small note on bottom of envelope with room key that said room on left side. I was tired and confused and didn’t understand at the time. We requested each day to discuss issue with manager, with no response. We requested a refund for the night we did not stay. She finally responded to my second email and said no, the issue was totally our fault!! Other than that, hotel was ok, beds were very hard, and walls very thin.

This is NOT a Hotel, but a guest house, staff will not be reachable after 7pm if you need something. Entry card did not work on my last night’s stay, staff lack of response was completely unacceptable.

Good location, clean, nice breakfast included. Breakfast staff was great. Front desk (Lavinia I think) absolutely rude and horrible person. There was a mixup with pick up at airport which was part my fault booked through hotel. She did not confirm info in advance which had an error in it. She embarrassed me upon arrival in front of my ill husband after a long flight and wait at airport. She would not let it go and kept rudely repeating herself about how wrong I was even after I asked her to stop. She was horrible, nasty and loud ruining our stay there causing a huge problem between us. No class, no manners and no nice welcome. More concerned with being right at my expense. Spoke to me like garbage , not a paying guest. I was so hurt, unwelcome and embarrassed when this was a surprise for my sick husband. Would not go back there because of it, no apology. Ruined my stay in Rome and first time in Italy. It’s a shame, very sad.

Wonderful guest house in a beautiful location. Easy walk to the Vatican, St Peter’s, Trevi Fountain and Via del Corso for shopping. Easy to catch the bus right outside the door. Lavinia and Elisabetta were wonderful, patient and full of great suggestions and ideas. The breakfast is very nice: omelettes, sausages, ham, pastries, fresh fruit and juices. Brewed coffee available, and they will make espresso drinks of your choice upon request (included with the breakfast). The room was immaculate, and cleaned and maintained daily with fresh towels each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I hope to return again some day!

The room was excellent but above all the welcome and service we received from the staff looking to make our stay the best possible even if they experienced some issues with the WiFi. I can’t say enough good things about Elissabetta who welcomed us, provided recommendations on visits, booked restaurants and provided a gift to offset the WiFi issue. She ensured our stay was very pleasant! I highly recommend this hotel!

This should not be listed as a hotel, it’s more of an airbnb. There is no one working there it just 4 rooms on 1 floor of a building, only communication is thru whatsapp so if no int’l service your “check in” will be impossible

Exceptional front desk staff. So friendly and helpful to us and see she spoke perfect English. The roof top breakfast buffet was over the top fabulous...from the freshly squeezed OJ,the coffee,eggs,bacon, and on and on! The lovely man who made my cappuccino endured all the guests were well cared for. The only down side was the construction noise from the adjacent building.

Staff was tremendously helpful and courteous. Room was beautiful on 4th floor of an older apt building with an amazing foyer and recently remodeled, with tall windows and ceilings and a view of a small courtyard, making you feel like native Roman. Breakfast was excellent with jam, eggs, bacon, prosciutto cotto and smoked speck prosciutto, with free espresso and cappuccino and cariety of fruits, yogurt and cereal
