We’ve stayed here twice now for 4-5 day durations and have enjoyed the staff, cleanliness and comfort at the Fairfield Inn. The gym is well equipped and always clean and the beds are comfortable. Thank you!!

Quiet! But not enough parking

Will be coming back again! We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is ok. The surrounding area quiet and well lit. Also location is convenient as everything is close to us. Staff is great and helpful. Amenities are good too esp the coin laundry very convenient for us. Pool is small but we didn’t get to use it as the weather was a little cold. Rooms are spacious and clean and housekeeping is good at replenishing items. Bathroom is well lit good and clean as well. What i would like to adjust is the lighting in the room to be more brighter . Good for guests who can’t see well in dim lights especially if you have older/senior citizens who can’t see well. The lamp shades were not working well for them but other than that we are very happy with our stay and we will come back again! Thanks fairfield Inn & Suites.

Maintenance was lacking: pieces of flooring missing in elevator, shower had areas of mold in joints, wall paper in hallway had rips/tears. Definitely over priced for this hotel and area.

It was clean, safe and nice. The back door was broken so we couldn't go in that way.

Nice customer service, good location. Used this hotel before, and always a nice place. This time discovered 2 giant fake eyelashes on the floor-either the floors weren’t vacuumed or too big to pick up. Made me wonder what else wasn’t clean? Informed front desk.

No Maid service all the while I was there. Had to ask fir towels and trash bags.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel was very clean and amazing. The hotels location was great with the closeness of restaurants.

The room was clean smelled really good excellent

The staff was hospitable and friendly. The room was nice and well spaced out. The comforter was dirty as it had a lot of yellow stains on it. Wish I had taken photos. There was also what seemed to be a straw wrapper behind the trashcan when I arrived. I told the front desks and they replaced all the sheets.

Carpet was smelly and stained. The restroom had smears on the walls. Room smelled gross. Hair all in the shower.

Clean room, easy check in, friendly staff

The frequency of room cleaning is poor. If you stay fur more than three days then your room is “refreshed” every other day. We stayed for five nights. Sheets never changed, room did not appear to be vacuumed. We had to go to front for clean towels in the non “refresh days”. In these times, cleanliness should be a top priority for the hotel . Breakfast was included but was not good. Beds were comfortable. This was our second time staying at this particular hotel location but would not stay again.

When I booked on Expedia, the final price was $328 with change. When I arrive to check-in the price I was being charged was $430. I questioned it, they said $50 a night for incidentals (this was NEVER mentioned on Expedia) but okay, I understand. I check-in, arrive to my room and the carpet was dirty (debris, nail clippings etc.). we checked in kind of late so my wife and I were ready to sleep. Pull down the top sheets, hairs (don’t want to imagine what kind) all over the bottom bed sheets. We go to the receptionist; she’s all by herself with no other staff so she gives us new sheets (we understood her situation). I got to the bathroom and there were hairs all over the floor, including the toilet. Different kinds of hairs. Again, the receptionist (Aishia) was gracious enough to come clean and disinfect the bathroom. We ask for our room to be cleaned in the morning and it gets done (they also leave a $5 Starbucks gift card). Our last day, we were getting breakfast and one of the cafeteria employees obviously hates her job. We found creamer underneath the coffee cabinet and used it for our coffee. She comes by with a nasty attitude and says that’s for after breakfast only and takes the creamer away from my wife and I, while we are still grabbing creamer, puts the creamer back and slams the cabinet door, rolls her eyes and walks off. This was a horrible experience. The only positive thing about our stay was Aisha’s help. We’ve had better experience and treatment a La Quinta.

Front Desk was so welcoming and helpful. Started our stay off on the perfect note. Guest Room & Common Areas were clean and well kept. Thank you for a great stay.

The facility is very nice, rooms are well laid out. The TVs, ac and appliances all worked well in the room. The king bed was comfortable. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable, have definitely had better mattresses on them at other locations. The kids didnt sleep well. The one issue we had with the room was the shower. Taking a shower at 8am the water would only get lukewarm. It seemed to be related to how many people were showering in the hotel at the time because earlier in the morning there was more heat. Called the front desk, she came up and inspected and said, "its warm, its fine." No help at all. Their breakfast was also minimal. Pre-packaged microwaved waffle or breakfast sandwich and basic continental options. Overall facility is nice but could improve in a few areas.

Uncomfortable bed

Beautiful place, nice and clean. The breakfast area was roomy and the options were yummy. The staff was wonderful and attentive, the only thing that would need attention is the matress had a dip on the side closer to the middle bedside table from sitting. The room does have a chair but a noce chair on the corner would be nice.

First visit to this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious, however, the mattress in one of the beds was TERRIBLE. You could see the indentions in the mattress, which gave both my wife and I sore backs! The "free" breakfast was just "ehh." I stayed at a Staybridge Inn, which featured eggs, bacon, and sausage, which this breakfast lacked.

Hotel and staff were nice. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the faucet was wobbly. I was on the 4th floor and could clearly hear 4 guys talking in the parking lot. The windows were obviously cheap if they couldn't block or mute people talking.

