Hotel Paganini

Great staff but limited facilities. Elevator too small and too slow. Needed to do multiple trips with luggage.

Mi experiencia al hospedarme en este hotel fue buena, la persona que nos recibió en recepción fue amable. Reservé 2 habitaciones para un total de 8 personas y la verdad que muy bien. No son tan grandes las habitaciones pero dormimos cómodos, los baños son pequeños pero es algo normal. La ubicación excelente, a la vuelta está la estación central, y pude llegar casi a cualquier parte en 15-20min caminando. Permiten guardar el equipaje sin costo extra, cuentan con un restaurant pequeño pero bonito, los desayunos son básicos pero pueden sacarte de un apuro. Solo cuentan con un elevador que es muuuuy pequeño, pero pues bueno, de eso a nada. También cuentan con traslados privados al aeropuerto por si lo requieren.

Ficamos 2 noites. O box do banheiro pequeno demais, e o elevador tbm. Fora isso, tudo ok. Localização ótima, confortável e limpinho. Bom custo benefício ficar hospedado lá.

Perfectly nice hotel, great connection from the train station and not far walk into the centre. Rooms were clean and modern. Customer service was great always friendly and said hello. The lift is rather small if you are travelling with large suitcases. Hairdryer the room was equipped with wasn’t the best but pretty typical things for older buildings. Would stay again

For $1100 euro for 4 nights, this didn’t feel like a budget hotel (maybe it is for Nice?). We were staying in room 1 right next to the entrance, which felt more like a dungeon than anything. These shouldn’t be bedrooms. The double bed is not big enough for two people to sleep comfortably, nor long enough for someone over 6ft tall. My feet were dangling off the end of the bed. The room is not soundproofed, you can hear people walking around and knocking on doors and talking loudly in the hallway. It took me til 1am to get to sleep the first two nights. The carpet is stained and looks old. The AC works well. The bathroom is uncomfortably small, I’ve had better at hostels. The shower curtain does nothing but make you feel like you are in a tiny space and can’t shower properly, water floods the bathroom floor regardless. The towel rail is barely hanging onto the wall. The toilet seat isn’t fixed to the ground properly and rocks while trying to wipe. The sliding doors that you can’t keep open are very annoying. House keeping didn’t clean the glasses or the sink while we were there and they didn’t replace the shower gel sachets during our 4 day stay. The soap they provide is very poor quality and doesn’t lather up properly. We didn’t know it was rugby World Cup when booking, I would have rather skipped Nice entirely. Location wise it was 2 blocks from the Main Street and close to a good laundromat and the tram/train station.

Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not great. Upon check-in, we discovered that the air conditioning was broken—something the staff was clearly aware of, as there were standing fans already placed in the room. Unfortunately, these fans did little to help, and the room remained uncomfortably hot and stuffy throughout most of our stay. We were not notified of the issue ahead of time or at check-in, and no alternative accommodations or compensation were offered. The AC was only repaired the night before our departure, which did not help us during the bulk of our stay. In addition to the temperature issue, we found fire ants in the bathroom and even in the bed, where I was bitten several times overnight. This was both unpleasant and concerning from a cleanliness and safety standpoint. On a more positive note, while the staff was not helpful at all in resolving these issues, they were polite. The location is also very convenient—close to the train station and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Overall, I expected much more for the price and based on the online presentation. I hope management takes steps to improve transparency, maintenance, and pest control going forward.

A nice hotel 3 mins from train station and a 10 min walk to the seafront. Shops and restaurants all near by. 4 stars given and not 5 for these reasons. The room was lovely and clean, a decent bed. A fridge and safe included. No kettle or tea making facility. The bathroom door was missing a handle and the shower rail was missing some clips which let the head slip up and down. No big deal but should have been easily fixed. Would happily stay there again.

니스빌 역에서 가깝고 꺠끗하며, 직원들도 매우 친절했어요. 안내데스크에 전자포트 요청하여 사용하였습니다. 방음이 잘 안되는 것 같지만 제가 묵었던 기간 투숙색들은 괜찮았습니다. 룸키는 예전 방식으로 열쇠를 사용했습니다.

Kom 1,5 time for tidligt, familie værelset var allerede klar og vi fik alle 4 tjekket ind. OK morgenmads udvalg. Lidt støj fra gang tæt på reception og uderum, hvor personalet havde deres materialer, dog kun i morgentimerne. Air condition gik i stykker på dag 3 og vi fik en stor fan istedet samt en dags gratis morgenmad som kompensation

It was in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and 5 min walking to parking. Breaksfast was great! The layout of room we stayed in for a family of 4 was a little weird. It had 2 bathrooms but one had the shower and a sink, and the other only the toilet. So once you used the toilet you had to go to the other bathroom on the other side of the room to wash your hands, which was very inconvenient. The elevator is tiny so if you have a lot of suitcases you have to do more trips. Everything else was good!

Cute Small balcony which was so charming to open the door and relax and get fresh air in our room. 3 minutes from the train station. Very convenient to travel to neighboring towns. 15 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants which was lovely walk because there is so much to enjoy as you walk.

