Shuttle to airport accommodated our needs and took us to the airport at 4:15am

Very disappointed 1. Lack of Air Conditioning: The entire property was without A/C during our stay, leaving both guests and staff uncomfortable in extreme heat. 2. Power Outage: There was a full power outage at the hotel, causing multiple inconveniences. 3. Elevator Malfunctions: Only one elevator was operational for two days, and on two separate occasions, I personally became stuck inside due to mechanical issues. 4. Accessibility Issues: Because of the outages and malfunctioning elevators, my family and I were repeatedly forced to use the stairs. This was extremely difficult and unsafe, especially while carrying a stroller and an infant.

The hotel and property was very good The only problem was the afternoon front desk. Staff did not know That the hotel airport shuttle service at 4 o’clock in the morning. We needed a shuttle service at 4 AM. Because the staff told us the hotels shuttle service to start till 5 AM. We scheduled an Uber. There should be better communication between The staff that work different shifts

Everything was good - the room, the staff, the breakfast. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there were no hot water in the pool shower and the water in the pool could be a little warmer. All the rest was very good!

El hotel es relativamente nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias, las camas son cómodas, pocas almohadas, pero si hablas y pides más, te las llevan, el desayuno es riquísimo, buena sazón, muy variado y el personal muy atento, el estacionamiento amplio. El gym básico pero suficiente, Se los recomiendo ampliamente!!

We enjoyed the heated pool.

Está bien ubicada sobretodo si vas al consulado americano. Reservé por la alberca caliente y techada y estaba helada, eso lo deberían especificar

Easy to access parking

Sewer gas smell in the room so we had to move to another room. Not much for a restaurant or bar, however there was a nice restaurant next door. Breakfast was okay. The 24 hour shuttle service to the airport is a joke, it only runs every 2 hours.

Power went off for more than 3 hours and we had to use the stairs from fourth floor to the lobby with my 81 years old mom. No reasoning was provided

Clean room and property. Included breakfast a big plus.

Only stayed one night after landing in Tijuana to avoid driving back home so late. Very clean, parking was easy and convenient.

We found bugs and bug eggs under the pillow and on the sheets in midnights and no one can help us to change bedding until next morning after 9 AM. So I stay up for all night because I don’t want disturb my mom and sister when they are sleeping.

I have to say that for the price there are many things that I do not agree with, the room was not clean, the refrigerator in the room did not work, the front desk was very rude with their angry faces all the time for what we are paying, we hope to receive better attention !!

Everyone was so accommodating, The manager was amazing with an issue I had with my credit card. My room was spotless and smelled amazing.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, instalaciones limpias y agradables. La habitación con distribución y espacio ideal, camas cómodas, descansamos. El servicio de buffet cumple, la atención del señor Patricio de 10, un señor muy amable, respetuoso y atento. El personal de recepción de ambos turnos cumple realmente con su trabajo, muy amables y con disposición en cualquier momento. Definitivamente regreso.

Very bad smell coming from the bathroom, like sewerage.

The hotel is not bad but the internet was very slow, even the TV froze each 2 sec and the pillows were a little smelly.

The service has been excellent. Staff pay attention to detail but cannot say the same for the room. The bathroom has black mold on the tile and you can see mold on the roof of the bathroom. When showering a lot of water leaks out on to the floor. The mini fridge does not work. The mattresses are not comfortable and they could have 4 pillows per bed.

Overall it was a great Hotel. I would advise anyone that is staying here to make sure your a/c is working properly. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to the a/c not cooling properly. It was cool and cloudy upon arrival and did not notice the a/c untill we returned to the hotel at night and woke up sweating. Had to call front desk and have them look for another room. Had to wake my wife and daughters so we could move at 1am.

La televisión no sirvió, pedí ayuda a front desk, me dijeron que de inmediato mandaban una persona pero nunca llegó nadie. La cama muy incómoda, el colchón deforme y duro. Las alfombras de los pasillos totalmente desgastadas y roídas, las cortinas del cuarto llenas de manchas. La ubicación buena y en el desayuno la atención de Patricio excelente.

We stayed on a Friday and were on the first floor away from the elevator and the room was quiet.

Great place for a one night stay ... Has great free buffet breakfast. Small rooms but nice enough!

