The room was a good size, but the pool was small, cold and salt water so be sure to bring goggles for kids. The breakfast was very picked over - They ran out of eggs and waffle batter. Very walkable area, restaurants close by for lunch/dinner.

Nice location and places to eat nearby. Breakfast was more that I expected. The staff was super nice and professional. The pool was out of order due to someone putting something oily thing in it. So a bit disappointed. The hallway rug is buckled and the rooms were clean but have a musty ordor. Probably need some neutralizing spray of sorts. But overall nice experience. thankyou

We really enjoy this hotel. This is our second Christmas staying here, and could see this becoming a tradition! It’s close to family, pet friendly, and we were served a different breakfast every day during our stay— what more could we ask for? It was so nice having an indoor pool onsite, even though it was closed on our last day for maintenance. The rooms are clean and comfortable; this year I noticed some markings on the walls that could stand to be wiped (I didn’t have the resources to do it myself) but otherwise the hotel feels very safe and clean. See you again next Christmas! Also- when I was walking the dogs, I noticed laundry lint building up in the back yard area. It got denser during our stay. Might be time to clean those air filters from the laundry room!

The entire staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful. The onsite breakfast was fantastic (different every day!) and stayed fully stocked until 10am. Parking was easy- the hotel is in the middle of its own parking lot, and there are secure entries on all four side of the building, so you never had to walk far no matter where you parked. We brought our dogs and the dog walking zones were convenient and clean. The pool was also very nice- warm and clean with plenty of towels at the ready. The hallways and elevators were clean. The room was impeccable and the bed/pillows were perfect. This location is super convenient too- right off the turnpike and a quick ride into Warrington, Hatboro, Doylestown, Willow Grove or even Philly. We did it all from this hotel!

There were a couple noticeable marks in the bathroom that could’ve been cleaned a little better. Didn't like the sliding bathroom door due to lack of privacy as it didn’t close all the way. However the staff and complimentary breakfast were great!

The property appeared to be very clean and well kept. I was pleased with the air quality in the room which is usually a problem with hotels. The temperature in the room was comfortable and I did not wake with a headache or stuffy nose. the bathroom was also very clean.

Rooms were showing some signs of repair. Ceiling in bathtub is chipping and pealing. Blood stain on the bathroom wall near light switch Breakfast staff was very nice but the options were poor. Just offer scrambled eggs as opposed to the pre-cooked omelet. Thanks for offering cereal.

The mattress was awful? With the rate charged I expected a mattress that was comfortable. There was a wedding the evening I was there and the room I was put in was directly above the outdoor patio where the wedding guests spent late into the evening. Property and room was clean.

Loved my room and how it was configured. Plenty of charging outlets. Comfortable bed. Well designed bathroom, and the bottles in the shower were configured at just the right height and location (as opposed to some hotels where they are right near the shower head so you blast your face with water when trying to use them!). Breakfast was delicious with good variety.

Always enjoy my stay here. The only issue was the evening desk clerk upon arrival, who was on duty for a couple of evenings. She did not assist with any questions asked and was very blunt in her mannerisms. This is not the norm for this hotel. Most who greet you with services are welcoming and social as well as concerned with any needs you may have.

Excellent front desk service ! So impressed that the day when I arrived at Philadelphia, it was raining , I called in to ask if I could have an early check in , the girl who answered the phone said she would arrange that for me as soon as possible , then I waited just an hour and I got a call back that I could check in about 2 hours and half than the normal check in time , I really appreciate that ! Will definitely come to stay in this hotel and everything here is so wonderful , the best hotel in town !

Understaffed. Waited almost 10 minutes for receptionist to arrive at the front desk. Fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. And then rooms is super dated. Overall I’d give it a 3. Probably would avoid staying here again.

Great place to stay in Warrington. We were in town for the Polish Festival @ The Shrine. Rodney, Tea & Yvette all great employees and extremely helpful. Location is great and close to stores & places to eat. Very convenient. Totally recommend.

We’ve stayed at this hotel about half a dozen times. It’s such a nice location! We like concerts in Philly and then drive the 40 minutes to this hotel before continuing the journey home the following day. There’s terrific shopping in the area .. so many places we don’t have up in northeastern PA.

Check in was efficient and quick. The hotel is clean, couldn’t hear noises from other rooms, occasionally from the hallway. The exercise room was well equipped. The dining area was spacious, the food plentiful, the hot food was hot and cold was cold. I especially enjoyed the hostess, friendly, welcoming and excellent at her job.

One of the better stays away from home I have experienced. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was able to check in early after a long drive. The room was clean and comfortable. But the icing on the cake was the free daily breakfast which was unbelievably and surprisingly tasty with plenty of options. Definitely looking forward to staying here again when we travel back to town.