Nice hotel very close to the rail station. We left early on our last day and it only took 3 minutes to get to the station. Room was good size. The only problem was an odor that came from the bathroom. It seemed as if was coming from a drain. As long as we kept the bathroom door closed it was not noticeable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a week with my 2 friends, so it was the three of us in one room. We each had an individual bed. The space was enough for the three of us. Super close to the train station (Nice-Ville), so it was very convenient for us to do day trips from Nice. It is a 15-minute walk from the hotel to Place Massena and a 20-minute walk to get to Old Nice. Daily housekeeping was included which is nice and the shower had running hot water. The hotel is also close to a lot of dining options, bakeries, and gelaterias. Overall, it was a good experience. However, I would like to point out that the carpet could use some vacuuming. It was quite dirty. The bathroom ceilings also had a bit of mold, perhaps due to the exhaust fan not working.

Les lits sont confortable. En revanche la propreté laisse réellement à désirer. Dans la douche ça sent les égout, la moquette pu. En rentrant de notre soirée notre chambre était grande ouverte. Le service promis tout le temps ne nous a pas répondu quand on a essayé de les appelles car la télé ne marchait pas. La salle de bain est très mal faite.

Stayed in a triple room. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. The room itself was very compact. The carpets in the room and in the communal areas were very old and worn and dirty. One party found the bed very soft and ended up with back pain. The lobby toilet was unclean. Location is very convenient but it did get sketchy at night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and functional, but a bit cramped. Hotel is very convenient to train station, in a OK but not great neighborhood. Getting to prime dining and shopping areas of the city is a long but manageable walk.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. Facility was clean and well kept with great AC. Only complaint is the room was very small, much smaller that the photos appeared

Wir hatten leider ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem sehr kleinen Bad ohne jede Ablagemöglichkeit für Badutensilien.

The hotel location is within minutes to nice ville station. As a solo traveller I had a small but comfortable room. The walls were so thin that you could hear your neighbours talking, laughing and showering which was very annoying. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Arrived early (AM) but checkin was not until 15:00 and we just wanted to drop our cases off. However we we informed by the Duty Manager that a room was available which was great. During our stay needed iron and ironing board and a replacement hairdryer which was no problem for the Duty Manager who was excellent. Only used hotel as a base for exploring area.

Accueil tres désagréable de la part du receptioniste. Ayant un téléphone étranger je lui ai demandé de l’aide afin de me connecter au wifi et de pouvoir contacter ma famille; mais il n’a pas voulu m’aider. La situation a durée 1 heure et au moment d’annuler la seconde nuit d’hotel son actitude a changée et il a accepté de m’aider. Avant l’annulation, il n’y avait aucun interet de sa part. Le service était très mauvais.

Very quick service everything explained to you very well. We made a mistake on our dates and was able to rebook a room.

I love staying here, the location is great if you wish to use the train station to travel to other towns. The staff are also incredibly helpful, they let us check in 5 hours early (free of charge) and helped with anything we asked for. The cleaners were also lovely any very efficient in cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure strong. This was my second stay here and I would certainly book this hotel again.

Wonderful affordable place in central Nice location. Train station less than a minute walk. Beautiful walkable spot. Very close to old town and waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff! Loved it.

Nice location near the train station, but about a 15 minute walk to the main area and the beach. Felt safe walking late at night to and from the main areas of Nice. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Good location close to train station, decent size room with basics. The walls seem a bit thin and could hear the traffic outside as well as some of the neighbors but overall a nice experience. Very close to some grocery shops, restaurants, and the main Massena / Jean-Medecin areas. We did not purchase the breakfast but rather went to some of the cafes and restaurants for breakfast each day. Would stay here again!

10/10 location, right by the Nice Ville station and not far from the jean médecin tram stop for the airport. old town and newer part of town all walkable too. friendly staff.

Very close to the main train station, but a decent walk from the Old Quarter and from the beach. Very clean and tidy.

The hotel was walking distance from mainline station (2min). Easy to walk to old Nice town centre & down to the sea area. Lots of shopping areas nearby.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi fick tillgång till rummet när vi kom på förmiddagen vilket vi uppskattade mycket . Rummet var rent och fräscht. Vi är nöja med hotellet det som får minus är att frukosten inte ingick i priset 12 euro var dyrt för frukosten.

Bra avstånd från Jvg stn. Många andra alternativ finns. Frukosten inte värd priset. Fick vår packning utslängd från rummet trots att vi bokat en natt till. Troligtvis dålig dialog mellan nattpersonal och dagpersonal.

すごく親切なスタッフがいて、とても良かった。ニース駅にもすごく近くて便利だった。 朝食を初日は付けたがすごく美味しくて、エスプレッソマシーンまであるのは良かった。 ブリーチーズもパンオショコラも食べ放題だった。 ただ、周辺が夜間になると不良っぽい若者が屯っていたり、それ以外の人通りが少なるなるため、女性の一人旅での利用は少し心配になる。 また部屋の設備が少し古かったり、初日のリネンがあまり綺麗でなかったのは残念。2日目は綺麗になっていました。 ただエアコンが付いているのは冬でも助かった。 空港からだったら、トラムでジャンメディサン駅が最寄りとのこと。

Se ve que es un hotel remodelado hace poco y que tiene una decoración y estilo muy agradables. No es difícil llegar a la playa incluso caminando. Lo único es que el desayuno tiene un precio algo elevado para la calidad y cantidad de productos que ofrecen.