I enjoyed this property for the most part the walls seem to be very thin. The last two nights of my stay I was left awake due to the sound of snoring and moaning from a neighboring room and one night/early morning the CHP next door kept testing their sirens on multiple occasions. ( I’m guessing they were checking into work) The breakfast options were decent not many meat options during my stay but they did have soggy breakfast egg and ham sandwiches. Can’t go wrong with the waffles and yogurt though. I enjoyed the hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies that were put out in the lobby in the evening.

The t.v is set to a low volume, so you can't hear your shows sports games as clear as you would like, everything else was ok

Got the king suite. The king bed was good but the sofa bed unfortunately was not. My kiddos stated they felt the springs and weren't very comfortable. The room itself was very nice and spacious. Walls were a lil thin so i was able to hear neighbors talking and their TV. Breakfast was decent for the continental. Good enough for the 2 nights we stayed.

Booked a King suite and amazingly there was only the desk chair to sit in, for obviously one person. Property appears to be of recent construction so guess they cut corners on the furniture. Shower temperature was barely adequate and had to let water run for several minutes to get warm. No cold water in breakfast area, told by employee where to find it in fitness room. Poor sound insulation as able to hear neighbors speaking in early morning. Nope, won’t be staying here again.

Charles who greeted us was working the front desk and checked us in and was absolutely wonderful and very friendly.

This property was just what we needed. It had a huge shopping plaza nearby with lots of dining options. I would definitely stay here again in the near future. The staff was also very nice and knowledgeable. We had arrived early and they were able to quickly accommodate us with a room. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at this property. The first time was great, but this time had its challenges. We had a noisy neighbor who blasted their TV starting at 10:00pm and we could hear Jimmy Kimmel Live almost clearly through the wall. The front desk staff was hesitant to do anything about it until I said I would knock on the neighbor's door and tell them to turn it down if they didn't. They finally knocked on their door and got the noisy neighbor to turn down/off the TV at around 12:30am. Not a pleasant stay due to this.

Staff was friendly and checked us in very quickly! Hotel had great amenities.

Jonathan welcomed us with a smile, and had a great personality. I was very impressed with the hotel, and stay was amazing. I would definitely come back again.

I thought Hospilality was all about pleasing the customer. Well Not this Hotel. The commonwealth word used was NO, when we booked we asked for a high floor away from lifts. What we got was a low floor next to the lift, when I complained all he had was a disabled room. I then asked can we get some Milk a small amount was what we requested, again No the Breakfast milk has already been Inventoried, Then we were told that you room will not be serviced for your stay which was 4 nights, then if that is the case then the room rate should be reduced. Then what was disgusting piles and pils of bags oral rubbish was sitting outside other rooms, the smell was disgusting, will never stay at this property again so that is a NO from me

There were hair strands in the bed and on the wash cloth. As I was preparing for breakfast I noticed there wasn’t any water anywhere. I had left my bottle upstairs. I asked for a complementary 8oz bottle. The young man advised me that I could purchase a water and pointed at the fridge. Wow, I said ok and went to get some apple juice but changed my mind and decided to check out instead. Upon check out a young lady asked if my stay went well, I said it was ok until I couldn’t get a complimentary water. She didn’t empathize, she asked if I got one at check in lol. As I was walking out she gave me a water for the road. I thanked her and said NOW THAT IS MARRIOTT SERVICE, not that other mess. My family has two Marriott time shares, the same service we get there, we should get from any other Marriott establishment. The breakfast of a pre packaged sausage sandwich and boiled eggs along with a water ration is not Marriott standard. I love Marriott but I now know to never stay at the Fairfield portion of the portfolio. It is below standards and they would rather watch the budget on a water than leave a smile on a patron’s face.

Recieved a room that had a bad A/c unit. Smelled like smoke really bad in the room. Front desk associate came up, inspected the room and switched us to another room with in 10 mins! Super great staff and customer service. Highly recommend staying here.

Such a very clean hotel and pleasant staff! Parking is free. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area, surrounded with restaurants and other eateries. Mind you, this hotel is a skip-and-hop away from Ontario Mills Outlet. We'll be coming back for sure!

Great place to stay when visiting Rancho Cucamonga! Located right across the street from a huge mall with all kinds of restaurants and shops. Super friendly staff. Seemed like a new-ish hotel. Very clean. Was able to get a late check out upon request. Will definitely be back!

I love the location of this hotel.

I stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised. I like that it’s not around other hotels which makes it private. The staff was very friendly and helpful which I appreciated but not too overbearing and also welcoming. Also really liked that it’s next to CHP which brings ease to me staying with my family. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to restaurants and love how quite the hotel was

The hotel was close to the airport and alot of eating establishments. Close to the freeway was able to get around easily.

This location is within 2 miles of the airport with plenty of dining options around.

Breakfast is barely edible. Eggs we cold and only one scoop left for three of us. Breakfast sandwich is wrapped in plastic and then put in a warmer… bananas are brown. Coffee was good.

The rooms are very clean and have a lot of space. Breakfast was served daily hot and ready for guest and attendants were so kind. Would definitely stay here again.