The room os very outdated does not reflect the photos shown also the bed is very uncomfortable

Everything was great until I checked out and asked for a fiscal invoice (for expense claiming). Neither Expedia or the hotel were willing to give one (sounds like tax evasion…) shame on you both

El servicio que brinda todo el personal, sin excepcion es excelente.

Staff was awesome.

Room wasn't ready till after 5 pm. Then the wrong room and bed type was given to us. We changed and the next room had a very bad mold smell, no working ac, and a clogged sink drain. We finally got our room, still wrong bed type, at about 9pm. Total mess, very inconvenient, had to push staff to fix the issues.

Muy mal servicio en la recepción para facturación. Se equivocaron cuando me cobraron y solo cobraron una noche. Luego fue muy complicado obtener una factura y no me resolvían diciendo que yo no dejé los datos para facturación lo cual no fue cierto.

They keep me waiting an hour to check in… supervisor name Sonia was very very inefficient… Great inaptitud… No courtesy, very rude, to log waiting to check in… 😡

Wonderful stay! Felt safe and very welcomed by staff. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to tacos, pizza, restaurants, Starbucks and more! I will be returning here on my next visit.

The property is very good. But it's hard to navigate the city streets. There's a cellular dead zone around the property. Which made it virtually impossible to use our GPS. That's probably more of a city infrastructure issue than the hotel itself. However, there are hotels near downtown TJ that are more accessible for the same price. Overall the place was nice.

Hotel is perfect for a quick trip to Tijuana and very close to the airport.

A reliably good, safe hotel near the airport with a shuttle, which is to say did a good job of meeting our needs in this trip.

Location was very convenient. We had an event at the university and luckily it was a staight drive over there. Breakfast was ok but the restaurant and the coffee shop right outside of the hotel were great. The hotel lunch/dinner was very bad and the service wasn't great either. I ordered a hamburger for my daughter who is a very picky eater, i specifically requested that it be a PLAIN burger many times I asked the gemtleman to please have it with only the meat and the bun no vegetables, no cheese and no dressing. He confirmed with me and brought it back with mayo, ham, bacon, and cheese. He said that he told the cook but she misunderstoon and only made it with no veggies but if I'd like I can just remove the extra meat. I opened the burger and let him know that it had cheese and Mayo and if we can please get the burger remade. he didn't seem too happy about it but said okay. I asked to please take the burger back and he did, he returned a couple of minutes later and said that the cook removed the ham for me. He asked if I still wanted it to be remade and I said yes, please because we just want meat and bread and handed it back. He asked if wanted to just keep that one as well because they were just going to toss it. My husband said okay. The burger did not taste good at all. In the bill they charged us for both burgers, when we asked why he said because we ordered two burgers and kept both. We said thats not what happened but okay, we didnt want to argue.

We order some food at the pool and all the food was cold and nasty, however we complained but is the bad after taste experience

Check in/check out was smooth and staff was polite. Room looked clean, bright and felt welcoming. Breakfast: I arrived to bfast area 30mins before closing and food warmers had been turned off so food was cold. There are some male workers assisting guest with bfast. I dont see the need as it is buffet style. It is uncomfortable as you cant help but feel rushed. The second day I arrived earlier and food was warm yet still felt rushed. After bfast we accidentally went to wrong floor and my key opened an another room. We let the front desk know and she stated that the key was indeed assigned to my room( that wasn’t the concern) even though it opened a room assigned to someone else. Housekeeping was polite and did accommodate late clean up but left crumbs on desk and did not exchange used towels for cleans ones. Parking is underground, clean area but without security. Elevators available from parking. Added FYI When ordering from UberEats as the address shown leads driver a couple blocks down (you would have to go pick up or you wont receive foodand still be charged) you're better off using address of a business that shares above ground parking and select meeting place/pin point to be hotel entrance.

Everyone is so friendly and professional. Love staying here this is the second time staying here. Buffet style Breakfast was delicious.

First the room smelled like sewage and the smell never went away Second, I order food from the bar around 8pm I ask how long for the food to get to the room they said about 15 minutes 50 minutes later I got my food (tacos) tortillas were hard and cold meat was cold and hard to eat and the fries were also cold. For the money I payed you would expect the food quick and hot but it was cold Every time I visit tj I wanted to stay there but never again even though I’m a Hilton honors member Staff members are great! But room and food were very disappointing
