We drove a long way and were exhausted the gentleman was super friendly and professional but unfortunately when I got to my room (which we walked 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was out of service with allll our luggage) the room was dirty and hadn’t been clean from the previous guest.

Over all a good stay.. things to note: no towel bars, broken ovens so breakfast was diminished. We unfortunately had cables cut and our 2 E bikes stolen off the bike carrier. Hotel had no cameras with recordings on the parking lot. Hotel assumes no responsibility for theft in parking lots, understandable, but cameras would be helpful for the police.

Pool and hot tub not open- would have been nice to know before I booked it. Night staff was rude and impatient but morning staff was great. Bed was nice, shower had low pressure but was big but our favorite part was the breakfast! One of the best we have ever had. Overall it was a good stay.

Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were "closed indefinitely" when we arrived. I understand things happen, but it would have been highly appreciated if a reduced rate was offered due to us not receiving the full services we were expecting with our booking. One of the primary reasons we brought our whole family for 2 nights was to be able to take advantage of the pool during downtime so we were highly disappointed it was closed and there did not seem to be any concern over a key feature being absent from our stay. The other major issue was the horrendous smell of our room. It overwhelmingly smelled like hot baked, wet gym socks from the moment we stepped in until we left. We tried room spray and other air freshening products but nothing helped. Never could identify a source. It was pervasive throughout. Aside from those issues, the staff was friendly and it otherwise would have been a fabulous place to stay. Good location, generally clean, good gathering areas (especially had the pool been open), nice breakfast, and friendly staff.

Waited 10 minutes to get checked in the poor kid who was trying to run the front desk had to do 1 million different things at one time and he was trying his best while the management sat back in an office and just stared at the people in a line waiting to check in This poor boy was running around doing everything he could try to please everybody by himself. Made me sad for him. The hotel is OK. It could’ve been really good except that there was leftover food under our nightstand from the previous people all that obviously wasn’t cleaned up well

This is usually our go to place to stay when visiting the Springs. The last couple of stays have not been what they used to be. This time, the bathroom didn’t look clean, and the room looked like it already needed repairs (chipped walls, blinds didn’t work properly, AC was rattling) and wasn’t cleaned properly (found top to bottle, leaves and stems in our room).

Not to happy with the cleaning, 1st night we stayed our room got cleaned, last 3 nights of staying we got to sleep with garbage piling up n wet smelly towels in our room. I did complain to staff n took my information down but yet stating they had lots of complaints coming from house keeping. Supposedly the manager was gonna call but never heard back. Constantly had to go yo front desk n ask for supplies cause nothing was filled due to no cleaning. Not happy.

Room wasn’t very clean. Stuff stuck to a chair and bedside table with sticky drops I had to clean off. Bathroom out of hand soap on our arrival. Clearly, housekeeping staff not very attentive.

Stayed for a lacrosse tournament at AFA. Close to shops and restaurants. The bathroom was still dirty when we arrived to our room that was the only negative. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was good in am. Wish it opened at 6 though.

The bed was comfortable, king, and it is all about the bed for me. Linens are nice. We had a view of Pikes Peak from our windows. Staff helpful. Free breakfast had many offerings and hot eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits and gravy. Good location for restaurants and more.

We would not stay here again. The front desk clerk, Declan, was so unbelievably rude to us and our friends who also stayed at the hotel. Our rooms both had a gross smell, the floors were sticky, and there was toothpaste or lotion across the mirror. The hot tub was luke warm. Also, the breakfast opens at 7 every day, even though it lists that it opens early on weekends. This was a main reason that we stayed there since we needed to be out of the hotel by 7 am every day. So disappointing. There are many other hotel options very close by, we will be choosing one of them next time.

The property and rooms were clean and updated which was nice. The check-in process was lengthier than at other hotels. I had to fill out a form with my address etc. Also I asked for late checkout and was told I couldn’t be given it unless I provided my email and signed up for their membership program. That was disappointing. I don’t mind paying extra for late checkout, but I don’t want to have to sign up for a program just for late checkout.

Don’t expect them to honor your reservation and they will lie to you about the reason they don’t have the room you booked. Booked a suite with 1 king and 2 queen beds. Was given a room with 1 king 1 queen and sofa bed. When I pointed out the mistake they claimed they didn’t have any rooms on the property with the booking configuration so it was a mistake. Only offered to give me an additional room for a discount to cancel the reservation at 1am in the morning. After our trip I find out they gave away my room and lied about it.

I didn't realize when I booked the pool and hot tub were outside, but wasn't a big deal because it was nice out. But the hot tub was not hot, it was luke warm at best and that was disappointing. The rest of the hotel was great, and clean. The front desk during the mornings and day were super friendly and helpful, the guy working at nigh was a grump and acted like we were bothering him. Overall we would stay here again, it is very conveniently located to tons of shopping and food.

The hotel rooms were not updated. the main lamp wasn't working. Breakfast was OK, no vegetarian options. The pancake maker was out of service for 2 days out of our 3 day stay. The employees were nice and courteous but amenities were not up to date.

Check in was easy and quick. Our rooms were very nice with big tv, fridge, microwave and Keurig. All was clean. Bathroom and shower were good with nice soaps and lotions. Breakfast was good with so many options....oatmeal, bagels and toast, pancakes, eggs and sausage, including turkey sausage, egg white omelets and potatoes. Different to juices to select, decent coffee and good tea selection. I would stay here again.

Place was clean, neighborhood seemed safe. Room was upgraded and comfortable, best place I've stayed at in a while. The only downside was the breakfast. Sausage was overcooked and had a burnt bacon consistency, eggs were overcooked as well.

We like how they don't serve the same hot food everyday, which is good for people who are staying for a few days. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Though, towels in the pool area were most of the time out, when you ask the staff for it, they bring them right away. Overall, our stay was great :)
