Stayed 3 nights

1st night when we arrived late the room had no hot water so all of us can’t shower and we were told there’s no other rooms available for us to switch. The room was on the 3 floor beside the Banquet area so there are several doors separate these rooms so you will hear these doors closing and bouncing especially in the early morning. Not sure it’s the toilet flushing we heard from upstairs or the noises from the mechanical room upstairs were quite bothering for 3 nights we have stayed. The washroom is a medical room especially suited for people with wheel chair so the shower area is open and water is everywhere after shower - don’t like it very much. The rooms is still dark with all lights on. Our friends recommended this hotel to us so I did’t bother to search any others before booking. The location is a very convenient, walking distance to everywhere and across street is a shopping mall with food courts and IGA supermarket.
