The room was large, comfortable and clean! A GREAT value for the money! The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was lovely! The only problem I had was that the housekeeping staff didn’t collect the garbage or check the room on Saturday, as I am accustomed to. It wasn’t a huge problem though.

It wasn’t as clean with random hair in bedding and on bathroom floor. Not a big deal, but no bags in trash cans is a downside and bathroom sliding door is silly.

This property seemed (and maybe it was) brand new. Every aspect was well taken care of. The room was spotless! The morning breakfast very good and the breakfast area was clean and continuously monitored. Excellent! We will stay here again when we are in the area!

This is not the fanciest hotel in the world, but for the price and compared to other (very) nearby options, it's great value for the money. It was clean, modern, quiet, and I had a giant room (got a king bed / balcony room) for a very reasonable price. While the breakfast was included, if you're a healthy eater, the options are limited. There was fresh fruit, which did the trick. Again, overall good value and pleasantly surprised. Enough so to take the time to write a review

The property was clean and easy to find and park. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Our room door did not latch properly but was not a huge issue once we figured out we just had to pull/push a little harder.

The room was clean and comfortable. Since 3 stayed in room with 2 Q beds, another seating option would be nice. Well equipped with refrigerator & microwave. Liked the eco-toiletries vs mini-sized. Instructions for using the remote to access tv would also be helpful (senior citizen here).

Brand new hotels, very clean, the only problem i had is the shower head was not functionibg properly and didnt realize it until i was out of the shower. Basically flooded the whole bathroom and entry way. I did clean up and informed the front desk upon check out. Just wondering how it was possible that no one noticed it was not properly working?

Getting Netflix was a pain in the butt. Plus other other TV options were very limited. Shower was not easy to get adjusted. Wife did not like her Queen bed ...........it was lumpy. Mine was fine.

We have a letter from the soccer organization saying that the partner hotels would allow the cancellation because the tournament was cancelled. However, the hotel would not cancel and was supposed to escalate to the manager and never called back.

I was "greeted" by front desk person who acted like I did something wrong by booking on Expedia. It was clear that I inconvenienced her. I waited way too long for check-in after a long day at work and a 3-hour drive. Then I could not take my "free" water since my hands were full. I tried to buy a water, and the vending machine was broken. Fire marshals were testing the elevator during checkout time making stairs the only option. 😳 On the plus side, the AM front desk person was delightful.

A/C unit was broke the entire night. Told staff the next morning they said they’d take care of it and get back with me. Called a few days later and got with the manager. Was told they needed to ask the GM a few questions and they’d get back with me. Never got back with me. Then I was told a completely different story as to why my A/C unit was broke in order to save things for them.

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, lots of reataurants/shopping in the area. I felt safe by myself, room was clean, bed was comfy. I left my jacket behind. Called about it. When i picked it up many hours later, the pockets and jacket was zipped, folded neatly and packaged for me - it was nice & thoughtful they took the time to go to that extent.

Three days before I was scheduled to stay there, my son was diagnosed with a very contagious virus. Expedia reached to them on my behalf three times to request a cancellation or rescheduled date. They denied our request. I also called and emailed the general manager of the hotel and showed them the after visit summary from the doctor and was still denied due to the non-refundable reservation. They would rather allow my son spread the virus to other patrons than refund me a few hundred dollars. I was even willing to stay a different night so they wouldn’t lose money. I understand there is policy, but there’s also grace and human morals. Very disappointed and I have no plans to ever stay at a Hampton Inn.

Conveniently located just off I-465, this Hampton Inn is located right next to the upscale Keystone Fashion Mall. There are plenty of dining options in and right around the mall. Parking for the Inn and for the mall is easy—indeed, the whole area is one big parking lot. But this Hampton Inn features updated decor, welcoming, efficient staff, and the signature ample breakfast. A great option when passing through Indianapolis.

Stayed one night for sports as well and will stay again. Grand Park is also nearby within a 15 minute drive.

I appreciate the breakfast buffet, but businesses must realize there are many with food allergies and intolerances. I feel the selections on the buffet were poor if the goal is, which it should be, to encompass all guests. Meat, eggs, and dairy are not for everyone. Every time we left the building or re entered, the desk staff basically ignored us. No "have a nice night", " is everything to your standards". Most often the desk staff was more interested in what they were eating at the time than trying to make personal connections with guests.

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was a nightmare and hardly anywhere to sit because a group of children were staying at the hotel with parents. Compared to other hotels that cost around the same and are major chains the breakfast options were minimal and unexciting. There should be more selection and space to eat. The manager seemed to be trying his best which I can appreciate a lot. He was standing over the serving area re stocking and helping out as much as he could. If you gave that guy and lady working the breakfast area more to deal with they would benefit a lot. They look restricted because of what the hotel gives them to work with.
